Great food! They do not, however, know how to do online orders. They should not offer an online option if it is pushed to the back of EVERY SINGLE SERVERS' mind. Every time I am at this location it takes up to 20 minutes just to get someone's attention to give me my order that has been sitting there the entire time i was in the restaurant. The manager was the one who ended up actually talking to me while already doing 5 million things and the other people have zero sense of urgency/efficiency. Coming from a food service worker, it should not be 20 minutes of every single worker avoiding eye contact and paying attention to in-store patrons. I will genuinely never go to this location again as they obviously don't have an understanding of food service as a whole. BTW: I always show up at least 10 minutes later than the time they give me and I still wait for all of the in-store customers to get served first. Our standard Sunday Support Local day was in need of margaritas, yet again, so we paid a visit to the more even-keeled price point that is Fuzzy's Taco Shop. After going through their easy order online and contactless pay, we had fifteen minutes to head over and pick up the loot! The masked bartender behind the counter had my food all ready to go, which she handed to me, then proceeded to go start our margaritas after checking my ID. Halfway through, another employee came in without a mask and let her know that she needed to make a replacement margarita for someone who had dropped theirs in the parking lot. My margaritas sat on the counter melting as she stood there, looking confused, trying to understand exactly what was needed from the large group of college-aged students that had reentered the building before I offered to bag the drinks myself. Once we got home, we ripped open the bags and started pouring! I got the fajita chicken quesadilla that seemed to be missing the bell peppers, making it more of an onion/chicken/guacamole combo. It was still delicious and wonderfully greasy, but a little more vegetables would have been preferable. The Morning Glory margarita was perfectly sweet, with extra fizz from the mini bottle of champagne I topped it off with. My boyfriend's breakfast burrito was massive and stuffed to the gills, and his margarita was loaded with citrus and a hefty dose of grapefruit vodka. We proceeded to spend the day cruising the neighborhood on our bikes (helmets on after those drinks! And helmets on always!) and sprawling out, fat and happy, in the sun watching the afternoon lazily crawl by. read more

I always have a great experience at Fuzzy's! I've come here on many occasions for meals with groups of people and the food is consistently good - while it's not what I would call authentic Mexican food, it's high quality, fresh, and flavorful. Their margaritas are the real gem of the place, they are affordable but also great-tasting and dangerously strong! They have a ton of fun flavor options and a mix of frozen and on the rocks drinks. I have celiac and order a burrito bowl with chicken nearly every time, and they are able to change gloves and ensure no cross contamination with gluten occurs. read more

Super yummy food! I really like their veggie tacos minus the cheese. When I first tried their restaurant earlier this year was when a couple of my girl scouts had set up cookie booths there. The manager was kind to let them do it. I had never tried their food before so decided to try then. I had no idea what the stuff on their menu was or what would be best and the employee on staff was super helpful with answering all of my questions and explaining their pick up process. Next time I had it was for my anniversary in may. So during covid. Thet had a very simple order online option, and we enjoyed another delicious meal but we got it for take out so we could go enjoy it by the lake. The online service let u choose when you wanted to come pick up. It was super easy and ready to go when we got there. My last time eating there was this week. This time I just told my husband what I wanted and he went in and grabbed it to go. He said it went easy and smoothly. The food did not last long after it got home because it was so good! When we actually were in there in February. Store was very clean. Bathrooms were clean. Staff was friendly. And music just the right level. Thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience. read more

My gf can't have that so she went up and complained and the bartender said it's what I ordered. There is a reason this place has 3 stars. Lunchtime tacos are always a good idea! I've been here a few times and I love the tacos and drinks. The atmosphere is perfect for college age and the food is good for everyone! I open the pork tacos and the queso is great. The dining area is large and can pack in quite a few people. There is always a bit of a wait for your food, which is pick up, when your buzzing/flashing thingy goes off. They have great margarita options and they are most known for their beerita beer which features a beer bottle upside down in a margarita. It's very good! I never leave bad reviews but don't go here an hour or two before they close. I've had great meals here but by the end of the night it seems they use leftover things. I have a severe dairy allergy and I made it clear no feta or cheese on my taco- one taco came with cheese one did not (not pictured) my rice is almost all crunchy old and hard. The beans are dry and sticky. We got take out and I tipped good so I was extremely upset receiving a meal that's literally barley even edible. The girl did not tell us we couldn't order happy hour yet. She rang us up, took the credit card and when we saw the bill it was 7 dollars more than we were used to paying. Friday night and this place is hopping with college kids. Not that it's a bad thing. You'd either feel really old or really young :) Here for happy hour and drinks are $3 for beers. I tried their beerita. It's one of those flavored slushie drinks with a bottle of opened beer stuck into it. For close to $10, I'd say you are paying for the novelty factor. Prior to the most recent encounter with Fuzzy's, I thought I would share some background. We have loved, and probably will love Fuzzy's forever. We love the food, locations, drinks, atmosphere, etc. About a year back, we went to a location that wasn't our usual spot and ordered the normal food that we do. During our order, the computers went crazy and spit out a bunch of paper out of the receipt printer with a bunch of gobbilty gook throughout. The server laughed at such a sight as well as us. We waited for our food for a while, but started to realize that other people that showed up after us were getting their food. We inquired with the staff and they assured us, "it's on the way, we are just backed up." Since we have never had issues with Fuzzy's in the past, we believed in what they were telling us, along with the two next times we asked. We then started to notice that people that showed up after us have eaten all their food and started to leave and the second round were getting their food. Since it was an hour after we ordered, we demanded the status of our food. They then realized our ticket was in the gobbilty gook that came through before and have been overlooked. They started working on it right away. The server came out with the food and thanked us for ordering, apologized for the long wait time and walked away. I was very unhappy at this point because we had just missed a previous engagement, so we asked to speak with the manager to go over what happened. The manager apologized and gave us $75 worth of gift cards (we were a group of 8 that had just ordered $150 worth of food and drinks). We accepted and left with our food. A couple weeks later, we went to use our card and it was blank. Angry with the situation, but not wanting to get in another fight, we left it alone and carried on with our lives. Fast forward to today, October 21st, we went in with our friends, infrequent guests, and sat to have food. We were ordering our usual when the receipt printer shot out a bund of receipts and the person taking our order had no idea what was going on. Scared it was going to be the same situation, I told her of the last encounter and what happened. She looked very concerned and asked if we were taken care of. We told her yes, but no and told her what happened, thinking we were just speaking with the cashier about past issues. She apologized profusely about what had happened and told us she was going to pick up our drinks for courtesy. We refused, but she insisted. We thanked her profusely for it and she told us she was the director of operations and she wanted to ensure we would continue to be customers of Fuzzy's. She then told us that we were ordering her favorite drink and why, about why she loves working at Fuzzy's, and then told us of the reward program that no one else ever had. Right there, we knew we would always continue to be loyal Fuzzy's patrons. Fast forward a half hour, and we still didn't get our food. Scared it was like the last time, I went to the expo and asked about the status of our food. He said they were backed up, but took my receipt and asked where I was sitting and he was going to bring out my food as soon as it was ready. We were sitting with another couple that had already gotten their food and finished, so we wanted to get the kids dessert. I went back to the counter and Kelly, director of operations, was my cashier again. She asked if she screwed up my food and I laughed and said we hadn't gotten it yet, but the expo asked very different than last time, so I told her I was assured he was on the case and we would get our food. I sat back down and a couple minutes later, our order was ready and I picked it up. About halfway through my burrito, Kelly came up to me and told me my food was ready and came out well over a half hour later and she gave us a gift card for the next time. Once again, we tried to refuse, but she insisted. After we were about done, the expo came up and she had my receipt in hand (different person than the first). She asked if the receipt was ours and we said it was and she explained that somehow it was double-ordered and she was just going to pack it up to go. Again, we refused, but she explained that it would be thrown out if we didn't take it, so we graciously accepted. Thinking we had too many good things happen to us in a night, on our way out we went to Kelly and explained the double-order and tried to give the card back. She refused and told us to just keep it. Looong story short--We love Fuzzy's and we will be forever patrons of this establishment. Kelly said they just started opening 15 stores in Arizona, my wife's home state, so now we can continue to love Fuzzy's in Colorado and Arizona! If you're looking for an easy and cheap place to eat before a CSU football game- this is the spot. Fuzzy's has great weekday happy hours (beers less than $4) but my favorite part of this chain is the FISH BOWL. The fish bowl is the perfect mixed drink to share with friends. I always get the breakfast tacos at this place because you can't go wrong with eggs and chorizo and butt loads of cheese. Also there's lots of parking in this area, and it's about a .5 mile walk from campus. So if ya get a lil too tipsy off your fish bowl, you can return to your car after the game. read more

First visit to Fuzzys. I went with the brisket nachos. Now....When you think nachos, you typically think chips covered in cheese and some sort of toppings. Well. The brisket taste ok. More like it's bought than made. But.....There was very little cheese on them. Very little. What blew me away was adding feta cheese to them. Not a good mix for quasi "Mexican" food. Service! The only reason it's 3 stars and not 2 stars. The guys working in there were cool as hell. Nice guys and very appreciative of my business. So, Mr/Ms Fuzzy, thank them and give them a raise. My score may change. I'll give it one more chance to "Wow" me. But.......1 Nacho and 2 Beers = $18.00. That's pretty pricy when you can get authentic Mexican from any of the Taco Trucks around town.
