The front desk associate is so pleasant. Ana, my massage therapist, was so warm and calm upon meeting her which definitely translated to her massage skills. I got the prenatal massage as I'm 37 weeks with an active toddler at home so I really needed some deep relaxation. She was so gentle and just had the magic touch - a skill that is not learned but is innate. It put me to sleep which is rare for me as I do not take naps. She is so sweet, genuine, and made sure I was well taken care of. I truly appreciated the care and attention Ana gave. Once it was time for my appointment, I was taken aside to discuss service needs. Once were in session, the sound of the ocean was played. I elected to have the Swedish Massage by Denise. A warmed towel, rod and heated lavender scented pillow were all incorporated. My neck wasn't feeling the massage headrest long term. So, I moved myself onto the bed completely. Do what you gotta do. The massage was helpful for releasing some knots around my shoulders and overall circulation. I also added the under eye patch treatment. The rooms are a curtain away from each other. So, note that once back near and/or in your room that the staff communicates in hushed whispers. I wasn't quite sure when the appointment was to start and finish. I feel like I blinked and it over. When I first signed-up I was told that I had a month-to-month payment for a year, but if I'm unhappy at any time I can cancel. After many months, multiple massages, and trying two masseuses, I decided to cancel. I called and spoke to the front desk who spoke to a Manager. They told me that they would cancel my account, but I would be charged for another month. I would have 90 days to use up my final massage. The next month, I went in for a free massage credit I earned from purchasing a $150 gift card, and the Manager told me that they have no record of my phone call or cancellation the month before. The person I spoke to previously did not update anything in my account profile. They recently changed management, and the person I'm speaking to now is a new manager. She spoke to the owner and they would need to charge my account for another two months! At this point, I don't believe anything they're telling me anymore. This spa is very disorganized. Whenever I call or come in for a massage I see new people at the front desk and the managers have changed. My experience at this spa. My first Massage was with Tara. I had to pay an additional premium price to see her. And I did an add-on for suction cups. It was a painful experience. She beat the shit out of me, and the suction cups were too large for my body. I had to forcefully ask her to stop using them. My body was inflamed for days. I complained and they offered me a free massage. I had a second massage with another masseuse named Summer, and my first experience with her was really great. She focused on my target areas and released tension in my problem areas. This is when I decided to sign up for membership. I continued the months getting massages from Summer but something was off, and I couldn't immediately put my finger on it. After a while I realized that the massages were fine, but I felt like I wasn't getting a proper massage anymore. It wasn't the same as the first time. At every massage I had to ask her to go harder and use Medium pressure, because I couldn't feel the massage at all. I also noticed that the massage time felt very minimal. Most of the time was spent applying and removing lotion. I felt like I was paying for fluff or just touching instead of an actual massage. My tense target areas didn't feel like they were worked on. I've had many massages at other places, and this isn't what I'm looking for. Massage Heights advertise a 60-minute massage, but in actuality it's only 50 minutes, because they reserve 10 minutes for changing clothing. Then there is the constant upselling. Everyone is trying to push upcharges, like CBD, hot stones, etc. They're also pushing a 90-minute massage and even a secret item called the 2-hour massage. This makes the experience even more stressful. I did ask my masseuse if she had any specialties in massage. She said that she can do facial massages. I told her that I grind my teeth at night, therefore a TMJ massage would interest me. She said she can do that. I tried several sessions with her where I added on the facial massages for an extra fee. At first, I noticed that when I went to bed and woke up in the morning that my TMJ got worse. I even noticed it with Tara when she touched my face that it made my TMJ worse at night. Looking back, I realize that the face has many nerves and is a delicate area. However, I automatically assumed that the masseuses here knew what they were doing. Boy was I wrong! The last time with Summer, when I went to bed at night, it was so violent that I had to immediately book a massage with a TMJ specialist somewhere else even though I already had a massage. I'd never experienced such a violent bodily reaction from a facial massage anywhere else before. These events prompted me to remove facial massage from my next massage appointment at Massage Heights and then to cancel my membership. I really wanted to keep my massage experience to myself. I had no desire to talk about it, because every person's body and experience is different. It just didn't work out for me. Maybe it'll work for someone else. However, I do not appreciate the shady sales tactics this Massage Heights is employing, and I have no interest in getting another mediocre body massage, traumatic facial massage, and traumatic suction cup massage here.

I have been going to get adjustments since it opened with most recent visit being 11/29/23 from Dr.Tim Nawrocki. He is very knowledgeable and not rough like some chiropractors. He's also friendly, punctual, and caring too. I notice that my back and neck always feel better when I keep regular visits. Another amazing experience about this office is it's so easy to book your appointments. If your like myself and only remember things after hours or if you love texting verses calling or both they have an app which is very convenient! I love it and they text you 48 hours before your appointment then 24 hours then on the day of so you don't forget or you have time to cancel because I was getting to that next, they will charge you a fee if you cancel appt last minute but they will work with you as far as if an emergency were to come up so they aren't going to just profit on you being late but they make it hard for you to be late with the reminders. lol! Last but not least, it is not inexpensive but it's totally worth it when your pains start to ease up and you start to feel better. I used to think how can a chiropractor really work on you in 15 min or less but they can if they know what they are doing! Everyone is different of course but if you have pain and looking for help this place is a good start or finish if you're lucky. I started with the Hydro-Vichy shower--such an interesting and unique experience! It's a warm shower with at least five shower heads providing firm pressure over your entire body (except your face). The treatment began with a full-body cleanse, followed by a gentle exfoliation, and ended with a refreshing rinse. Afterward, I received a massage from Lynn, and wow, she truly worked magic!
