The service here is great and the store is very clean. Complimentary waters were brought out without requests As well. Ordering boba doesn't work at the kiosk so you have to order at the counter with the full menu. Mom went for the matcha blended milk tea which had the salted cream mixed in. It was really yummy. Went to Fusion Tea Lounge today, 5/10/25, because my husband saw a post on FB that they were having an event there. Drove 20 mins there and there was a line out the door. We decided to stay because the food looked good. Stood in line for 15 mins only to be told that food orders were done outside on the table and to use the QR code. That was annoying because there is no clear instructions on their process for ordering food. We found a table and ordered. After 20 minutes we asked the waiter a our drinks and food, he said they are working on it and should be done in 5 minutes. Ten minutes go by, I go inside and asked our waiter again where is our food and if we can have our drinks at least. He said they're working on our food next. Thirty minutes have now gone by and my husband's dishes finally arrives, then our desert and the sushi roll but still no drinks. Five minutes go by and we ask for our drinks again and was told that they are making them now. At this point I still don't have my food. Finally after another 5 minutes our drinks arrive but not my food. So far 40 mins have passed since we order and both my husband and daughter are now almost done with their food. I asked for the manager and all he could say is that we got back up because tickets kept coming. I said I could understand that but how do you not do all the orders that are in the same ticket become I still don't have my food. Ten minutes later my food finally arrives and was not impressed with the moco loco, it was very bland. Needless to say, we won't be coming back as the milk teas were mid, my husband's chicken linguine was OK and the California sushi roll with mango and sprinkles was a bit off putting. As a native Californian the only thing I take more seriously than rent control is my boba. Stopped by on a Friday afternoon and loaded up our virtual cart at the kiosk; 2 regular rolls and one premium, an order of soy garlic chicken, fried rice and a pomegranate green tea. It was a few dollars short of $60. I took a peep in the kitchen walking back to our table and it was absolutely spotless. The food came out fast and everything was delicious and piping hot. It is very very hard to find a boba place with good food, its like restaurants prioritize one of the other. There were less drink options than a typical boba cafe but still more than enough. Easily one of my favorite restaurants in Phoenix. And shout out to Yao for checking in on us!! read more

Dropped by Fusion Tea Lounge with a friend on a random weeknight and was surprised to see how empty it was, but hey, means no line for us at least~ My friend was in a snacking and boba mood so this place definitely fit the bill. We both grabbed The Fuzz which is a lemon infused black tea with a heaping scoop of foam on top. We had it customized to 70% then added boba as well. The boba here is A+, chewy and sweet without being too sugary. Definitely not hard and dry like some places. The tea was good but my only advice would be to get it at 50% sweetness. Even at 70% I felt like it was too sweet and felt myself getting a little sugar overdosed sick to my stomach by the end. Alas, that's definitely more of a "how much sugar can you take" issue rather than a "hey this drink is bad" issue. My friend got the popcorn chicken which he enjoyed and frankly I will be going back to try some of the vegetarian friendly snacks in the future. This place's oolong tea with cheese cream is so good! I'm a oolong tea person, I like it dark and strong, and oh yeah. Oolong tea here is pretty dark and strong, flavorful, and good. And imagine when you add cheese cream to your oolong tea. The bomb :) Finger licking chicken? sorry, I don't remember the name, but this was good. It comes with two sauce, spicy mayo and sweet & sour, and yum yum! However, fried udon was really salty. Like too salty, I guess they were busy... I could have told them it was too salty, but they seemed frustrated, so just ate it but I left it more than half. It's located right on the corner of the same block Ross is at and it's a great choice to grab a bite or a drink Pretty open designed restaurant with a clean layout and plenty of seating. Walking in, they didn't have a menu board to look at all the selections which I thought was odd but they do have smaller menus at the register. They have a bunch of really good food choices but I really wanted a boba so I went with the avocado boba drink. Maybe a little odd of a choice but it was a delicious milk tea with a very light taste of avocado. I kind of hoping it had more of an avocado taste but it still tasted good. I believe you can also get it made with fresh avocado too which I will try next time All in all I think it's a good place with lots of selection of food and drinks. I have bookmarked this place on Yelp because I wanted to try the red bean sesame balls. So, guess who went here and didn't order the red bean sesame balls?!? Ya girl right here. *sigh* Don't even ask me why. I have no idea what came over me when I walked into this place. I did not try any of the drinks here and they have boba. If you've read any of my reviews, you would know that I don't often pass up an opportunity to have a boba. I came to eat a light lunch. The menu offered an array of enticing options. I opted for the green onion pancake ($5), popcorn chicken ($6) and the Dan Dan noodles ($6). Everything I ordered was either $5 or $6, which isn't bad for the portion sizes. The popcorn chicken was good but not my favorite in the valley. It came with two dipping sauces, one spicy and one non-spicy. While I'm not a huge condiment and sauce fan, I felt like the chicken needed sauce to be flavorful and less dry. It didn't need much sauce, just a little since the chicken was a bit bland on its own. The green onion pancake was good but not worth the $5 I spent. The Dan Dan noodles were great for $6. While it mainly comprised of noodles, the noodles were tasty and had a great texture. It is on the spicy side but it was flavorful. The noodles were topped with some minced beef. The food took awhile to come out, maybe 15-20 minutes. On a Sunday at lunch time, we were the only patrons so I expected the food to come out a bit faster. However, I wasn't in a rush and I do appreciate that everything was made to order. Also, I'd prefer the noodles to be served in a container that wasn't a plastic bowl. With heated liquids, I get weary about what I'm actually ingesting in addition to the food. Other than that, I had a positive experience. The service was nice and the staff was attentive. I would come here for a quick bite to eat or a drink without spending a ton of money. read more

It's only been open two weeks now. I arrived around 11:30 on the Wednesday before the Fourth. It was pretty empty and I had the place to myself. It also allowed me an opportunity to get to know the manager Yao. We discussed him coming out to PHX, to get the store up and running. We also shared our admiration for Taiwanese-American, Palo Alto born NBA basketball player Jeremy Lin. Great minds, eh. I was amazed that he did all this while he prepared my order. At first, I thought he was just doing prep work - mixing floor and Panko in a bowl, etc. But no, he was preparing my Finger Licking chicken, right in front of me. His co-working was outdoing him though, by preparing my OG Sweet E. tea at the same time. Wow. See the incredible photos of her layering the limes to be folded into my drink. Unlike my recent experience with chain places in the area, this chicken was delicious. But the star, was their east coast BTS Spicy Wontons in hot oil, with a small amount of Szechwan ghost peppers. Outstanding. I spent $18.65 and it was well worth it. The portion sizes were great and I had enough to bring back some to the office for home later. Teas(e) me please! ;D At least that's how I've been feeling since I saw their Instagram. So many Insta-worthy drinks! I stopped in on Sunday to get that caffeine kick after spin class. We got the Finger Lickers (popcorn chicken topped with spicy mayo with a house chili sauce on the side) and the Nacho Crab (imitation crab tossed in cilantro and spicy mayo over wonton chips) to go with the OG Sweet E and the Honey Green Tea. I later ordered a Coconut Taro Milk Tea to go. Everything came out fast and both the teas had great robust flavor. A lot of places seems to have watered-down teas but this place is legit. While drinking the OG Sweet E, the guy suggested I try mixing in the lime slices and said the flavor evolves the longer the lime sits. I get it. The coconut taro milk tea wasn't anything special but the boba was fresh and soft. I think I'll be sticking to their tea offerings. I highly recommend The Fuzz if you like earl grey tea and key lime foam! Yum! I like the wide variety of options on the menu for both the drinks and their "tapas." Let's par-tea at Fusion Tea Lounge! Ah, Instagram: The true new way for free marketing and publicity. It works! The wife had been seeing their Instagram for a while and had mentally bookmarked this place. After spin class last Sunday and a couple of errands in this unforgiving summer heat, Joyce proclaimed that she wanted an iced tea. Skipping the usual stomping grounds, we found ourselves sitting pretty inside the chilly A/C'd tea lounge with food and three drinks between us. We were so impressed that we found ourselves back at Fusion a few days later, two days in a row. Whoa. That's a lot of tea! The leaf-water, as Joyce calls it for some odd reason, is really good here. Robust in flavor, not at all cheapened by being watered down, the tea is truly the star. Try The Fuzz for a deliciously refreshing beverage. It's made with Earl Grey. As for the food, we've enjoyed all the bites so far. This place is great. The staff is friendly, especially my new homeboy Yao. New boba place? Especially one that's been reviewed by two stellar ladies Karen and Joyce? I'm there! I visited late afternoon and found a few people working, seems to be a bright, clean space for that purpose. I came up to the counter and grabbed a menu, ordered a Thai tea (lazy choice, also they must have just added this because it's not on their online menu.) I was able to customize my sugar level (50%) as well as ice (light). Drinks are the same price ($4.25) with or without boba, so you might as well get some boba! Prices are fair here as the drinks are 24oz. Mine was ready in about 5 minutes and the cups are not sealed, but have a regular plastic lid. My drink did taste very sweet, could be from the honey boba. As I was walking out, the manager (friendly) asked me how it was and I let him know that it was sweeter than I anticipated, but it did taste good. I would've preferred firmer boba as these were on the soft side. They began frying some food as I was leaving, so it was perfect timing. I will be back to try different drinks and possibly some foods! read more

Restaurant is clean and organized. You can order from a the a cashier or a self checkout kiosk on a digital board. I prefer the latter as it shows pictures along prices at decent resolution. We ordered the Fried chicken (plain) with three sauces, chicken Karage, fried cauliflower rice with chicken (Keto), and mango tea with monk fruit. All of the food and drinks were super tasty and filling. I have to say that the chicken and cauliflower fried rice blew me away. The cauliflower rice actually mimic real rice well. For those on Keto and miss rice, this may help with the cravings. Also the owner (Yao) and his dad are the chefs making all of this food themselves. We'll be back for sure! read more

We were there and I think it might be the owner, but the employee was very friendly and gracious. We got there almost closing just to order a bite and when we said we would leave so he can close down, he told us that it was completely fine and we could stay and eat as long as we want. Didn't have any expectations & got the sushi pizza: crab & shrimp- perfect balance between all flavors, super fresh! Cali roll- typical Cali roll I would order again, Cold noodles- not my choice of flavors but ended up liking it, I'd ask for extra sauce next time. Lastly, I asked if he could make a fresh strawberry matcha. It was his first time, the matcha tasted authentic & good quality & the strawberries were fresh & sweet. When my friends and I first arrived, we noticed how hard at work everyone was and busy for takeout. I ordered the strawberry milk tea with boba and popcorn chicken. Both were great. The popcorn chicken tastes fresh, had a good portion of chicken per bite, and the breading was nice and crispy. It has a good flavor and was tasty when dipped in the sweet and sour and spicy mayo sauces provided. I'm pretty picky with popcorn chicken and really enjoyed it here. I have no clue if my order was this bad because of delivery, but many of the items I got were very subpar. I got the General's Chicken, Matcha latte, and Popcorn chicken. Matcha Milk Tea w/boba: First I wanted to address that they didn't give me any boba even though I paid extra. However, the actual matcha is unpleasant as it's not finely grinded and I found clumps of matcha in my drink. This made it almost impossible to drink. Popcorn chicken: The crispiness of the chicken was great, however, the actual taste was very subtle and if weren't for the sauces on the side, I probably wouldn't have eaten it. General's Chicken: Great proportions, but has almost no flavor. I had to literally add salt myself to actually finish it. The gentleman working was nice, helpful and gave great suggestions. I had gotten the watermelon with coconut milk and boba. My husband got the taro coconut wih boba. They were both great! Also, I love that they offer milk alternatives - almond or coconut milk. Decided to try the popcorn chicken, shao kao fries and fried bean rolls (forgot the exact name). All were good. What an awesome place! So glad we stop by last night. The food was delicious. We tried the Mexican pizza and the fresh strawberries matcha with caramel walls drink.
