I arrived about 7 minutes early and waited outside. They had a sign engraved on the door saying they are closed for lunch daily from 12:30-1:30pm. Ok, cool. Next time I won't pick the 1:30pm appointment but I'm all good. I see someone in blue scrubs approaching the door, as I'm leaning on the window right next to the door. She completely ignores me as she unlocks the door and walks in. I thought, 'Wow, kind of rude'. No, 'Hi! Let me just get settled and you can come on in!' No acknowledgement of me at all. I followed her in and she said, 'We're still closed for lunch. You'll need to wait outside.' As she's speaking to me, I look around and I see the nurse laying in the middle lounger. I'm thinking she must be sleeping because she's not even acknowledging that the receptionist walked in or that her next appointment was there. I said to her that the email, and a text might I add, that were sent to me told me to arrive 5-10 minutes before my scheduled appointment. She said 'Sorry, we're still closed and you'll need to wait outside.' They had seating in their reception area but that wasn't offered to me. I went back outside and she locked the door behind me. I sat on the ground in disbelief. Am I really going to continue this appointment? She was rude and although the nurse never addressed me or the situation, I thought that was pretty rude too. Am I now going to allow her to stick a 20g needle in my AC and I hope she does it as gently as she was going to? I wasn't sure I wanted to take that risk. At 1:31pm the receptionist unlocked the door, and walked away! Another opportunity for some courtesy but that too was not offered. She could have opened the door and said something along the lines of 'Thank you for waiting. You can come in now.' At that moment I decided to cancel. And I suppose I could have walked away and not said anything, but I didn't and I walked in explaining why I was not going to continue with my appointment. My reason was because of her rudeness and her lack of professionalism. She was very curt and argumentative with me. I would probably even add defensive of her actions. Kind of like my teenager. Not a great way to keep a customer. I've probably been to this location 5 times for myself and 2 for my 14 year old son. I've never encountered a problem. I think the Hydration Room offers a great service. But this receptionist, and possibly even this nurse, lost a customer today. The customer is not always right, but her lack of common courtesy and professionalism were just facts. To the owner of this location, I would hope that you would want your staff to be more respectful than they were. These are the things that make or break your business. IV hydration places are everywhere now. Just because I live in Santa Margarita doesn't mean I have to use your business. I can go anywhere, and I will. UPDATE: They responded and said they did nothing wrong. Shameful.

We were referred her by a family friend, and it did not disappoint! My partner and I got the cold & flu IV with an anti-viral boost. (For the most part) our body aches went away, fatigue decreased, my partner's headache went away, and in general all of our symptoms improved. We felt significantly better, especially the one of us that was in much worse shape. The nurses were nice, the environment was clean, and they gave us tea. Only things I would say could improve the experience would be the chairs could lean back a bit more while you get the treatment, and the nurse who inserted the IV caused some bruising and bleeding at the entrance site. I work long and odd hours, and I'm also training and getting back into shape, so this place is amazing for Ivy therapy and my most dreaded, but the best feeling - cryotherapy chamber. However, the best part are the workers - they are so friendly and knowledgeable and I love the nurse - I am so bad with names, but she's been there forever. She is so good with IVs and just so sweet and kind. I especially trust her since she is actually from one of the local hospitals and has worked in ICU. The monthly membership is in the form of credits - 4 credits for a base IV +2 basic nutrients, and each wellness treatment like infrared sauna, infrared therapy - just a strong red light therapy that you're standing in front of for 20 minutes, cryotherapy it's only one credit. That is an absolute steal. I have gone to other Ivy therapy places such as hydration room, and I have to say that hydration room has lots of locations, they are much more expensive, and Restore has more interesting blends. They also have the ability to set up with red light therapy at the same time you're getting IV or do compression (Normatec) so you get a lot more for the time you're spending here. All in all, I'm super grateful for this location and I would recommend it for anyone who has health needs. I think the only downside is their limited hours since they don't open till 10 AM on the weekdays.I

I usually do the sauna and I have had no issues…read more They have bathrobes, plenty of towels, hair ties, Q-tips shower shoes. etc. I bring my own sauna hat and shower shoes and I try not to use the bathrobes to save on water. I have done red light, compression, sauna, cryo, IV drips etc. everything was great. And they give guest passes on the app you can share. I use the app to make my appointments and it's been smooth each time. They will also let you tour the place and try out some of the red light or Cryo Therapy out on the day you sign up if you never tried it before. Zach helped me the first day and I signed up immediately. I do wish they stayed open till 7 pm but it's still worth it.

This was fantastic because the idea of having to get dressed and drive somewhere sounded awful, being in the condition we were in. We were able to have a nurse come to our house and administer our IVs right by the pool, allowing us to enjoy the last few hours of our vacation. As for the service itself, our nurse Rebekah was amazing. She was very pleasant, answered all of our questions and made us feel comfortable. Most of all, she was gentle with the procedure, as I'm not a huge fan of needles. It was actually a quite relaxing experience. Within an hour I felt back to myself.
