BAD MASSAGE WITH GLOVES I wanted to like this place because it's so close to my house but the lady I got (older with short hair) was not good. I'm hoping the owners will see this and have a talk w/ her. Why I'll never go back: 1. Gloves?! My lady wore latex rubber gloves which I never experienced at a foot massage place before. Then she proceeded to "massage" me vigorously hardly using any oil/lotion! I was getting Indian burned bad. The gloves kept pulling my skin (bc it was dry no lotion). It was 60 minutes of torture. 2. No aromatherapy. Other places use nice smelling lotions or oils when they massage. I couldn't smell anything nice in here. 3. Not a professional. My lady was sloppy and didn't seem to know how to massage. I've gotten hundreds of these so I know she knew the pattern but there was zero love in her hands. I could tell she was either new or just didn't give a damn. My husband got the full body massage in the room and he said his lady was good. I've been wanting to stop by to LL massage since last year because it is conveniently close to my house. I finally went in. I bought the 60 min foot massage. I had a good experience. The massage therapist helped me relax and have a nice experience. When a certain place hurt that she massaged, she was mindful. Everywhere else I've gone to seems to ignore that and continue to massage like if they didn't hear me telling them it hurt. I really liked the head and arm part of the massage but I would like it to be longer than the 15 minutes. The foot and back massage was good but would have been better if no latex gloves were used. The masseuse was professional and highly skilled in her craft. She applied the perfect amount of pressure on my back and arms, the type of pressure that is deep yet incredibly gratifying. Her technique is very good and she can tell where to hit the right areas. I broke my arm a couple months back and have horrible spasms in my shoulder. The last two massage places didn't listen to a word I said which ended badly due to them manipulating my arm in weird ways and hurting my shoulder even worse. At LL Massage this was NOT the case! Yoyo took the time to listen and pay attention to where it was really bothering me and was extremely careful with pressure. She was the only one there and when the phone rang or someone came in the office she didn't make a big deal of it and quietly handled the business. She didn't rush and my half hour massage was actually stretched to 50 minutes due to the very short interruptions. Yoyo was extremely professional and even gave me recommendations on later care and even let me know they could schedule future appointments. They were not pushy, not shady, the place was extremely clean and even made me tea before I left.
