This is my new go to nail salon. They are very quick and efficient. Lynn is my favorite lady there, she is always so helpful even when my Halloween nails broke twice (they're super long and pointy - I'm not used to long nails) she fixed them for no charge! I did tip her for her time of course. All the ladies there are so sweet though and they are always so kind to my daughter when she comes and makes her feel special. It's nestled in the corner of a little strip mall area so I don't think they get too much foot traffic... which is good for me because I've never had to wait too long while I'm there! Hidden gem for sure, highly recommend!

Kim was the woman who did my fill and just because of her, I will be trying another salon. I loved this place and have been going for years. Sadly, with this woman, it has changed my mind. She left my old nail polish on underneath and on the sides instead of taking it all off. You can see the glue where she tried to fix the nail coming off instead of redoing it. I asked for the extra pampered feature. It's where you pay more for a 10 min massage and extra pampering. Kim said because I did not get my nails painted then I can't pay extra for the pampered feature they offer. How can you tell a customer that they are not allowed to pay extra for a massage? Every other time I was there I have paid extra for extra work. This was the very first and only time Anyone who has worked there told me no. I am not sure if she was upset I wanted to leave my nails clean and no nail polish that she declined to assist me any longer. I don't think they should have the word SPA in their name if they won't allow you to pay extra for the spa feature. The lady who did my nails last time did great. I left that time with no color and received a message, scrub, and lotion. But Kim did not do that. I did like my toes. This was different woman who allowed me to request extra and have the massage and extra oil for my feet. I was willing to pay more for this. She did a wonderful job. I wish I got her name. Bottom line. I will not be back. After being Loyal to this salon for many years. I have brought so many friends and family here. Also, I did tell them I was not happy. They all looked at my nails and none of them apologized or wanted to correct the issue. At the least, an apology would have smoothed it over and not leaving me so upset.

I didn't plan on leaving a review, but here I am 9 days later with cracked/chipped nails. I arrived at 5 on a Tuesday, was done with my pedicure at 5:30, but I didn't leave until almost 8. That's how long my manicure took. They removed my acrylics nails; which I understand takes a chunk of time. It took about 2 hours to complete a dip manicure and my polish has cracked off of 3 nails. I'm super disappointed.

Well I want to start by saying that this is by far the worst nails I have ever had! Literally don't have to say much! Just look at the pictures they speak for themselves! I guess you can say you get what you pay for! These are trash!

I loved my gel X set done by my girl Tammy! She did them exactly how I wanted, affordable, & they are still going strong almost 4 weeks later with perfect regrowth & none broken off. She made sure she took her time. I've gotten so many compliments come here for a perfect affordable gel x set !!

I have been here three times now and it will be my "go to" going forward. Staff is very nice and the place clean. Kim did my acrylic fill and she is great!! I find it amusing that they are located in a shopping area where the military has recruiting offices. That has nothing to do with their business, I just find it a bit odd. I look forward to my visit on Wednesday! read more

I have real concerns about nail artists that do not take infection control seriously. This is my feeling before, during and after pandemic. So basically, not pandemic related... but standard precautions right? I know not all nail artists wear gloves and that's fine, as long as you maintain clean hands (soap and water is a really great thing... even hand sanitizer). My nail artist proceeded to go back and forth between myself and another client (not my daughters) without gloves, without cleaning her hands... her own nails had either dirt (or maybe it was black polish?) under them and I just wanted to be done and over with. Fair job with the nail artists that did my daughter's toes and nails, but overall a major concern with cleanliness. We will not be returning. read more

I have been going here to get my nails done since they have opened. They are reasonably priced & the nail techs are polite. I rarely have to wait as a walk in. If their is a wait time I just come back later. They do take appointments though. For a gel mani & regular pedi was $42 read more

So disappointed with my last visit. I usually have Cindy work on my toes to remove ingrown skin. I did not get the name of the lady who worked on me on during my last visit, but she absolutely destroyed my right big toe. I come here to make my feet better for my runs and now i'm out of commission for a week as I cannot run on this damaged toe. So pissed off. read more

I tried this place today for the first time while my daughter had soccer practice across the street. Jenny did my acrylic full set and I love them so much!! Not only was she super sweet, but she had great attention to detail and really listened to what I wanted. They have a great gel color selection as well! I will definitely be back!! Excellent job by Sky! Sky and Emily are the owners and the two best technicians. They are relatively new owners and bought the shop from previous owners with bad reviews. I typically get a gel mani & pedi. Literally, they last for no less than 3 weeks. The pedi much longer. The shop is not fancy, but I've paid higher prices at other shops for ambiance and sparkling water only to have my nails chip within a week. I much prefer coming to Sky or Emily and skipping some of the fancy for incredible nails! Plus, everyone is really nice. Definitely try them out...but call for an appointment to skip any waiting. read more

I've been coming to this nail salon for a while. I have always had a hard time committing to keeping up with my nails but after today I am making it a point because Tammy did such an efficient job. I've always noticed Tammy but never had the pleasure of her personally doing my nails. But I've noticed in the past that she has always checked her employees finished product. She's even pulled out her file as I was paying just to add her touch on perfection. I've never seen that before. Yesterday I finally got to sit down with Tammy. She was so quick and not because she was trying to get done with me quickly but because she knew exactly what she was doing. I'm very indecisive and was still deciding on the color and design all while working on a budget. I showed her a picture of what I wanted but said she could put her own spin on it. We have a mix of matte, glitter and regular shine gel polish plus the bling bling. Suffice to say I will continue to come here but I'll be booking my appointments from now on with Tammy ahead of time. Thank you Tammy for a wonderful experience. read more

As loyal of a customer I am I think this will be my last time visiting this nail salon unless my usual nail tech is there. I'm very particular about who does my nails but decided to give everyone a chance since my usual has been out. I will not mention names but my nails were thick, lumpy, uneven & crooked. Instead of a relaxing experience, the entire service felt stressful and uncomfortable. I understand occasional mistakes can happen, but repeated injuries point to a larger issue with technique and care. I'm sharing this in hopes the management takes it seriously and improves client safety. For now, I won't be returning, but I hope to see better standards moving forward.

She was able to tell me that I still had old acrylic underneath that wasn't drilled off before getting my new hard gel set. She explained why my nails were breaking and why they didn't feel as sturdy. She did a great job helping me out and starting me over from scratch. She was a little aggressive with the filing and I got a little cut on my pinky but overall she did amazing compared to what I had before. I love how my nails turned out and will definitely be back! Decent size parking lot out front and next door to two different coffee shop and juice shop. Right when we walked in, the gentleman was very sweet and friendly. Not sure if he was one of the nail tech or the manager in charge. Very friendly and welcoming. We wanted to check the menu before getting anything done as it was our first time here. If you know, we all tend to stick to our regulars with nails and any other services so trying something new was a little of a challenge. Decided to go for it and gave it a try. You start with checking in on the iPad at the front of the door. There's a little waiting area with a good amount of seating and where a good amount of the nail polish are housed. It was a few minutes till we were called. We both just wanted a pedicure and went with the spa pedicure. That came with all the trimmings of cut, file, clean, scrub and included an 8 minute foot massage with a misting machine. The two ladies that were taking care of us were sweet. Friendly and very detailed and professional. Before the service, they handed us the menu again to make sure we were getting the correct service. And during each service they would informed us what they were doing. Plus before the foot and leg massage, they showed us the timer so we can see it. The service was great and experience was excellent. It was quite busy which a lot seemed to be regulars that were visiting. All the ladies were very sweet and the place didn't feel stuffy one bit. Very clean and well organized. One side was where all the spa pedicure takes place. Everything was covered and cleaned before the service. The opposite side was where all the manicure tables are placed. Tables were next to each for the cohesive vibe. Behind them a massive wall of more polishes. Also there was a television which was great if you wanted to watch tv while your service. I believe they also had a waxing room in the back. Price wise for the spa pedicure service was 45.00 for everything. If you wanted French polish that was additional fee. Credit or cash payment accepted but if you pay cash, it was a little discount which was nice. The service was great. Friendly staff and well cleaned salon. Everyone was great and professional. A nice place and great experience for us. If we're in town again and need something done, we'll for sure be back.

She entered the store, easily found everything she she needed, and due to her research, knew exactly how much her items would cost; taxes and everything included. The clerk rang her up and as my dear friend was just about to go on about her lovely Friday evening, she stopped and look at her receipt in hopes to celebrate how spot on her math would be. But unfortunately, she was stopped in her tracks as she noticed an exuberant additional amount charged over her own calculations. $60 worth of odd charges. She had a "things that make you go hmmm..." moment. My dear friend inquired about the additional charges and was met with what seemed to be "I'mma make some bs up so this lady will get out of my face" energy. My dear friend did not like this and asked for the manager and the clerk responded the manager was busy. Friend asked for the manager's name and the clerk gave it and it was the name of the clerk. Friend asked "Is that you??" The clerk responded "Yes." Friends' mind was blown and her annoyance grew. Friend asked for an explanation of the charges and like most businesses that attempt to take advantage of customers, when it got down to the core of it, the manager couldn't explain the charges and offered a refund to her debit card which would take 7-10 business days. My friend wasn't buying it, demanded an immediate cash refund of the over charges and wasn't leaving until she received it. I don't blame her at all. If you knew my dear friend, you would agree she is a lovely person and definitely not the person to play, scam, lie, cheat, or steal from. It would not be wise. Eventually the "clerk/manager/I accidentally over charged you $60 for some hair" came to her senses and refunded Friend in cash and all was calm. In a time when everyones money has an assignment and very few of us can enjoy luxury let alone have spare time and change to beautify ourselves, the last thing we need in a place as sacred as the beauty supply store, is the mindset and ill-political strategies of "wanna-be" oligarchs. This really ain't the time to be messing with anyone, especially women when it's time to get our hair done. This business needs to do better and realize many of us ain't too busy or distracted to read our receipts. This is a warning to them to stop pressing your luck. This place is under new management & the new owner Emily is amazing, her staff is attentive and very professional. I am extremely picky when it comes to my nails and feet. Emily gets my acrylics the perfect coffin shape that I like , with a variety of charms and colors to make them pop. Sky does my pedicures and brings my feet back to life every time. Not, "let me get you change" or "I just pirated your honky @ss". So bà essentially ripped me off for $5.....a small victory for grannie, especially when you consider that SOME of you nice ladies out there may think this reflects poorly on the ethics of "Pro Nails and Spa" and think twice about coming here.

My wife usually goes to another place but they were fully booked, so we decided to go together and check out this new spot that we found on trustee ol YELP . Small SHOP, friendly staff, and even better service. What more can you ask for? Like I said im a manly man and sometimes walking into these places, can be a little intimidating, but I felt right at home. Me and my wife opted for the THC infused pedicure, and it smelled great and was really refreshing, they even use freshly sliced oranges and a sugar scrub on your feet and legs, and it just added a little special touch to the whole thing. They do not rush the process and honestly, I think we were there about an hour. When I walked out the door, the place it felt like my feet were breathing. Do yourself a favor come check this place out. Hopefully it was a as amazing as it was for us.
