I had gone to urgent care, worn a heart monitor, done EKGs, blood tests, and had multiple follow-ups with doctors. Everything came back "normal." I had pain, random heart rate spikes even while resting, and an overwhelming sense that something was off in my body. Still, the doctors told me, "You're fine." And honestly? I started to doubt myself. It got to the point where I thought, "Do I have to wait for this to get worse before anyone believes me?" I was starting to feel helpless.
