First time trying this place! And I was pleasantly surprised! I had been searching for shrimp tacos in Beaumont ALL day & after quite a few misses, Fuzzys was the final option. I ordered a breakfast shrimp taco (Shrimp,Egg, & Cheese) & a Baja shrimp taco (shrimp, cilantro, tomato, lettuce, cheese, feta & garlic sauce). I LOVED the breakfast tacos!!! (the next day I ordered 4 of them; 2 shrimp, 1 bacon, 1 chorizo) They are perfectly seasoned and STUFFED with shrimp. They don't hold back at all.-Juicy, seasoned shrimp peices in every bite.- They also provide a yummy salsa, that leaves you with a smooth & spicy finish. I wasn't a fan of the Baja taco, but that was due to the cilantro. The cilantro was a bit overpowering to me; however, I'm not a fan of cilantro, so that's just a personal preference. All in all, very delicious. Wait time, was pretty lengthy. 20 minutes for 2 tacos (to go) & 30 min for 4 tacos (to go). But you see the chefs making the orders, so you know the wait isn't caused due to the chefs goofing off in the back. read more

I have been going to Fuzzy's for many years and had no issues until tonight. I ordered the Beef Fajita Platter and it was disgusting. I love this place. I was sad to see so many negative reviews, but it is what it is. I do not eat meat so this place is AWESOME. I can get pretty much anything, but with the veggies. And I think they are mighty tasty. I love their soft veggie tacos and the veggie burrito. The veggie enchiladas are also great, but it's just too much food for me for one sitting. Their chips are super tasty and they put a magical spice blend on it that I love. Also love their salsa, super tasty. Oh and I can't forget the fuzzy driver! It's also pretty inexpensive. The only thing I take off for is the fact that my order is wrong every few times I go. Not sure why, it's never overly busy when I go and I don't ask for anything crazy (ie: I ask for no cheese and get cheese or I ask for a veggie product and get something else). Have to ask them to go slightly easier on the cilantro. They use a LOT! So if you like cilantro, Fuzzy's is your place. The salads and tacos are always good, and the queso is good for fast food. But overall the service and food is usually pretty predictable and steady here. Any complaints I have had were small and quickly remedied. read more

The fajita tacos were very good. I also tried one of the breakfast tacos with eggs, cheese, chorizo and potatoes. Both were very good. This is a kid and family friendly place. Contemporary music is played overhead, which makes it a little more lively than other places. It's a pretty cool place but needs to be cleaned a little better. Walls and counter tops didn't appear to be wiped down in a while. It would probably help the place out if they'd do a full cleaning on a routine basis. read more

Hubby and I stopped here one morning, never been. We walked in, not only were we greeted with a smile, but the lady behind the counter explained how the ordering was done and then when our food was done instead of calling out our number she brought it to us...also with a huge smile. Decent and not expensive. I like that they have black beans, which aren't always available at Tex-Mex restaurants. I like the guacamole more than at most places because it's more avocado than filler. I know they were probably trying to be creative but warm salsa and chips with chili powder on them was an epic fail! The burrito I had was pretty good but the chips and salsa like that at a Mexican joint kinda ruined the whole experience for us. No one at our table liked them. I came in with high hopes, but was very disappointed. The only reason I gave two stars is the staff was very friendly. Save for that, I would have given one star. I got the fish taco plate and my girlfriend got chicken nachos. The fish tacos were not very flavorful. The strongest flavor was cilantro, which I love, but not as a base flavor for a dish. The fish was almost non existent and over cooked. There were other ingredients, but the proportions were so unbalanced that I couldn't tell what they were. The cilantro lime rice was very bland and just barely OK. The rice was little under cooked and crunchy. I would personally prefer rice a little over cooked than under, but that is a texture thing. The barracho beans were verrry salty and about 1/3 the volume of the bowl was what looked like pork fat. I am a huge fan of bacon, but this appeared to be all fat and was gross looking. It was a large lump, not sliced. The overall meal was unimpressive. The nachos that my girlfriend was served were god awful. They were so drenched in queso that it was the only flavor. It was a pile of unappetizing mush. I have heard others speak positively about this place, but I couldn't see it. I might possibly give them one more shot, however it is unlikely. read more
