Such a bummer! My hubby's iPhone 7 stopped working and we couldn't turn it off inspite of the usual tricks (press home and start button simultaneously, etc). We came to FXit. We thought Josh fixed the problem but when we got home, the phone's Touch fingerprint ID button and touch screen didn't work (in retrospect, instead of allowing Josh to just skip thru the Touch ID component during setup, we should have made sure to do that in the shop so we could have seen that it wouldn't work). When we called back to see if we should return the same afternoon, Josh said the screen they replaced the phone with wouldn't have the same features as the original iPhone parts. He said basically, if we wanted, we'd have to go to the Apple Store and get the screen fixed for around $200. My hubby is so bummed. We really wanted to like this shop since Marina and Josh seemed so nice (reason for 2 stars). I'm guessing if you just have a cracked screen this may be a place to go. If you have any other problems and want your phone back to regular working condition, go somewhere else. read more

Horrible service not to mention horrible communication on their part. The initial problem was never fixed and now they try to place blame on us that the tablet had water damage. If at any point it did have water damage again they failed to communicate it with us. They've had the tablet since October of last year and no phone call.
