He does everything under Rolex's protocol. My spring was broken so I brought it to the husband and he broke down how the repairs go. He has to take every single piece apart from the inside out and re-oil every moving part and uses only the machines and tools from Rolex directly. He also has to water test the watch for leaks and seal tests everything to function brand new.If I sent this in to Rolex directly it would be $7-800 for Rolex service but he repaired it for $300 and included a free polish. I've had this watch for 5 years so it was due for servicing with the wear and tear and he made it look so brand new that I didn't recognize it! Very happy with the service, repair and polishing! His wife and is very nice as well! She kept in contact and updated me with the status of the watch repair. 100% recommended if you want a person who works at Rolex to repair it without the hefty price!

I dropped my watches off on closing on Tuesday and they were ready for me the next day. I recommend this location for your standard watch battery replacements.
