I cannot say enough great things about my experience working with Randy on my two tickets, little background I had a suspended license ( for about 5 years, I know I let it go on way to long) and a $1000 ticket for no insurance. I was so nervous about taking care of this because I figured it was going to be a fortune $3,000 plus. It is an absolute pleasure to write this review and tell of my experience dealing with Randy Sarmiento & FYourTicket. I got stopped by CHP last November on I-10 coming back from Palm Springs, the ticket was $491. Yup I was going VERY fast... oops. I had heard of some attorneys that specialize in traffic tickets and after reading some Yelp reviews and talking to a few - most were unimpressive - I decided to talk with Randy. During our initial phone consultation one evening, Randy spend about 30 minutes on the phone with me explaining the process, timeframe, possible outcomes, etc. which was far more than anyone else I had talked to and after this conversation I was certain that I had picked the right attorney. Now back to the chase... Given the fact that I was so clearly busted and didn't even try to come up with some seemingly clever excuse for why I was going so fast, (like "Officer, I'm late for emergency surgery.. no I'm having surgery...") I was assuming that I'd have to eventually pay the fine, take traffic school, etc., or in the best case, Randy would be able to at least get the fine reduced somewhat. So today when I got a long-awaited call from Randy, he asked me if I was "sitting down", then proceeded to say he had some good news and some bad news, and asked one did I want first. Amazing!!! I got a speeding ticket awhile back and did traffic school to fix it, less than a month later I got another speeding ticket! Do not recommend. Took 9 months to even get an answer. my court date kept getting pushed back every single time it would be the day of. I would keep calling and calling and would always get sent to voice mail. Final outcome I payed randy $ 450 to end up having to pay the court $520 plus traffic school. I had used a different company about a year ago but when I contacted them was told the lawyer that I had met and used was no longer with them. I was also quoted a higher price than what they charged me last time and what they advertise, was told their prices had gone up. I was a little taken back about the fee since I had already gone for the arraignment and got a court day to fight the ticket. Still see the same price advertised all over town not cool. I remember the first time I saw FYourTicket on social media, I decided to follow them and thought "you never know if you'll ever need them." Unfortunately for me...I needed then sooner than I had hoped for. Long story short, I exited the freeway and there was a highway patrol there that had just finished pulling someone else over. He saw my car and ran back to his car and followed me...I was literally only going 20mph and you couldn't even hear my exhaust. When I pulled over, he pretty much said he pulled me over because of my loud exhaust, which I knew was a lie because I had tested my exhaust beforehand and made sure it was less than 85 decibels, making it legal and not too loud. He even called for back up, which wasn't necessary at all. He gave me a ticket for modified emissions, modified exhaust, and a state ref. I didn't get it reduced to a no point, I still have to pay traffic school and the ticket itself which is $600. I should have gone myself, don't waste your money.
