I got a quote from this person. I have text records of the quote with the promised service. The repugnant tech named Josh treated me terribly. He promised $120 for ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT FROM THE MANUFACTURER, (OEM) and gave me an aftermarket screen and camera from China. How do I know this? I took it to two techs at other places to confirm it was indeed NOT OEM. I actually suspected it was an aftermarket right when he returned it, because of my prior research. When I first gave him my phone, I plead guilty to judging him because he had a hole in his shirt and he also reeked of BO, and so I proceeded with a bit of research. Long story short, he gave me a signed promise of refund before spitting at me. Happened a couple months ago and to this day, I have not received a refund. Went in to get my iphone screen fixed. For a 7 they charged me $75. Ehhh it was alright. Came to write a review because the lady was arguing on the phone and then hung up. Fiding the entrance was a little bit confusing. It's the one in the back. I left my phone and they didn't ask me any question they just took it and gave me a price. I tried to leave a phone number but they said that they didn't need one. It was a little sus but maybe that's just how it is? They told me to come back in two hours. I came back in like 3 hours. They gave me a disabled phone, the screen was fixed but now I couldn't get any of my things. Kinda lame. I tried to call and ask for their help but they told me they were gonna charge me and that it was my fault for not backing up my phone lol OK mom. My iphone 5S got wet and the screen had gone black. Brian picked up my phone, fixed it and returned it in less than three hours. The next morning I realized that everything on my phone was functioning, except I couldn't hear phone calls unless my phone was on speaker. Came to FXITRight to have my Iphone 5 screen replaced and fix the vibrate feature that Ubreakifix in ventura broke. Josh had my screen replaced in under 15 minutes and half the price of the other repair shops! He also told me that Ubreakifix forgot to put in 4 screws and reinstalled the vibrate feature upside down! Dont ever use Ubreakifix they are not Apple certified technicians.
