We discussed the procedure; I would be receiving hyaluronic injections in the target areas and Botox for eyes. Maggie did everything she could to make me comfortable. Yes, there was pain, but Maggie was encouraging and gentle. We both noticed immediately that somehow the left side of my face had not responded as well, and actually the sides didn't match (regarding visual appearance). There was bruising and swelling, more on the left side. It seemed a good idea to give it some time to heal so we could really see the results. I got a call from her that evening, and agreed to get back in touch in one month. After the bruising was gone, it was still obvious that the left side was inferior in appearance, and (after checking me out), Maggie had me schedule an appt. The best part was that Maggie said I would not have to pay any more money to get that part "re-done"! What great customer service! I just finished the "re-do" yesterday and LOVE the results! Showed up at the date/time but was told they did not have it in their system. They seem to be really booked up, so make sure you get a confirmation text, and can prove you scheduled for that time. After about a week longer, I was able to get an appointment and had a wonderful experience. The room was beautiful, clean, and organized. The esthetician explained the process and asked me questions about my skin, and if I get claustrophobic, which I do. Because of that, she switched up what she was going to do. Apparently one of the treatments is a jelly-like mask that covers your whole face and some people experience anxiety as a result. So, she did something else. I felt glowy and relaxed when I left. They do try to upsell every client, which I'm not a fan of, but they were not super pushy about it. I would go back again.

The Korean facial is a multi-step skincare treatment that gently focuses on deep hydration while repairing your skin's barrier. The goal is healthy skin with a vibrant, "glass skin" glow which is known as the Korean facial. There was several steps to this facial which is specific to your skin and needs, but generally it consists of deep cleaning, gentle exfoliation, a hydrating mask, serums, massage, and then LED therapy.
