Didn't feel rushed or dismissed by my newbie ignorance. I did try to buy my bike here but at the time the one they expected in was automatic DTC. The sales person didn't realize it at the time. I ended up buying my bike at SoCal in Carson 100's of miles away. But bravo on service. Also very accommodating on appointment as well. I will definitely be coming back. I talked to the dealer and them a-holes said they would give $1,000 on a trade in. Did I mention I have a highly collectable Springer? Talked with Gary and Jesse about my options and decided to pull the trigger on a full rebuild. Rebuilt 95 engine from the cranks up, Progressive Suspension, 4 piston front calipers, black powder coat on many parts, Freedom True Dual Exhaust and a tune to match. I can't say how happy I am with their work and the compliments I now receive. Trust them for an oil change to tires to a complete rebuild. Go to the guys where the other shops go to for advice.

I showed him a video he saw it; however he still wanted to check out what the issue was himself. Apparently the rear tire was feathering, he showed me the issue, and all I needed was a new tire, whereas the tire shop was trying to charge me for a new wheel bearings which would have been over $1000 easily. Theyy could have easily ripped me off, they did not, and I truly appreciate the honesty.

Issues include: Loose bolts Misaligned panels Unpainted parts Update: We dropped off the vehicle at 11:30 AM and were told it would be a quick fix since only three bolts secure the rear bumper to the frame. When I called at 3:40 PM to check the status, the adjuster said they were still looking at the vehicle. I explained that we needed the car back before they closed at 5 PM. At 4:27 PM, we received a call from Tom's informing us they were unable to get to our vehicle at all. This was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. If your insurance recommends this shop, I strongly suggest going elsewhere. The service here is terrible.
