The person at the window was very kind, we ordered the original smash and stack and asked for it to be split in half! The person at window gave us some extra fries which was amazing! When I tell you I've never had a burger this good I mean it. This is the BEST BURGER I've ever had! You really need to visit and enjoy the outdoor seating, it's a very beautiful little area! I'm very sad we don't live near this place as I would get this for dinner all the time!

After trying to catch them open a couple of times previously, the stars finally aligned and I got…read moreto try Smashed & Stacked today. They are in the middle of transitioning from their food truck roots to a permanent brick-and-mortar location. While the space is still actively under construction, the hustle here is real. The fact that this small crew of friends is slinging fresh food takeout-style while simultaneously building out their future restaurant is impressive. I grabbed their lunch special, and coming in at just $11.06 after tax, it might just be the best value lunch in town. Finding a fresh burger, hand-cut fries, and a drink for $11 in today's economy is practically unheard of. From ordering to walkout took only about 20 minutes, which is remarkably quick given the setup and the dedication going into every order. Now for the food: The Original Burger (with Swiss substituted for cheddar): Absolute home run. The patty is infused with actual chunks of bacon, every bite was hot, juicy, and packed with flavor. Freshly cooked on the flat-top, it hit the mark on just about every level. The Fries: Near perfection. Seasoned generously with seasoned salt, you get a great mix of super crispy edges with just enough softer bites to keep the texture interesting. Even with drywall dust in the air and a temporary takeout-only setup, they did almost everything right. Smashed & Stacked easily earns a strong 4 stars today, and once this brick-and-mortar is fully finished and fired up, the rest of the hamburger scene in Little Rock better watch out. Skip the corporate chains and come support these guys!

If I could give this ZERO stars, I absolutely would. This food truck is new to my area and as a…read morenative New Orleanian, I was really excited to try out their seafood boil as there's not much in my town. Unfortunately, my experience was EXTREMELY subpar. There were only THREE menu items available and were extremely overpriced for the ingredients used as well as the quality and portion size. I only had $20 in cash on me, because by the way, they're mostly cash only, so the only thing I could order was the " hood noodles". That honestly should've been my red flag right there, but I wanted to support a local black business. Not only was the owner or the food truck manager, extremely RUDE and DISMISSIVE to concerns I had about my order accuracy (at the time of ordering), but the wait time was 25 minutes for some REHEATED Ramen noodles, jar Alfredo sauce, overcooked shrimp WITH the shell on, and OVERLY salted and seasoned food. I'm someone who loves flavor, but that plate was walking hypertension. Also, eggs were supposed to come with my order, and there was none in sight. The most edible thing on the plate was the sausage and that was after all the excess seasoning was washed off. I'm not one to trash small businesses, but even the presentation of the truck was underwhelming and concerning. Handwritten and torn up menu signs and NOT the cleanliest either. I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND this food truck, or the actual restaurant business in Little Rock to anyone. Even though the owner specializes in "hood meals ", I don't think quality has to suffer. My friend and I who came to try the business out, ended up throwing our entire plate away and wasted $20.

The food and service were incredibly underwhelming. I was elated to support and Black Owned…read moreBusiness. However, the experience was terrible. I was disappointed

I was in search of a breakfast/brunch option when I happened to spot their truck and decided to give them a try. They offer both sweet and savory crepes. They had a few savory offerings including the Caramelized Bacon Crepe which was perfect for my brunch craving. It had brown sugar bacon, spinach, mozzarella, and scrambled eggs. They gave me a pager after ordering. I started to walk around the festival thinking it would be a long wait, but it couldn't have been more than 5 minutes at most when the pager went off. The crepe was so good! The crepe itself was soft with crispy edges. The bacon was sweet, salty, smoky, and savory which I absolutely loved! It was so delicious and filling and held me over for most of the day. In addition to crepes, they sell cookie butter beignets as well as tea and lemonade. I'm kind of bummed I didn't try one of their beignets (the photos on IG look divine)! What a great discovery! If I have the opportunity to visit Little Rock again, I'll seek them out so I can try one of the beignets!

My friends and I tried the Sriracha aioli and the Pesto crepes and WOW! A perfect blend of crisp mozzarella mixed with savory chicken and some spinach. Both were absolutely delightful. Definitely a big hit and we'll be returning to that truck all week!!! Oh the pink lemonade is refreshing too. Big hit!! 5 STARS
