We were able to do FaceTime consultations along with in-person appointments, which made planning everything so much easier. They also worked with me on financing, which I really appreciated. The staff is incredibly kind and supportive, and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients. It's worth noting that he is a busy surgeon, so you do need to be patient with scheduling -- but in my opinion, that speaks to how in-demand and trusted he is. One thing that really stood out to me was the environment of the office. It has a strong faith-based presence, and while I'm not personally religious, I found it surprisingly comforting. I was told that during the building process, he would come in and write scripture within the structure of the office, which I thought was such a meaningful and intentional touch. On the day of surgery, I was understandably nervous, but the entire team made me feel at ease. The anesthesiologist was absolutely hilarious and helped lighten the mood right away. Right before surgery, the doctor asked if I would like him to pray with me. Even though I'm not religious, I said yes -- and it ended up being a really grounding, calming moment that I genuinely appreciated. Now, about 14 weeks post-op, I can honestly say I am so happy with my results. I feel confident, comfortable, and like I got exactly what I asked for. I'm still working on scar management, but overall, I love how everything looks. And coming from Las Vegas, I paid a fraction of what I would have locally, which made the experience even better. The swelling, lumps, discoloration, and contour irregularities have been present continuously since the original treatment and have been documented throughout the past eight years by multiple medical professionals. Shortly after the filler was placed, I sought evaluation from a nationally recognized injector and trainer who diagnosed malar edema and advised that the filler had been improperly placed. This was my first experience with tear trough filler or any filler. Since then, I have consulted numerous injectors, vein specialists, and oculoplastic surgeons, all of which is documented. Contrary to your statement, there is extensive published discussion within the aesthetic community regarding the long-term complications of tear trough filler, including persistent swelling, malar edema, Tyndall effect, migration, and filler remaining detectable years after injection. These are recognized complications and not claims I have invented. I have never stated that this experience was a "new" problem that suddenly appeared after eight years. I have consistently stated that it has been an ongoing issue since the original treatment. My review reflects my personal experience and documented medical history. Dr. Zikria sat with us and chatted for about 15 minutes, easing any kind of doubts that we had about the procedure. To start, the girls at the front are not friendly, do not follow up on anything and only call you to try to sell you more stuff. One of the sessions I had was a complete waste of time (and money). I think the nurse was new and scared of the laser and ended up doing one dot at a time, barely went over the entire tattoo. I spoke with the "location director" and sent her photos. She told me that did not look like it was done the way it was supposed to, and would add a session at the end of my treatment to make up for that, and that she was putting notes in my chart. I went on Saturday 8/29/26 for my "last" appointment and asked to schedule my next (the one I was promised), and was told there are no notes and that's the end of my treatment. They have lied to me over and over, and only want to talk to me about selling me more treatments or other services they have, which I would NEVER buy anything else from them. I have had tattoo removal at Dr. Tattoff which unfortunately is no longer around, and saw fading after 3 sessions. This place however, after 10 sessions made no difference!
