This is one of the best hidden gems I've found in a while. I found this quiet little place one day after deciding to get my nails done after work. I didn't want to drive 40 minutes to my regular place and the reviews with Future Nails were enough to have me give them a try. I wasn't disappointed. They are so kind, friendly and respectful. The prices are amazing and the work is incredible. They have many services, enough for anyone to find what they are looking for, including all waxes. They had me in and out within an hour and that was with a full set removal. I wish I would have taken a picture of the first time I went in. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone needing a refreshing manicure and pedicure, or a break from the same old same salons you're use to going to. It really saddens me to write this review, I've been patronizing this location since moving to Columbia over 3 yrs ago and due to my liking of Candi work I've also referred several others . On yesterday 7/8/23 I called and booked an appointment for a pedicure with Candi and she asked me to come in at 2. I get there at 1:50 and still waited 35 minutes after 2 for her. I hadn't seen her in a while so I explained that I've since been diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis which is why I had peeling skin (no cuts) from the psoriasis that often comes with PSA. I asked her to be gentle and she wasn't. She even became rougher when her next appointment came in and she was running behind again. She rushed through my pedicure rubbing the pumice stone across my feet a total of 3 times. Then started to complain about my feet as if that's not what I'm here for. My toe nails were cooked and the total job was rushed. She even said "eww too much skin!" I was hurt and humiliated. She sensed my disappointment so she overcharged me because she new she wasn't getting a tip. $85, I'd never give her my business again. read more

Never Never Ever again! I got my nails done on a Thursday. The fill was horrible. My nails were bulky. They started lifting on Sunday. I went back on Mon and was asked,do I want it GLUED? ABSOLUTELY NOT A different nail tech fixed my nail and noticed the bad bulky job that was done. She attempted to fix a few. She re polished the nails she fixed after they dried I noticed the color was off a little. Instead of her taking it off she tried to convince me that it was cute. They have a sign that says: no talking on speaker phone. She (the nail tech) did just that. I wasn't able to go to my usual nail salon and found Future Nails on short notice. Not a fan and won't be returning. Their regular nail polish selection is very limited (the color and oils were separating in the bottle) however they had a huge gel polish selection. The nail technicians stopped mid way and started putting face cream on and when I asked them to wash their hands, they were mad. They also were annoyed at me when I expressed how displeased I was with the glob of polish. Nonetheless, there's a nail salon in every salon, will continue to go to my usual place. read more

They need to enforce the "no speakerphone" rule they have posted. Listening to a customer talking for 30 minutes on speakerphone is not my idea of a relaxing pedicure. Otherwise, an average nail salon. Massage during pedicure is basically non existent. read more

The service here is absolutely terrible. Do not go over if you want to be treated with respect. I came to get a fill in and two days later one nail cracked. I came back to get it fixed and literally the next day another nail cake completely off. The shop was closed because of a snow storm and unfortunately I was not able to come in the next day because I had a flight to catch. I come back in the following week explaining the situation and they showed no remorse because apparently they can't "control a broke nail, it's my fault". If you want quality service and your money's worth do not come here. I only gave one star because that's the only option. read more

Horrible experience... After reading the reviews I thought Future Nails would be a great place to treat my friends to a luxury nail salon. Unfortunately, getting my manicure I over heard each employee at future nails were laughing and speak very badly about thier customers feet while giving pedicures. Thankfully, being bilingual I can understand multiple languages. I never imagined a place in Columbia Maryland which is a upscale community speak about their customers with so much disrespect. I figured if they think we can not understand their language it's okay to talk about us.(smh) Also, I noticed the prices they quoted is NOT the same; they over charge customers. All in all, after my friends and I received our manicures, pedicures and several full nail gel sets we were very displeased with there services. We were shocked and confused on how this establishment do not clean their utensils nor change their emery boards after each customer and past but not least talk bad about thier paying customer. I just moved to the area and was looking for a salon close by. I am not sure if I came on an off day or what. Sitting for the pedicure the water was cool and quickly turned ice cold before the nail tech even got to me. When she asked how the water was I told her it was cold and she warmed it up just a little. (While I was drying my nails a lady who walked in after me complained of the cold foot bath also so it wasn't just me) I just had a regular polish job nothing fancy and it was done well and the prices were affordable. I had more of an issue with how dated the salon looked. Mixed matched chairs, limited older color selection and cold water plumbing. I may be spoiled by the other salons who make a bigger deal out of the hot towels, massages and drinks but paying to have your nails done is kinda a treat and it would go a long way to pamper your guests more than a cold bath and a fresh paint job. read more

When I go in they always ask bow I am and what has been going and if I still work at such and such and theh remember the conversations we have. I have been going to this salon for almost 7 years and I have always loved the workers and the work they do. Today i had a new person and i received very bad customer service.. First, the man went out of the salon midway through my nails and smoked a cigarette. After that he cut my skin with the filer and when he started painting my nails he wiped the polish off my nail onto my skin and didn't bother to clean it after.. At the end he charged me $5 extra for a regular full set , for no reason along with my friends as well.. I have never felt this way with this salon in all my years of coming here. I absolutely love the salon the atmosphere and the employees. Hue & his wife are my favorite they both do my nails mani & pedis which always turns out phenomenal. Hue's wife does all my waxing. I get my eyebrows & full Brazilian done and she's extremely gentle very clean and switches the wax out NEVER double dips in the wax. I'm very comfortable there they're very accommodating if I'm running late they always fit me in! read more
