Second Review on Future Tire Lakeside... This time, I needed a spare wheel for my trailer. It has 2 wheels, 4 lug with a spacing of 125mm between lugs and a hub centric of 5", the gentlemen called my trailer a unicorn lol. They did not have a rim that would work, so I'm looking else where. BUT, there is no reason not to tell about my experience. I would recommend, and I do plan to go back again, but here is why: Even though they did not have my rim, or get my rim, the man came out happily to measure my lugs and rim, another gentleman came out by the first ones request to re-examine my wheels in hopes he could help... no did not toss me off to someone else, got someone else to help us, to help me! Looked at a wheel I had bought else where, measured and explained the differences, so I know I can't use it safely (as I would have bought a spacer and wasted my money!). So even though, they could not sell me something, they went the extra extra mile trying to help me find a solution... So I recommend, and I will go back, this is my second experience and both have been exceptional. By the way, this is the lakeside store, I've never been to any other location only recent realized this was like some kind of chain, cause that is not the way it feels coming here, it doesn't feel like a Discount Tire, which I won't buy from. read more

I became acquainted a month ago with Future Tire They mounted tires for me and were excellent!! This week it started with a screw in my tire weird noises from front tire with screw. Beginning with the courteous and friendly voice on the phone I was treated very professionally, she clearly understood what I needed and assured me they could take care of me this same day. No 15 minute hold, no waiting your turn for an hour. They know how to get customers taken care of. The Manager drove my truck hisself returning quickly and his diagnosis was correct. I had a bad hub not transmission thank goodness as I had been told. This team and this Tire Business is the place to go. Great Service and fair prices. Well what I was told they were going to do was clean all my brakes and charge me for the brake cleaner bleed the brakes. That means you would have to take each individual tire off. Pull the rear drums off. Clean the brake pads. Bleed the brakes. Put the drums back on. Pull the front tires off, clean the brake pads and you don't have to necessarily take them apart and then bleed the airline. Bleed the air out of the lines and they were going to replace the wheel cylinder on the left rear. To me. That sounds like more than an hour's worth of work. And as far as charging me $15 for 1 oz of brake fluid, I figured that's about what they used since they only did one brake line. Really pretty pretty pretty pretty pissed off about this. $240 is a lot of money for me since I'm retired. These mechanics just love to rip people off but I will say one thing. I called hatch Toyota and they want $350. Just to tell me what's wrong with my car. Jesus Christ what has the world come to people. read more

Future Tire saved the day for us after our RV tire blowout. Our Good Sam Roadside couldn't get to us until days later, but Future Tire was available same day and within an hour... And, on Labor Day! This is one of the BEST auto repair shops I've ever been to, they are efficient, polite, and great at what they do. Arron was able to fix my flat tire in under a half hour and he did a phenomenal job. I'm from out of town and was worried about getting back to the valley safely before the long weekend and Future Tire Lakeside made sure I was taken care of well. Was on the the last day of a 2 mo RV trip returning to PHX and got an engine light They checked it for me and told me it was ok, just the emissions control system due to change in altitude and temp. These guys are amazing! Apart from being one of the only options on a holiday weekend, they understood OUR sense of urgency and when we had a car issue affecting our ability to get home, they went right to work. The manager and staff were polite and empathetic. They tried multiple options to address our issue and were exceptionally thorough. I am a local who always gets tires from this location but this was the first time I ever asked for service as well, in this case a simple oil change. I also received a call later saying the battery was half dead so I told them to replace it. Imagine my surprise when they billed me $105 for the oil change and $266 for the battery (Interstate model MT51R with suggested retail of $119). Future is a good place to go for tires but get your service elsewhere. read more

We had a great experience at Future Tire last week. My husband and I a and our twin 3-year olds were traveling when we got an (almost) flat tire. We were down the street from Future Tire and called them. The manager Dan was great on the phone and we went in immediately. They took care of our tire in less than 30 minutes and charged a VERY reasonable rate. We could not have been more pleased! read more

This is my first internet review; I write it for a reason. Buyer beware! I grew up working in a garage with my Dad; he taught me that poor mechanics should be exposed. My husband took our truck here to have the tires rotated, transmission serviced, and a front end lubrication. They took the wheel bearing covers off in the process, and did not replace them. My husband took our truck out to cut wood. By the grace of the universe, we did not loose the tire. He lost his brakes, and almost lost the wheel with tire, in the middle of no where. We had to triple AAA it back to town, $35.00 plus have C and C (which by the way are good) repair the truck at $114.00. My husband went back to resolve the claim in person they denied ever touching the covers which, is not true. We also lost a wood sale that day due to the truck issues, another $200. read more

I have to give a shout-out to the Pinetop-Lakeside/Show Low folks...every single one of them that I have met has been genuinely kind and friendly and this didn't stop with the mechanics at Sunrise Tire!! My family and I traveled over 8 hours from San Diego to get away and check out the AZ slopes/outdoors. The last thing we needed on our vacation was an auto malfunction, especially that "Red" (my 4Runner) was just in the shop before our trip. My check engine light came on and I heard some crazy noises going on in the dash. I was referred to this shop and concerned that they would mistreat and take advantage of an outsider who is also female. I was completely WRONG. Kyle immediately greeted me as I pulled up to the shop, treated me with respect and listened intently about the problem. He then explained to me what it could be and to wait about 15 minutes so that they could rule out the obvious, I would know what to expect and not cause any further inconvenience. It seemed my thermostat was the culprit and that total charges would be a little over $100. I then received a phone call about an hour later and Kyle explained that they ran more tests and actually all Red needed was a gallon gulp of coolant and overall, NO CHARGE. Thank you, thank you!! This shop was a complete Godsend, so now we can just truly enjoy our vacation and make it home safely!! read more
