    Absolutely terrible experience with A1 Diesel. Truck went in for an issue that clearly seemed…read moreelectrical related, they had the truck for 2 1/2 weeks with very little real progress. In the end, THEY ended up taking it to Clark Power Services because they were simply incapable of figuring out what was wrong themselves. Clark had the issue figured out in roughly 3 hours flat after A1 had the truck for over 2 weeks with no real findings. The issue ultimately ended up being a bad ECM, something they could not properly diagnose on their own. That alone should tell you everything you need to know. It felt like they were just throwing parts at the truck instead of properly diagnosing anything. I can't really say communication was awful, but by that point I was honestly so burnt out dealing with this situation that I had almost stopped caring altogether. Losing time and money like that gets old quick. While the truck was there, I also had them replace the steering gearbox. Got the truck back and immediately realized something was seriously wrong -- I had roughly two turns to the left and only one turn to the right. They had both connection points installed on the wrong teeth on the gearbox. Because of that, I had to miss out on even more work and take the truck BACK to them to fix their mistake again after the fact. So basically, they charged me almost $5,000 to replace a steering gearbox and couldn't even get that right the first time. It should be common practice to actually check and make sure the truck works properly before sending it out the door. I also had to spend around 2 hours trying to figure out why my air conditioning suddenly wasn't working after getting the truck back. Turns out they had pulled the A/C relay and never put it back in. On top of all that, I then had to take the truck to a THIRD shop to actually get the ECM swapped out because the truck is EGR deleted and tuned. That part isn't really A1's fault if they don't want to work on deleted trucks, but overall I ended up off work for roughly 3 weeks, over $10,000 deep in parts and labor, not even counting the thousands and thousands of dollars lost from downtime and taking the truck to an incapable shop to begin with. All of this for an issue that took Clark roughly 3 hours to diagnose, and my trusted shop less than 2 days to get the ECM ordered, tuned, installed, and the truck back on the road. 3 weeks. 3 damn weeks. I will say the people there seem good hearted and kind, but in my opinion the shop feels heavily staffed with younger mechanics who just don't have the experience or knowledge yet to properly diagnose and work on semis. That might be okay for small jobs, but when your truck is your livelihood, guessing and trial-and-error repairs get expensive fast. After all the downtime, stress, lost work, and repeated issues, I would not recommend A1 Diesel to anyone who actually depends on their truck to make a living. Save yourself the stress, wasted time, and wasted money and go somewhere else.

They not only fixed the truck, they worked with me to get it towed from 150 miles north of their location and repaired it in record time so that I could keep going with my travel trailer. The operations manager was in constant contact with me and let me know all along the way how things were going. He also provided all necessary documentation for a successful insurance claim. I'm so lucky, due to these guys, I was able to finish our trip and return home on time to meet other obligations. Sure, it costs some, but at least I got something done, unlike some of the dealerships I had taken this to along the trip who kept making up excuses for the issues and charging me for work that did not make a difference. I would highly recommend this repair facility if you need honest true work done on your diesel. Thanks

Rush is a…read moreFord recognized garage, an being that the motorhome sits on a Ford F53 chassis with a Ford V10 engine, you would think they would be able to find the starting issue. In the mean time the motorhome developed an issue with not wanting to go in reverse when engaged by the stick shift on a the column. This was confirmed by the intake agent at the counter, who tried to put the motorhome into reverse with no success. Well after Rush's somewhat thorough diagnostic inspection, they could not find the starting issue, nor could they find the issue with the motorhome going into reverse. We were sent a email informing us that the motorhome was ready to be picked up. We arrived at Rush to pickup the motorhome at 11:39 Am, apparently the motorhome had been shut off, and Rush personal could not get it started. We proceed to wait until 12: 28 before the motorhome was brought around for us to take. We took the motorhome back to the campsite we were staying in and you guessed it, the motorhome would not go into reverse to back into our spot. Overall I can not express how disappointed I am with the caliber of mechanical abilities at Rush Service Care at 11775 Highway Dr. in Cincinnat.

So I thought it might be a defective steer tire so when I replaced them about 6 months later I had kingpins checked and they were bad. I don't believe they actually did the job I believe they just put new grease fittings on to make it look like they put new pins in. I'll never be back!

Apparently Dsuban rents the lot to the towing company who's holding the car; which is not a fact customers would or should know (that's important), but Dsuban doesn't service the lot. Ok... So I called the body shop, not really knowing anything about next steps, get information, and I was transferred to Miss Teri. Teri asked if I had any information, then offered to give me the number to the lot. As I am answering her inquiry to what information I have (which is clearly is minimal, because that's why I'm calling), she commences to going off about how she has nothing to do with "that lot" and "only collects rent". News flash Teri...if you're the landlord, and you own the plot, its by default your business so don't be shocked that you're getting phone calls. After I politely cut her off, and request the number SHE OFFERED to give me, she continues her childlike rant of she doesn't have to do anything and she's "done with this conversation" and disconnects the call. Now, I dont do belligerence, especially if I'm simply requesting you to honor your word. And quite frankly the escalation was uncalled for... So I called back and request to speak directly to her (Teri). Again requesting the number she offered and to clue her into customer service. Teri commences to say and I quote "I don't give a shit about you or your shitty brother. If your shitty brother would have paid his fucking car y'all wouldn't be in this situation. Why don't you call your fucking brother and tell his shitty ass to help you". I asked who she was, and she revealed she was the owner and I quote "Im the fucking owner and I can say whatever the fuck I want. If you had your own business (which I do beloved) you'd run that shit however you want. I don't have to be politically correct and I don't give a fuck about you or how you feel". Now Teri...don't you know there's a thing called Google reviews...sweet baby bless your heart. Needless to say that you'd never get my business, or any of that of my friends/family. And as a body shop, word of mouth is EVERYTHING to you!! Sidenote: I called her back and reminded her that we're in a Pandemic, where countless people lost their jobs. And she should consider that before she passes judgement, and mounts her white priviledged horse to call someone shitty. Bless your heart beloved.
