Sophie Jane Jewels has both an online retail presence as well as a traditional brick and mortar…read morestorefront, with merchandise located at the same building as Sartori Jewelry and Loan.
Sophie's merchandise is every changing in that she specializes in unique vintage and antique precious metals and jewels, like silver, gold, platinum, jade, diamonds, rubies, etc.
She doesn't deal in anything mass produced nor costume jewelry.
Beyond jewelry like rings, necklaces, pendants, earrings, bracelets, watches and the like - - She also carries high end designer fashion couture of vintage and modern handbags and shoes for women with classic brands like Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Prada, Versace, and the stuff haute girls / women like.
This storefront features some, but not all of her merchandise.
She referred me to check with her online at her website:

I actually stumbled upon Sophie Jane Jewels when I was shopping at Sartori Jewelry, and made purchases of some of her items as a gift for my wife, who fell in love with them.
I was referred to Sartori and Sophie by some of my wife's friends, and subsequently, my wife visited the store later and had the chance to meet Sophie Jane herself. She was very charming and well informed about her merchandise. Sophie can talk at length and detail about jewelry as you can tell it's her pride and passion. She actually spends more time educating and informing than trying to convince and sell. I'd actually jokingly pointed that out to her and she said gleefully, "I only want you to buy something you absolutely want and love, as if it's meant to be, you'll take it home." She actually took down a list of things my wife looks for in a piece, since Sophie deals with rare often one of a kind pieces, it allows Sophie to almost become a personal shopper and let her clients know what merchandise she has that may suit their tastes.
Sophie deals with pieces on a worldwide level when it comes to acquiring merchandise, so she said, you'll often find some really interesting pieces and that's why she opted to build a website and encourages her customers to check it often for updates.
I'm giving her * * * * * five stars due to her fulfilling what we look for in a service provider and as a retailer.
1) Honest Business Approach
2) Friendly Personality
3) Educated / Well Informed
4) Quality Merchandise
5) Fair Pricing
6) Low / No Pressure Sales
7) Easy Access, no traffic - convenient to get to in Downtown Torrance
8) Easy Parking Options
9) Convenient Business Operating Hours - plus she has a website, so that's 24/7/365 open all of the time.
10) Diverse selection, a quantity of items to choose from
Prices at times can be slightly negotiable, especially across purchasing multiple pieces, but my wife's friends gave me a tip and told me, if you see something you like, don't think too long or haggle too hard since many are one-of-a-kind, so once a piece is sold, it's not like mass produced jewelry where it can be replaced and restocked, and you may never get the opportunity to acquire that exact piece again.
I like the store itself since it's near a few good local places to eat as well.
I found out that she distributes and sells on other websites such as:
www.portero.com
https://www.rubylane.com/shop/preciousandrarepieces
https://www.etsy.com/shop/SophieJaneJewels
https://www.onekingslane.com/shop/sophie-jane-jewelry
And even holds eBay auctions and has a store @
http://stores.ebay.com/Sophie-Jane-Jewelry
So, she's a very reliable source for jewelry, even if you're just window shopping at the store or online waiting for that perfect right piece.
