DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I'm am saddened amy review this company and owner have been a nightmare to deal with. I dropped my sons iPad off for a new screen and volume button. I was told a few weeks and $140. Over 2 months later I finally get the iPad back only to notice it no longer is able to have cell service. Which is a service I pay Verizon for monthly and the reason I bought a iPad with cell service to being with. I drop the iPad off again and I'm told a day, no phone call or text to tell me it would be any longer. I had a feeling it would not be done the following day so I went back a week later to find out it hasn't been fix nor could be. I left with my iPad I fixed broken even more and I'm out $140. The owner did call me and told me there was nothing he could do for me nor was I going to get my money back and to just use WIFI. So my iPhone wasn't charging properly. My cellphone insurance refused to fix the charging issue and they could only replace the cellphone for a $200 deductible. Ouch, no Thank you. I took the cellphone to FXitRight and let me tell you that I am beyond impressed with the service. I highly recommend FXitRight because Brian has the best prices around, he's professional and provides fast efficient service. And I most definitely recommend FXitRight because Brian is one of the most honest and trustworthy business owners I've ever met. I dropped off the iPhone, he did a test call and said it would be ready in a couple hours. I got a prompt call letting me know the cellphone was ready. When we arrived to pick up the phone he informed me that the charging port didn't need to be replaced and just needed to be cleaned. He inspected and cleaned it and it started charging properly. He could of charge us full price and say he replaced the charging port and i wouldn't of known. Specially now with businesses going through such difficult times and struggling to make income he chose to be honest with his service. I am honestly so glad people like him exist and own business who don't take advantage of customers. I cannot say enough positive things about Brian as the business owner of FixItRight. I absolutely recommend his services for all your cellphone repair needs. Coincidentally, a few years back I took my iPhone to him that "needed" the screen replaced and it turned out that only the temper glass was broken. Ok, so I walked in with a nasty cracked beat up iPhone 6plus... I'm a truck driver, so i'm always dropping it from 10 feet high... anyhow, Brian was there at FXit Right and I walked out with a beautiful, just like brand new iPhone 6plus. He fixed it, installed tempered glass, made it back to brand new. Price was cheap too, much cheaper than Asurion insurance. In fact his prices are cheapest in Oxnard, and very Professional. At this place, you'll go in trying to fix one issue and come out with more, it's obious they're trying to make a buck, but it's not cool the way they're doing it. Also, for being in a diverse place as Oxnard, they're customer service is a bit prejudice but that's besides the point. I went in there to get my iPhone 8 screen fixed. I left it the shop for over an hour at the shop, when I came up she was being rude and on her phone... When I wanted to hold the phone she was very hesitant as if I were to run lmao. She tried showing me all the features that worked. I can't turn on my phone with my home button. I can't use Touch ID. Nor VPN! Sometimes the screen is very laggy and has bugs. I would recommend not coming here. but the one at 5 Points! read more

The service here went beyond expectation. I called sound different places and they had the best pricing. Not only that, I had 2 phones to be fixed and they gave me a better price on top of that! He even hooked it up with a tempered glass on my iPhone 7. They have a 3 month warranty on the phone, but if you break it again, it's not covered. I got both phones fixed within an hour. Do not take your phone here. Never been so disappointed and stressed out over a phone. Not only did they break my charging port, my volume buttons do not work, when you call my phone it 'rings' with static and every time I close an app my phone makes weird sound. My alarm and timer all make the same static sound when they go off. Took my phone to get a back screen replaced quoted four hours came back at 7 pm closing time since I didn't get a call back was told it would be another couple hours they would stay late and finish waited in the parking lot never heard anything! Went up and checked and no one was there doors locked called the number he said the employee broke my charging port and they would have it by 3 the next day, 24 hours after I dropped it off. Also said the employee didn't write my contact number down correctly so I never got a call, and they didn't bother to try my email. I went the next day and no one was there again I didn't have a phone and couldn't get ahold of anyone finally saw the door open went and talked to the person inside who told me he didn't even work there! He called the boss only after I insisted and fumbled around to find my phone my SIM card and my phone case all on different places around the shop. The boss said he would fix the phone but would take an addition week! I took my phone and left.. Emailed me a day ago with a 'receipt' claiming everything worked fine made me even more mad! So upset i don't even know what to do. read more
