This place is a complete disaster of a business. I spotted the sign, decided to give it a try with a 30-minute massage, and it was a nightmare. I walked in at 11:43, and they rushed me out by 12:10. To add insult to injury, as I was leaving, they demanded a whopping $20.00 tip! Not only did I not get the full 30 minutes promised, but they had the audacity to ask for a $20.00 tip. I initially thought $40.00 was a fair price, considering you spend 5-10 minutes waiting which is part of your 20min stay. I had intended to tip $10.00 and maybe return, but this experience was beyond frustrating. Save yourself the trouble - stay far away from this place. This place is so misleading with signs. They have massage banner in the front and rear with prices. However, when you actually enter, price is way higher. Since I was in shoulder pain, I didn't wanted to look for another massage place. So I just paid for 1 hrs massage ($40). I request hard massage but lady instead of giving hard press, she was pretty much rubbing it with light pressure. I didn't feel like getting body massage at all. Also, all of sudden she was doing facial massage and it felt so weird. Not only this, during one hour massage? she step out of room 3 times and one time seems like she was out for more than 5 minutes. She was just outside of the door and talking to her coworker. If I could give zero stars I would, but Yelp won't let me give anything lower than 1star. I'm one for supporting local businesses, but when the service is bad, the service is bad. My friends and I went to get foot massages and from the start, this place was unorganized and pretty shady. We "purchased" a 30-minute foot massage which they said was $20. Each one of us got a wildly different interpretation of a foot massage. I was the last one to go into a room and i was the first one done. It was definitely not 30 minutes and most importantly, it wasn't a foot massage. My masseuse left the door open so there was no privacy, which is ok because the room I was in looked like a place people go to get murdered. There was an old massage chair that I sat in and a mattress on the floor. The other two rooms had an actual massage table and looked professional. The thing that bothered me the most was that she kept leaving during my massage. She would "massage" my feet for about 3minutes, get up and leave and then come back like 5 minuets later to slap some more lotion on my feet. When she finally went to get the towels to wipe my feet, she used cold, wet towels... well, one was warm-ish but the rest were cold. When I went to the lobby to wait for my friends to pay, the masseuse had the nerve to ask me if I was going to leave a tip using my card or cash. I shouldn't be asked to tip for a job not done and for unprofessional behavior. In every which way, this place and this experience was horrible. I do not recommend this place at all. read more

My son had a sports injury and they did a good job massaging the injured area. Clean and friendly people. The reason for the 3 stars is after the massage the lady harassed for 10 minutes about needing a $10 tip cause her fingers hurt. In that case maybe you need a new profession. I have been to many massage places because I have extreme upper back pain and this is honestly the best place I've been to so far. They are amazing! Rigoberto saw me for an hour and did a great job. He knows exactly what he's doing and tells you if you want to know the reason behind it. He asks you questions to try to find the root as to why you have pain and the best way to treat you. This place is very unprofessional and unorganized!! Do not recommend it at all!! The facility is small and ominous. They have a sign outside promoting a $25 full body massage which is not even valid anymore. My boyfriend and I decided to check it out when we saw the sign. When we walked they told us it was an old sign and it was actually $40 but just for a foot massage! We should've walked away but they told us they would do the full body for $40. So they took us into a room and before even getting started they said we had to pay first for their services!!! And when I gave them my credit card, they couldn't figure out there credit card system and told me that my card was "no good," even though I had just used it. Since I didn't have another card we decided to leave. After we left I decided to look over my account and saw that they charged me. So I went back to get a refund and the lady asked me to sit down while she figure out the refund. I waited for 30 minutes and they still couldn't figure it out! The girl seemed frustrated and kept talking to her coworkers while pressing buttons on the credit card machine. I should've just got the massage at that point but fearing that she was going to keep charging my card, I decide to just call the credit card company to let them know.
