The employee did not offer whatsoever any help to repair my Ipad of the damages they added onto it, and showed absolutely no concern over it either. Might I add, the issue the employee said they couldn't fix is fixable at another location so I have absolutely no idea why this employee thought it was okay completely giving up on my device (on the damages they added). They did offer to fix the screen once it starts working again... with a charge. I asked if it was going to be discounted at least and he said yes but probably not the kind of discounted I am looking for. I definitely wouldnt recommend this location when it comes to Ipad repairs.

Once the device was in and tested to be in proper working order, Johnny helped me transfer all the data from the damaged iPad onto the new refurbished iPad. All that I wanted to do was revive the machine. The repair technician Valerie confirmed my analysis. As the machine had two RAM chips, one 8 GB, the other 4 GB, she suggested that it might be possible to revive the machine if the 4 GB chip was defective. Simply taking it out would leave an 7 GB RAM chip which was sufficient for the machine to run. So she took it out, we rebooted the machine, and to my pleasant surprise it worked. As I plan to buy a new PC immediately, the 8 GB RAM chip will suffice for my needs. Valarie saved me the ~$125 cost of a new 16 GB RAM chip. She refused to accept any payment for her work.

Be Ware - i went to see alex to check my ipod , i was told i need new hard drive and it is gonna cost $120 - which is very fair - sure enough i paid the $120 and left my ipod. came back the next day picked my ipod and it is working a gain -thanks alex- i got home and double check my ipod to find all my old songs there ??? wow , it is the same hard drive , i called alex and ask for explanation, his answer was:I fixed it but he had no logic explanation. my point i don't mind paying $120 to fix the ipod but he wasn't honest ( no new hard drive) i still have my old hard drive . don't trust this place total scam. and guess what : i called again and ask for my old hard drive, i been told not call back. bad customer service and rude read more

iPad 11 Pro screen was cracked so rather than replace a fairly new, went to South Coast wireless in Camarillo. Alex did a fabulous job. The iPad looks totally new and works great. Excellent customer service and reasonably priced. Left it there overnight by choice, and had it back within a day. Honest, reliable and friendly service. After recently installing an expensive Orbi mesh system (made by NETGEAR) in my home to amplify my…read morenetwork's Wi-Fi signal throughout the house, I was experiencing very challenging network connectivity issues with two wireless printers. No matter what I did, or how I configured them, I simply could not succeed in getting either of these printers to connect to my new mesh system, which essentially creates a new, and faster, network on top of your existing Wi-Fi network. I spent countless frustrating hours, including multiple tech support calls with printer manufacturer technicians, trying to resolve this issue on my own, but to no avail. I'm a very technology savvy individual, and my inability to solve this problem was particularly vexing and dismaying. Finally, at my wit's end, I called Martin Duran of PC Idiot in Ventura to see if his company performed house calls, and Martin referred me to Blase. Blase is extraordinarily responsive; within 20 minutes of calling Martin, I was on the phone with Blase describing the problem, and on that very same call, I set up an in-home service appointment for the following afternoon. I texted Blase my address and printer model numbers after the call so he was prepared for his service appointment. Blase is extremely personable, experienced, professional, knowledgeable and punctual. He arrived right on time, and he got to work immediately...first on the PC and printer in my home office, and then the PC and printer in my father's office. He knew exactly what to do and how to resolve these issues, and he worked deliberately and efficiently. The entire service call was 90 minutes in duration, although it would have required less time if he didn't have to wait to uninstall and reinstall printer drivers and software on my father's old PC. Once the work was completed, I cut Blase a check, he wrote me a receipt, and he was on his way. All in all, I am extremely happy/pleased with Blase's performance and the outcome, and I highly recommend him for any beguiling PC or network connectivity issues you may have. He charges clients a flat hourly rate, so there are no additional trip charge fees for gas/mileage, as there are with some service providers. If you've ever experienced PC-related issues, then you know very well how frustrating and time-consuming they can be to resolve. Do yourself a favor, and save yourself time and headaches by calling Blase for help. You won't be sorry!
