Future Nails is wonderful! I've been going there for over a year and a half. My recommendation is see Kim. She is wonderful, sweet and just a lovely person. She takes care of your nails and the best part of all is she does not hurt you and truly gives you exactly what you ask for. I only see her and she does the best pedicures as well. I usually fall asleep during the pedicures because she just makes me relax. The salon is very clean and makes you feel comfortable. Kim's days off are Wednesday and Sunday. Cindy has great technique because I just asked that she makes my nails look as natural curve as she can because they grow upwards and showed her a set I wanted her to mirror. She delivered!! My Review of Future Nails and Spa I've been a customer at Future Nails and Spa for over 10 years, coming on and off for all my manicure and pedicure needs. My usual nail technician, who is fantastic, has been out of the country, so the past few times I've had Ann for my pedicures. The first two appointments with Ann were decent, and I was pleased with the service. However, my most recent experience was very disappointing. Ann seemed rushed and acted as if I were an inconvenience to her. The entire pedicure, from start to finish, took a total of 15 minutes. She didn't shape my toenails, and I had to ask her to clean up my cuticles. The final polish was lumpy and bumpy, a result of the rushed job. Based on this last visit, I will not be allowing Ann to do my pedicures in the future. I'll be waiting for my usual technician to return before I come back. read more

I had an appointment with my regular manicurist, who is awesome and while I was sitting in my chair about to start, the owner, Lily, suddenly bumped me for a walk-in. I've been going here for several months now and this really upset me. It's like my appointment and time did not matter and I did not receive an apology or discount for this inconvenience at all. read more

I've been coming to Future Nail & Spa for years and recommend it to everyone who is looking for a new nail salon! I started getting my nails done here with my mom when I was in middle school and I'm going to be 30 in July! I live 30 minutes away and it's 1000% worth the drive. I personally see Ava for manicures and Amanda for pedicures. My mom usually requests Cindy, Mai or Michelle. Both my mom and I get our nails done every 2 weeks and request a clear dip base with whatever gel color/design on top to keep our nails strong between our visits. This was a technique that was recommended to us that I also highly recommended. My mom and I don't get acrylic nails but I know Tammy and Cindy are great if that's a service you are looking for. There is also an endless amount of nail polish colors to choose from for both regular and gel. 10/10 service and quality work every time. read more

I went to get pedicure and manicure with dip powder and gel. My pedicure experience was good but I am really upset with my manicure. I have pretty strong and long nails. But they made my nails sooooo thin. I don't think my nails will last more a week without breaking. I will not recommend this place if you are looking to get dip powder manicure. read more

The same way I rave about business I also Call them out when need to. Been coming here for a while. Things do change I understand but if someone calls and makes an appointment keep to it. Don't call 10 min before you close and say you can't do it for your appointment the next morning. The person who called me said I asked the person you requested if they can do it when you called this morning and they said yes... now they can because we don't open until 10 and can you come You come at 10:30... umm no... my appointment is at 8:30 and now I have nothing. I call to make an appointment because I as well have a busy day. I seek for your business because of quality, customer service and cleanliness but today you failed me. Your customer service was not top notch. Why would you book something at 8:30 and not open until 10... I will always be going back for my person!! She is amazing!!! There are always hick ups but I would for who ever was the receptionist to be very mindful of the employees time and or schedule. This incident does NOT REFLECT ON MY PERSON ...but in WHO EVER ANSWERED THE PHONE! And my person should not in any way be affected!! This was not her fault! read more

When you pay a LOT of money for a service and expect to get what you pay for, but end up getting what they decide to give you....uneven, overlapping on cuticle gel polish that you can't take off yourself at home. I want to cry, but I'm keeping it together. I don't always get to splurge on myself so having this horrible job kinda makes me sad. Do I still have to tip? would you? : / Update... so I just left the salon, I did not ask for a discount, I never do. However, the owner offered my pedi at no charge due to the issues. I debated with her for a while, but ultimately she won as she was the one who charged my card. I feel bad for not tipping for a service because it's soooooo not like me. I had one of the worst nail experiences here. I was cut multiple times and the over all final product was rushed and sloppy. I came in with acrylics on and she proceeded to pop them off without soaking them at all(so much pain and damage to my nails) She asked me multiple times "what is going on with your nails" referring to the fact my old set wasn't looking too hot. This was strange to me considering I was paying for a new set because clearly mine needed to go. When she was filing my nails she cut me very deep on one finger to the point where she had to stop because I was bleeding. She then proceeded to mock the fact I was cut to try and make it seem like less of her fault. She was overwhelmed with the design I picked so I tried to make it easier on her and modify it to what she was comfortable with and only have 1 color. She still managed to rush it and leave polish all over my hands and nails. She left all of my nails being up turned and looking just off. I gave this place two stars because when I asked for a refund one of the other ladies understood that I didn't want the lady that originally did my nails to "fix" them because my finger was in pain and I had already spent so much time there and they did refund me. read more
