My first time here and my LAST. This was the absolute worst set I've ever had in my life. I don't think I've had a set even close to this bad before in 10 full years of getting my nails done. The guy had no idea what he was doing my nails are huge lumpy and gaudy AND ALL DIFFERENT LENGTHS. I am embarrassed to show up at my family event tomorrow with these horrendous nails. I told the guy taking care of them I had an event and needed my nails to look nice. I said I wanted them narrow and natural looking-at first he did the acrylic so thin it was bending then when I said something he added a crap ton more acrylic and made them extremely thick. One extreme to the next. The length of them are all different none of them match. After he was done destroying my nails I was so upset any human being could tell from the look on my face I was absolutely not happy about the way these turned out at all but nope they had no awareness apparently to ask if I wanted them fixed. I literally told the man 15 times to file them and drill them better but he barely did anything. Then they swapped me to another guy to paint my nails, he rushed through so fast and slopped the polish all over and on my skin and cuticles. I will never go back here again. I paid 52$ for absolute garbage nails. I even tried to file them at home and fix them and I cannot fix these. Im extremely upset and didn't even want to pay for these. There is no way in hell someone would look at these and say "well they don't look too bad." No because they look absolutely horrible. One nice thing I will say is the guy was kinda polite BUT he barely did anything I requested-just half assed everything I asked him to fix-which I should not be asking him to fix nails he is supposed to be trained to do. I wish I would have read the reviews before using this place as a backup because mine was slammed and I didnt want to wait an hour. Next time I'll just wait an hour then literally throwing my hard earned money in the trash. Im embarrassed to have these huge ass gaudy nails tomorrow for my family event. My toddler could do a better job than this. Im so extremely upset my face was telling the entire time. I asked over and over for him to make them narrow and drill them down more and he barely did anything to fix them after repeatedly asking. I didnt want to keep saying the same thing over and over. Im assuming he was just the receptionist but the lady he asked to do my nails said no and he had to take over. GAAAHHH IM SO PISSED WHAT A WASTE OF 52$ AND OVER 2.5 HOURS!!!!! Do yourself a favor just throw your 50$ in the trash instead of going here. NOT TO MENTION ALL THE NAIL TECHS WERE HACKING UP A LUNG SICK AS HELL COUGHING ALL OVER THE PLACE. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. This was my second time at future nails for a full set of dip with tips. My first appointment Hannah did. A great job so I requested her for my second appointment. When I showed up the other employees told me Hannah was running late and another nail tech would get me started. Long story short she ended up showing up at the end of my appointment with Starbucks in hand. She clearly blew off my appointment. I ended up with these lumpy nails that were all different lengths and shapes. I would have asked to have them fixed but I have heard that they are not super excited to correct issues. This set lasted just shy of two weeks and all of the nails lifted at the cuticle and started popping off. I will not be returning which is a shame because Hannah did an amazing job on my nails and I was so happy with them but she seems unreliable because I had specifically requested an appointment with her a week in advance. read more

Honestly have to go back in a week because he didn't trim down my nails. I should've said something, but didn't notice until the time he was polishing verse he was that quick. Then. I've been going to him for about 7 years, with the exception of maybe 4 months when I went elsewhere closer to my new house but honestly, nobody can ever compare!! My shellac lasts me 3-4 with absolutely no chips at all! Of course they grow out, but they don't break/chip, anything. For my wedding, we did a mix of two colors - kiss the bride and funny bunny. I got my nails done last Thursday and they chipped on Saturday while i was out of town... i went back to ask them to fix my nails;The lady told they can not guarantee polish it chips i asked her in less than a week . Why would u polish if u can't guarantee your work. So she then tells me well we will fill them in... she had someone buff my polished nails and put polish on top of the chipped nails. I got my nails done there today, (got shellac mani and the guy who did them actually did a good job) it was my second time there, and LAST, the reason is, the owner is extremely rude, she kept complaining about customers and making rude comments while another customer and myself are sitting there getting our nails done, I felt very uncomfortable. What really pissed me off and made me write this review is the fact that the salon has signs saying not too talk on the phone, and you can't be loud, your shop your rules, I guess they want to be "professional" understandable, but the owner and her workers are constantly speaking in their language so loudly, and laughing, no idea what they're saying, makes you awkward and is very "unprofessional" and This last time I was there, this young lady got a phone call, she was speaking in a low voice and the owner yelled at her saying "please no phone". Please practice what you preach, you want people to come there and be silent, than you need to stop speaking poorly of your clients while other clients are in there, and speaking in your language so loudly, I don't recommend this nail salon and will never go back! read more

Update look at the pic Phenomenal customer service and so many colors!!!!!!!! Prices are about average as well as set up! They took my daughter and I in and it was after 7! She does such a good job on my nails and if I ever see anything I want fixed she does it for me with no question! 100% recommend this place. The nail salon is smaller than what I'm used to and it felt pretty cramped seeing how they were already so busy on a Thursday midday. I wish I can put zero stars, I had dip powder+shelak for my nails and regular pedi with Stacy who rushed to finish my nails, even though I had an appt scheduled with her. She worked on my nails without even looking at them, she was too busy welcoming people to the shop, asking customer what they wanted to have done and talking to pther family members in her language...she wasn't paying attentions to my nails at all which bothered me a lot because I paid a lot money to have my nails done nicely. U ended up with thick ugly bumbled not even dip in powder nails and expensive. I also witnessed calling customer stupid after hanging up the phone with them. I strongly don't recommend this place to people, rather pay my money and support places who appreciate my business. read more

Everyone is great here so it doesn't matter who you get but my favorites are Renee, Stacy, Tina, and Leon. I have been coming since I was 14 & the quality of work has remained the same. I ventured to other places many times because of moving around but no matter what, I find my way back to Future nails because there isn't another salon that compares. read more

Excellent service, sufficient to please my very picky needs. First and Foremost: the entire staff speaks fluent English! It is a huge advantage as I've had my nails done wrong many times due to poor communication between me and my technician. They have big selection of nail polish, they're very reasonably priced and honestly care about you and your experience. First time stopping in today.. As I've been going to another location closer to home but figured I'd stop in after work to wait out the traffic... SO GLAD I DID! Everyone was very nice and helpful. I didn't feel rushed and Leon did my nails beautifully as they were getting brittle. Tons of colors to choose from - Shellac or Polish. The little wait was worth it. I can see why they're always busy! I will definitely come back on my lunch break or call ahead! :-) For the negative comment below I'm pretty sure you had to have cleaned or had your hands in a cleaner/detergent that made the shellac peel. I was looking for a new nail salon in the area and read good reviews about Future Nails, so I gave it a shot....which will be my last. When I walked in, I was barely greeted and told them I wanted a manicure. I picked out a color and made my way to a gentleman who was finishing his lunch and proceeded to ask the other technician if she was almost done, as he was too lazy to work. Once the manicure began, my hands soaked in water only and not even warm. There was no cuticle oil, no solution, just water used during my entire manicure. When he grabbed for tools, they were clearly dirty so he spritzed them with what I hope was alcohol and just did a quick wipe. All in all, the place had no music and was awkwardly silent, on my way out no one said thank you or have a nice day, my nails still looked like crap, it appeared dirty and unprofessional and I left only to go home and give myself a proper manicure for free. I HIGHLY recommend you choose somewhere better, even if it's your own home! Very unsatisfied. read more

First off this place rocks how many nail places do you know that have been owned by the same people for I believe 20 years. I love coming here everyone is always so nice and professional. I always have a hard time choosing a color and Leon my nail tech always picks it for me. Even when Chris does my nails he still picks out my color.
