While visiting in the area, we happened to see this barbecue truck on the side of the road and at first I was a little skeptical, but after going up and talking to the guys working, I just knew this was going to be a hit. First of all the seafood rice alone was almost $20, the guy working explained that it was well worth it and once I got home to try it I definitely understood why. There was some type of celery, olives, carrots in the seafood rice something that I had never experienced before, but it just gave it so much a flavor.
