I went in last week and had the worst service in the bar by Jill. I sat down at a table and was past by at least 4 times by her. It was only when a bartender that was closing out asked how I was doing, did she ask from behind the bar what I wanted.. worst service ever. I stayed because I was meeting friends and we proceeded to go sit outside. Not once did Jill come outside to check on us. We had to go inside to order our drinks. That's the worst service I've ever received there. It's only because of Laurel, Savannah and Olivia that I returned. They are on top of things! Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner you can't beat this place!! If you are craving some Tex-Mex you've found your place. I've been eating at Fuzzy's for years now and highly recommend it. Breakfast: Breakfast Tacos and Burritos is where it's at. One or two tacos usually does the trick. If I'm feeling really hungry Breakfast Burrito is the key. My favorite is the Egg, Bacon, and cheese Burrito with a side of guacamole. Add a cup of fresh coffee and you've got yourself a meal. Lunch: Shredded Brisket Burrito all the time!! This Burrito comes with Shredded brisket, guacamole, shredded cheese, tomatoes, onions, garlic sauce, and your choice of rice and beans wrapped in a large flour tortilla. Never order anything else. Dinner: Highly recommend the starting with an ice cold beer and Special Ground Beef Nachos! These Fresh tortilla chips are topped with special ground beef, shredded cheese, queso, feta, pico de gallo, and garlic sauce.... something about that garlic sauce that really sets it apart from other nachos. Last night I visited Fuzzies in mansfield with a group of friends to grab a drink or two and catch up and had a horrible experience. A bartender, named Melinda "Mel", was extremely drunk and basically held our table hostage for an entire hour. She approached our table visibly and audibly drunk out of her mind and proceeded to go on and on to the men about how lucky they were to be with their girlfriends and then towards the women of the group about how awful and terrible all men are. She continuously told us she recognized us, when we'd never met her before. She went as far as to put her hands not only in our faces but also grabbing/touching/blocking in members of our table. When we showed concern about how she was getting home she became aggressive and started raising her voice shouting curse words and telling us "we clearly thought she was f--ing dumb" and how we all had "b--h faces". When we asked another bartender for help they sent over a man almost as drunk as she was saying he was her ride home, & instead of taking her away he joined her in her conversation. The entire time both the men and the women in our group were visibly uncomfortable and scared to set her off. We ended up splitting off one by one with a "bathroom" excuse and moving our entire table outside to get away from her. Overall it was a completely uncomfortable experience and I am not sure we will be returning for drinks or food again. read more

The worst Fuzzy's ever. First of all the cashier gave me four dollars short in change and I had to do the math for the correct change, even though they have a computer screen telling them how much money to give back. I waited 12 minutes for three tortillas.... And 15 minutes for two tacos (after my order was already entered wrong by the cashier). Great location, however think it's way overdue for remodeling. Too bad I ordered my food before seeing restroom. Ranked just above gas station dirty and rundown. Food was cold and tasteless Burrito was ice cold. Waitress couldn't run the room.The over served customers from the bar ran the place. I'm probably late but they serve breakfast tacos/burritos. They open at 7am everyday. I haven't been to a Fuzzy's taco shop in years. I had the chorizo and eggs taco and added avocado slices. Bomb! I love the atmosphere, everyone was friendly and it has a chill vibe. Deff going to come here for drinks with my significant other. Love that they have bar and patio seating outside. read more

Ordered nachos online and waited over 30minutes after being told they were ready for pick up the get them. The only reason they were even made then was the young man at the counter went and found my order. Shredded cheese was not even melted. Steak was not very good. Debated going to but ordered because of convenience. Should have done Qdoba instead. Waste of my time and money. read more

this is simply the worst location i've been to. I waited at the front for 5 minutes, no one came. I went to the kitchen where i saw a manger and two employees and asked them to service me. I was told to wait for someone at the front. After waiting for 10 minutes and watching the manger walk around and talk to the bartender and watched the servers clean. I still was not serviced. I will not be coming back to this location and management should be looked into. read more

Since my last review (over a year ago), we've been hear another 10 or 20 times. Perhaps, we eat out too much, oh well. Unfortunately, our experience here has still been a mixed bag, which is why I'm lowering the star rating to three stars. The restaurant is surprisingly clean, and you'll get greeted and served the food you ordered quick and fresh. But, the later you arrive, the kitchen seems to forget items. Oddly, they seem to have an issue with potatoes. We have yet to get potatoes in ANY of our tacos that include potatoes after 6:00pm. After all, a potato and egg taco is not so without potatoes! I know that sounds weird, but it is what it is. It is like the chefs here REALLY love their potatoes, so much so that they do not want to give up even a few morsels. And, if you order a lot of food, check it before you go. If you're there after 6:00pm, they probably did not include everything. I do not know why things seem to fall apart after that time, but it does. It is football season, and there is ALWAYS sports on in the bar. If the game you want to watch is not on the screen, just ask. The bartenders are more than willing to change the channel. But, usually, they already have the game on that you want to watch. Speaking of bartenders, every day the bar has drink specials. We always order based on those specials, and I recommend you do the same. The bar tab can get kind a pricey if you do not. As for quality of the drink, that really depends on the bartender. If you get a good one, you'll get a good drink, but if you get a bad one, you'll get a terrible drink. But, the good thing about the bad bartenders is that they usually forget to charge you. I've never actually taken advantage of that, but one could, if they so choose. The same goes for customer service because one of the bartenders is kinda rude. I'm not going to call that person out, yet. Now, I know I've harped on this 6:00pm line before, but the restaurant seems to change at that time. For example, after 6, do not expect clean. Do not be surprised to find dirty booths, floors, and drink stations. Again, all in all, I'm a Fuzzy's fan. Usually, we have 5 star experiences. Unfortunately, there has also been MANY 2 star nights as well. As such, as before, I'll average to a 4, and I do recommend this location. read more

The food here use to be like all other Fuzzy's, bit my daughters and I went here for lunch and it was awful. They changed the queso sauce on the enchiladas from to an almost brown looking cheese something. Needless to say they were horrible. My daughter and I scraped it off and ate what we could. Not sure if they have switch there dipping queso to this horrible slop too, but I will not be returning to this location anytime soon. I will be calling other locations ahead of time before going and asking about this as well. read more

I don't think I'll be back to this location for a while. Not only was the patio horribly messy and full of tables with dirty dishes, beer bottles and such, but many of the tables were broken or loose. That's not even my biggest issue. The music is always so loud it's difficult to talk at all. No I'm not some old woman saying turn down the noise, but just keep it reasonable. Lastly, the food, which is why I come to Fuzzy's, has been less than stellar. My last meal there was a huge disappointment. I love the location and its conviently close to my gym by five reached my limit. read more

I ordered a full family dinner for 4 through Door Dash. Half of our order was missing upon delivery. The food we did receive had no salsa and lacked flavor. Completely bland. The cheese enchilada was part of an adult meal but was small enough to be kid-sized. High prices and tiny portions. A One star rating is overly-generous for this restaurant. read more

Let me start my review off with a sigh. *sigh* Alright thanks, anyway, I really want to see Fuzzy's succeed because their food is pretty good, (when it's right) it generally comes out quickly, its cheap, the restaurant is lively, and I've been going there for years. I can also honestly say Fuzzy's is the only restaurant I've ever gone to where I found a nail in my food. No not a fingernail, a finish nail, as in the kind you use to secure trim to a wall. All nails aside, about half the times I go here they get the order wrong. Normally I let that sort of thing slide since people make mistakes and it's not that big of a deal but when it happens so frequently it becomes a problem. Most restaurants are happy to provide a refund for a meal that didn't come out perfectly but with Fuzzy's it feels like you're pulling someones teeth trying to get any sort of compensation for a messed up meal. Upon hearing of the nail we found in the bowl the "manager" didn't offer a refund for or free meal but said, "Huh that's strange, do you want us to make you another one?" I'm not asking for a lot here but as a manager it would probably be a good idea to offer a refund when someone finds anything that belongs in the hardware aisle in their taco. To be honest, if you go once, it'll probably be fine. That being said, I don't recommend you frequent this place because you're just pushing the odds at that point. I personally love there tacos there are several options, they have great specials on drinks each day there margaritas i love and for dollar more you can add a shot . Our family tried the Mansfield Location several times but I will never go back. The kitchen staff is rude. Waiting on orders is highly disorganized and no manager supervision with very poor customer service and rude staff. Let me remind readers my 3 stars means average(it doesn't mean anything bad). Fuzzy tacos is a go to neighborhood restaurant for tacos. It is solid because you know what you are going to get. If you are looking to fulfill your taco need quickly or you are close by, this is a place you can put on your list. I always get two Baja California shrimp tacos and chips with queso. I really enjoy the seasoning they put on the chips. Again I have nothing bad to say about fuzzy's taco food and service all are good so give them a try if you are in the area and just want a taco. read more

I called for a pickup order and was put on hold so long that I had time to drive all the way up there and I almost made it to the front door when they finally took me off hold. The music bass was so loud the benches and tables were shaking, it was like a night club at Fuzzy's which is supposed to be a family restaurant. Couldn't hear each other talk and couldn't even hear the music lyrics because it was all bass. Politely asked the manager if she could turn the bass down and she said she would and she never did. The employees were very aware that the music was at a ridiculous level of volume. Other tables made comments and couldn't believe how loud it was. Poor customer service skills.
