I decided to come into this store to see if they had a toy that one of my nephews wanted for…read moreChristmas. The store looked clean, and some areas are organized while other areas were a mess. Pricing: The prices can vary depending on what kind of item you are looking to purchase. Some items are bit overpriced for no reason at all. Items: They have all sorts of items from Funko pops, plushies, video games, hot wheels, Pokemon cards, and etc. The staff: They do not know where the items come from and say that people just sell them anything. When you ask them about selling a toy to them, they give you mixed information. One staff member said to contact them on Facebook on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Another staff member said to contact them on Instagram on Monday and Thursday. When you ask them if it would be cash or store credit they say either is fine. They also do not guarantee that your item can be sold to them even though they say that they buy anything and everything. Overall: The staff members should be knowledgeable about their store and the items they buy and sell. This store is good if you want to buy something once or twice but not all time due to the high pricing for some items.

I'm writing about The palisade mall store so I'm sure they are all the same. This store has a bunch…read moreof scammers and they are over priced. They have a no return policy even if you JUST bought something and changed your mind. No receipt either. They play stupid and don't give you one even if it's a child who doesn't know any better. They sell bullshhhh hot wheels for 5 to 10 dollars. Mainline and base models. Ridiculous. Don't shop there. Be patient and wait. Order on eBay for less!!!!! These guys are the problem with hobbies and collectors. Complete F**king jerk offs!

Not surprisingly, this FYE is going out of business, with liquidation discounts starting at 20%…read more While I haven't purchased anything here in over a decade, this store has been a great place to nostalgia browse while walking off lunch from Red Robin (now closed) or Johnny Rockets (also now closed). This FYE store used to be in a different part of the mall until it relocated to its current location eight years ago. This wing of Woodbridge Center has been mostly vacant for the past year, so this has been a long time coming. Clearance inventory includes a large selection of DVDs and compact discs from the nineties as well as newer merch such as plushies, imported sodas, and Kpop Demon Hunter posters. All sales are final. Pick up something for yourself before the Black Friday rush and say goodbye to another relic of your childhood.

A poor man's Spencer's if there is such a thing. Originally, For Your Entertainment stores were…read morerepositories for CD's and DVD's - a mini Tower Records of sorts. Now physical media is lumbering towards extinction, replaced with novelty tees, posters and toys that all presume that I'm an alienated 12 y/o who has a fetish for no hit wonder bands and gaming-inspired celebrity. I probably was a very long time ago but my Flock of Seagulls hair gel ran out about the time that MTV stopped playing music videos. How this retail anachronism sticks around and stays current on the rent is as hard to fathom as the knock-off Sony Discman on the shelf. At least at Spencer's I can find a dusty lava lamp and a random black light poster of Slipknot or florescent mushrooms shoved in the corner but sadly no hair gel. Two stars for no reason whatsoever.
