AWEFUL OFFICE MANAGER!!!! Stacie. RUDE! They don't care about maintaining patient relationships. If the doctors knew they would probably be appalled. My dentist left the office for another branch and I can guess why... The office staff is horrible at communication amongst themselves and to the patients. I had 3 appointments canceled. One, I showed up for only to be told it had been canceled, 2 of them after i spoke on the phone to someone to confirm the day before. I even sent them a picture of the phone conversation. Stacie's response was, "well I don't know who you talked to, but she wasn't authorized to confirm your appointment." In so many words, she basically told me to take my business elsewhere. She was so combative from the start. I'm sure people get angry all the time because of the way she runs the office and her unpleasant attitude. I wasn't even told my dentist had left the office. I was in the middle of a dental implant procedure. I asked why I wasn't informed that he left the office as I had upcoming procedures with him. Her response was, "Maam, we can't call all of our patients and inform them." Isn't that literally part of your JOB! Incompetent. The dentists may be great, but dealing with that office is a nightmare. Totally NOT worth it. Call another practice. read more

Rude front office that does not value customers. They are only interested in moving people through and getting paid.

I used them for 2 yrs. The practice has no appointments available and is over priced. They don't follow up on their own recommendations. I left them this month. Customer service is not their concern only filling chairs. read more

I had my teeth cleaned by Karen and she was excellent. She spent a lot of time with the prob to make sure I knew how much gum tissue I was losing (I am 79) and this is important to me as I want to keep my teeth as long as possible. She was very good taking my xrays as sometimes even that can be hurtful but it was not. After taking the xrays she explained clearly that I was experiencing bone loss and provided suggestions. I saw Dr. Lovick who checked my teeth when Karen was finished. He was pleasant, professional and explained what needed to be done (2 crowns and a scaling for a total of $$3,192.00) and I was provided a detailed treatment plan. The cost of the cleaning and xrays was $242.00 which I feel is about the going price for that service. I felt the receipt could have been more detailed as to what was done instead of just the cost (i.e. cleaning, xrays, I'm not sure if I got flouride or not). This was my first visit to this practise and overall compared to other dental practices, I would say it is "ok". The reason for the "ok" is that I had to wait a long time to get an appointment. I need to have my teeth cleaned twice a year and could not get a followup cleaning appointment until May of 2027 and I was there on July 16 of 2026. In my opinion, I should be able to get in every six months for a cleaning when scheduling so far in advance. The girl at the front desk for check in was pleasant. The girl checking out was "ok". I did not get names for the check in and check out people. I am on the fence about returning mostly because of the long wait to schedule cleaning appointments when I need them every six months. I am very frustrated with this office. I have been going there for a couple years. I had an appointment scheduled for a cleaning that was made at my prior appointment. I arranged to be off at the medical clinic I work at full time. I inadvertently did not click confirm appointment on the text they sent a week prior to appointment . The day before appointment I get a text saying my appointment was cancelled. I immediately called and said I was planning to be there and did not want my appointment cancelled. I was told sorry, it's already taken now. We cancelled because you did not confirm your appointment by 12 pm today. Mind you their text says nothing about they will cancel if you don't click confirm. I made this appointment over 6 months prior. I was then told we called you and left you a voicemail. There was no voicemail. The lady answering was not super nice about it either. No offer to reschedule or anything. You would have thought I no showed the appointment or something. I did see a missed call from a number with no name around the time I was told they called but they did not leave me any voicemail. Their office is hard to get appointments with as often times at your cleaning when trying to schedule the next cleaning they often can not even see you until way later than your 6 months or if you have to reschedule it's months to close to year getting back in. Up until now, I have had a good experience. This practice of just cancelling a patient who always shows up to scheduled appointments and always pays up front doesn't set well with me. I nor the rest of my family will be back. I think our money can spend better somewhere else where patients are valued. I was given less than a 24 hour notice they were cancelling my appointment! They can charge for a no show! Can a patient charge for them not showing up and cancelling less than 24 hrs prior to appointment? Actually another nurse coworker heard me on the phone and goes to same practice and told me she had been there that day for an appointment and she was looking to go somewhere else also due to inability to get cleanings every 6 months like normal schedule due to no appointments ever available so cleanings spaced out like 8-9 months at time. read more

We all know there are no perfect dentists. But...Dr. Ward and his staff come very close. Everyone is so warm and friendly. This was a very professional and peaceful environment. The hygienists are extremely knowledgeable. Dr. Ward is very sweet and patient. He takes his time with his patients and ensures that you leave with answered questions or concerns. The office manager is very approachable and has such a peaceable spirit. I usually don't write reviews but I think people in Greenville NC should know about this office! I fell asleep while getting my dental cleaning so that's what prompted me to write this review!!! I speak many blessings over this practice! read more
