I bought a Groupon and my experience was okay. It's hidden and out of the way, but easy access by freeway. I called ahead early in the morning and was told to come in at 9:30am. I came in and there was a man and a woman there. The man seemed confused as to why I was there. I had to show him I was told 9:30am was okay. He showed me the room, but when I requested a female masseuse, he seemed angry and said 'did you ask the manager?'. I looked confused, so he went out and got a female masseuse. When he came back he said 'why don't you have your clothes off?' I said I was waiting for him to come back and this was my first time here. He finally chilled out and apologized. The female massage therapist's name is 'Mia'. She doesn't speak English too well so you may have to translate what you want. But she's excellent. I highly recommend her. Very caring and funny. In the middle of our massage the male barged in the room and asked 'is everything okay'? My lower half was uncovered so I quickly covered myself up. I was totally confused and astounded at the lack of professionalism. If a woman is in a room and in a vulnerable position you don't barge in. I have never had that happen to me before in a massage session. Looking back on his general demeanor and how he reacted to me requesting a female massage therapist, and how he came into the room while I was in a vulnerable position without knocking, I have suspicions that he is a pervert. I found out later supposedly that man is the manager. Honestly the women should run the place. The male was abrupt and unprofessional. I was able to leave a tip for Mia via Venmo. This was a unique experience. Its hard to really critique, because who doesn't love a massage? This place is unlike any other massage parlor that ive ever been to, however its not the worst. It was a little darker than normal. The decor was eccentric. They have music but its faint and played throughout, which is overpowered by their loud doorbell. The ambiance was overall lacking and needs a little revamping. The massage itself, i give it a 8/10. My masseuse had strong hands. My massage included hot rocks and a foot rub. I don't usually write reviews, but I think people need to know how this place is. If I could give a zero I would. Please just don't come here. My boyfriend and I decided to come here because it seemed good from the reviews. My boyfriend's masseuse was pretty okay from what he told me. Mine was terrible unfortunately. She continuously scraped her nails on my back really bad. She was not massaging me at all, she was rubbing my skin and caused my skin to feel sensitive after. Not relaxing AT ALL. She kept leaving every 5-10minutes out of the room. Mind you I'm going to school to be an esthetician. We are taught how to massage shoulders properly and to keep contact while massaging. Not even the freshmen are this bad at school. At the end, I was pretty irritated with the service and just wanted to leave. We showed that we paid. We were ready to leave after showing the guy we paid. The guy there asked if we were going to tip with some attitude. I stated no and explained why. He then looked to my boyfriend and asked him if he would tip. Like what? It just seemed shocking instead of trying to apologize for my terrible service he looked to my boyfriend for extra money. I'm would NEVER EVERRR come back to this place again. My husband and I wanted same-day massages and they were the only place who would take us so we decided to give them a try. The masseuse left THREE times during my massage to go answer the front-desk phone. Each time she was gone for about 5 minutes which really took me out of my relaxed state. My husband said his massage was barely ok. They switched masseuses on him mid-massage and the second masseuse wasn't as good as the first, so he wasn't happy about that. Fast forward a few months later. We wanted same-day massages again and they were the only place that would take us same-day so we decided to give them another shot thinking maybe the first occasion was an off-day for them (i.e., short staffed etc). This was a bad idea. The second occasion was much worse. The masseuse was basically just giving me a rub-down. I asked for more pressure but she would start pressing too hard in the wrong places, and not in a way that was comfortable so i asked her to go back to the "rub down version" but i really wanted to walk out at that point. With about 15 mins left i decided to stay. The last and most aggravating part was this: i was on my back and she was massaging my leg/shin-area, but the rubbing got really really light, so I opened my eyes to see that she was ASLEEP!!! ...EYES CLOSED, HEAD NODDING...There was no mistake about it. I said aloud: excuse me miss, are you sleepy? And she jolted back up and said "I'm sorry, no no."Thankfully we were just about done. I've never wanted to leave a massage parlor so fast. I'm writing this review to save you time, money and a headache. There are plenty of great massage parlors out there, but this is not one of them. Adding, but not confirmed: I also think this is a sex parlor or something as another review stated. Two ladies made comments about me having a nice body (red flag) and also asked me about my relationship with my husband (another red flag that I didn't know was a red flag until I looked it up on google after-the-fact). My 1st time at Lili's let me just say, Jessica was so good at penetrating the pressure where you never thought you needed it. She was so good. It was painful in the sense that she got to areas that needed softening out. I have knots that were causing pain and couldn't get loosened up. She just went in and was determined to loosen me up completely. I felt the intensity in muscles that didn't know had tension built up from all my intense workouts at the gym. I was soar after, but that's expected and how you know your massage was worth it. It's not supposed to me a relaxing massage if you get a deep tissue. She stretched and cracked me all over. This place is great! It's located at a plaza, so parking is convenient. I had an hour long massage and I think it lasted a bit more that than that. It started with a back and leg massage, and the massager even stood up on me, so something to keep in mind. She then finished with a foot and neck massage which did wonders to my feet. I'll definitely be back and leave a generous tip because I feel like I under tipped. Great place! read more

Walked in and the atmosphere was also very sketch, not comfortable. A lady came out to help but she did not speak any English. I ended up liking my experience so much, so I then brought my mom for a massage. She also liked the care and attentiveness that I then brought my mother in law. Both liked the massage. Despite the language barrier, my mom was thoroughly pleased with the business, the masseuse, the massage and the cost. She says not to send her to the Ritz Carlton at LA Live anymore, that this place is much better. Depending on the time of day, (aka lunch time), parking can be a challenge.
