Did my first service for my Honda Rebel 1100. Excellent professional and very pleasant experience. Fair pricing (of course anyone can argue on pricing). I unsure how to spell the service women's name. Corrine maybe. So nice. I'm a newbie and made it known I was. She took the time to show me chain tension and explain things. Didn't feel rushed or dismissed by my newbie ignorance. I did try to buy my bike here but at the time the one they expected in was automatic DTC. The sales person didn't realize it at the time. I ended up buying my bike at SoCal in Carson 100's of miles away. But bravo on service. Also very accommodating on appointment as well. I will definitely be coming back. Also Corrine was recommended by some people in Fresno and the valley. Service and pleasantness goes along ways. It's not always price that ultimately matters. Thank You read more

As a non-paying customer who was there simply to have my Honda generator serviced due to a recall, I would like to say that Sanders Motorsports was first-class service. Friendly customer service and speedy turnover time. I asked them to take their time, as I didn't need the generator back right away, and they still had it to me within an hour. If I ever need service on my generator outside the warranty, I will certainly return as a paying customer. Thank you Sanders! read more

I love this place! I've been coming here probably since I was an infant. They always have great deals on their merch and whatever they don't have in the store they can order it for you. I always take my quad here for repairs and only get my race gas from sanders. They are super helpful. It is a family owned business and there aren't a ton of workers, which means they can sometimes get busy, so be patient and wait your turn. Then you can get the great customer service They're known for! read more

the girl working there recently is super unknowledgeable, and just stares at you when you ask her if a part is in stock... i ask her to see if a mechanic in the back would know where a certain seat bolt could be found and she just stares at me and says it's not in the computer. but i mean, it's a seat bolt and anyone working in a motorcycle dealership should know how to help find one... lol read more

Liars. I brought my Honda 450 into the shop to try and sell to the company. They did an entire evaluation and agreed to purchase the bike from us for a said price and we began signing when we realized there was a mistake on the pink slip. No problem, we decided to get it fixed and wait for a new one in the mail. Sanders agreed to buy the bike w/ the new slip. We brought it back and have been told now that there are too many problems with the EXACT SAME BIKE and they would no longer take it. I will not be coming here again, or recommending this place to anyone I know. read more

I've been to this shop a few times to have work done on a 1972 Honda ST90 motor. First time I took my head in to get the valves checked and it took them almost two weeks to call me back. When they finally did they said I had bad valves and I would need to replace them. I took my head back and they gave it back to me completely disassembled. I ended up taking it back to them to have them install the new valves and bore my cylinder. After a few weeks they finally called me and I picked up my head and cylinder. When I installed it on my bike I couldn't get it to start so I let the bike sit for a few months till I had some money to pay someone to work on it. I called sanders and asked if I could bring it in and have them fix it for me. They said they can't work on bikes as old as mine. Even after I explained that they had done all that work on the motor for me already they still refused, and they were rude about it too. I've had horrible experiences with them from the start I don't know why I even went back all those times. I guess I like to give people second chances but I'm sick and tired of this place they suck in all aspects of running a motorcycle shop. I would never recommend using them. I will never go back to this god awful place! With an amazing combination of their horrible service and bad customer service they have showed to be the worst business I've ever dealt with. I've been going to Sanders for years and they have not let me down yet, I recommend all my friends here and I wouldn't dare go anywhere else. They have great service and amazing employees. Sanders motorsports is my all time favorite and will remain as such. I have never had a bad experience with them, and highly doubt I ever will. read more

This business is horrible. At the beginning of my experience here, I noticed the door was open so I kindly walked up and asked if they were open (10 minutes before opening) guy sitting down said no not until 9. I said ok and waited outside and looked around. When they opened I went in and told the guy I was interested in getting a used bike and I needed it financed to build my credit. He literally said good luck with getting it financed and that I came to the wrong place to build my credit. He didn't even try to see if it would be able to be financed for me. So I looked at another couple bikes I was interested in and said I'd try the last bike I seen cbr250. As a beginning rider I was excited about this. So he hands me an application for the credit reports and I can't hardly read it to begin with. Not printed very well. I try talking to him and he's not very attentive to customers needs. After I finish the app he takes it to the back and gives it to the lady. She comes back almost 20 minutes later and in front of everybody says I was denied and she couldn't even count the amount of delinquencies on my credit. She was standing at least thirty feet from me saying all of this. My credit is personal and not of anyone else's business. I will never return to this place again because of this experience. read more
