I was traveling through from out of state and felt like I was having severe fuel delivery issues. The indications were that it was likely the fuel pump. The shop was booked 3 weeks out, but since I was passing through the service manager took it on himself. He checked the fuel pressure and all was to spec. He checked the spark plugs and all needed replaced. On the road again and could not be more pleased. I wish this shop was in my hometown in Indiana, I appreciate folks that go the extra mile. Recently my family and I went to G A Motorsports to look at a potential holiday gift investment for my husband, if I could give more then 5 stars I would! We arrived unsure and undereducated but left feeling like we were parting from great friends and that we had learned a great deal about our investment. The show room was warm cozy and welcoming. We were helped right away by a super sweet and helpful sales rep named Hayley. She immediately treated us like family and event doted on our 2 year old. She showed us some dirt bikes and answered all of our questions thoroughly and made the whole process so smooth and easy! She even explained things to me in a way I understood and was able to be more technical with my husband (who's a mechanic) She also included a small tour of the facility and showed us their in house parts department which we found to be larger then we expected and very well organized (this impressed the mechanic the most) All and all we had an incredible experience unlike any other and we will absolutely be recommends G A Motorsports to all our friends, family's and neighbors for all future Motorsport needs. read more

They told me not to come down to purchase the motorcycle I wanted but to wait and set up a time on a different day that worked for them. They were adamant that getting the new bike was dependent upon the service dept and THEIR schedule - period. (They just had to say show up and while they do the paperwork the initial service would be about an hour or so at the most - not hard to do). Instead they insisted on a time not at my convenience but theirs (even though I am new biz, purchasing a brand new bike and also representing a potential brand new income stream for them down the road because of it) I kept going along with this and even agreed. Then they called me back and put me off again and tried to tell me a different time where they could perform. I did not do the deal. If I am being treated like this when I am buying a new vehicle I am thinking it will likely never get any better with them for future service. Called in to place an order on a battery. I was told they would have the battery in just a few days. I called back and they stated it was never ordered and couldn't order it. What poor service to be lied to by one of their employees. The parts department told me that normally I would have had to pay for it when ordered; that would have been great if the guy on the line would have said that. He even took my number and said he would call me. Good thing I called back. What a waste of 4 days. read more

Went in today to purchase a 90 Kawasaki. I have purchased several ATV's from Clawson Motorsports, California Custom Trailer & Power Sports. Since ATV's are hard to get your hands on right now, I thought I would give this business my business and it was the worst thing I could have done. Michelle the sales rep was RUDE. I asked to talk to the GM Vincent and he was just as RUDE if not worse!!. I also asked if they would throw in a helmet since I'm paying cash and he said NO cash has no weight lol you would think cash is easier less paperwork. I have never been treated so rude before. This business has the worst customer service. Many times do not call back customers, if you want something done you will have to follow up. I was told one thing on a motorcycle deal and day, hour, of pickup it changed. I drove home from work in Los Angeles to make this deal, got my insurances ,went to bank and pulled cash out. So after having changed deal salesman Michele does not say sorry, manager vinnie does not even have common decency or sense to come out of his office and address me what a f$&@$&@g coward. I was looking for a headset for my full face helmet. I work in the same parking lot as GA Motorsports and went over to see what they had. Jesse helped me by showing me all the ones that may work and explaining the differences to me. He recommended one and it has been the best. We were also on the way out of town on the bikes and stopped in because I was hoping to find a bracket of some kind to hold my phone. He had it in stock and it has worked out well. Went here to get my tires changed and I requested and appointment but they were already overbooked, however they managed to squeeze me in even on the day I requested, had the tires I wanted and they priced lower than anyone else in the area!!!!
