I didn't…read morehave a dentist here and quite honestly, it had been a while since I had an actual regular dentist. I had been looking, online, and found Dr. McCarthy. I had been "just looking" on previous occasions, loved her website, but had not made up my mind until I was actually in desperate need. Others popped up in the search, but her office was the first one I called. I guess it just felt right. I left a message and they got back to me right away. We set up an appointment to check out the tooth. Everyone I encountered were really great, made me feel at ease. Made another appointment to have tooth extracted, which was good being the morning of, it had gone nuclear in the pain dept. Again, the staff and Dr. McCarthy, made everything go along fine. So, that convinced me to see about becoming a regular patient. I recently had xrays, exam, cleaning... I cannot complain. They are awesome. I honestly couldn't ask for a better dentist or dental staff (especially, Betty, who did a great job on the heavy duty cleaning my toofers needed)!

They worked diligently as a team to assure that I was comfortable at all times during my visit! Oh and funnnny! They had me laughing the entire time! This really helped me take my mind off of the root canal I was having! Excellent duo! Thanks again for all you do!! THE best dentistry around by far! I wish i could give more starts! My dentist left the office for another branch and I can guess why... The office staff is horrible at communication amongst themselves and to the patients. I had 3 appointments canceled. One, I showed up for only to be told it had been canceled, 2 of them after i spoke on the phone to someone to confirm the day before. I even sent them a picture of the phone conversation. Stacie's response was, "well I don't know who you talked to, but she wasn't authorized to confirm your appointment." In so many words, she basically told me to take my business elsewhere. She was so combative from the start. I'm sure people get angry all the time because of the way she runs the office and her unpleasant attitude. I wasn't even told my dentist had left the office. I was in the middle of a dental implant procedure. I asked why I wasn't informed that he left the office as I had upcoming procedures with him. Her response was, "Maam, we can't call all of our patients and inform them." Isn't that literally part of your JOB! Incompetent. The dentists may be great, but dealing with that office is a nightmare. Totally NOT worth it. Call another practice.
