Woman on the phone had an incredibly nasty attitude (especially considering how late they were with NO UPDATES on where MY cars were), I even volunteered to call the cops for the situation. Interesting how they didn't want that option. Ended up taking credit card in the end "another way" when I refused to give 'all cash' . Fraudulent company with shady practices. They never showed up with no explanations. So was stuck at last minute searching for another car transport. Never again- complete rip off.

Terrible communication. I was told by 2 different associates a load was available and I would receive a call back within 30 minutes and be dispatched. I had to call them back 3 times for updates and finally was told the load wasn't available. Once I explained to the associate (Benjamin) handling the load and the communication side of this load that I was staged for 5 hours waiting, he laughed and blew me off. I called the office and spoke to an office manager and let them know their associates are not taking this business serious or care enough to look after their carriers that do all the heavy lifting in this industry. It's guys like Benjamin at these brokerages that are killing our industry. Get guys like Benjamin out of this business for good! read more

Avoid at all costs. G&G is fine, as long as there are no issues. If there is an issue, they will lie, ignore phone calls, direct you to other people who never call back, and pretend they plan on fixing the issue, when they're really just wasting your time and have no intention of following through. We used G&G to try to ship two cars across the country for a move. We have a newborn and had many baby things packed in our cars that couldn't come on the plane with us, so we scheduled our car pickup so that our cars would arrive one day after we did. The day of pickup, I had never gotten any confirmation that the cars would be picked up at the scheduled time, so I texted our contact at G&G. He said there was a problem but that someone could pick up our cars an hour later and had me pay the deposit. The person came two hours later. We had movers at the house that day, so it was pretty inconvenient that the cars weren't picked up at the time we had originally agreed upon, because we had to drive them down the road and walk back home, since the truck was unable to make a turn in our neighborhood - all of this could have been disclosed earlier, but wasn't. The person who arrived wasn't able to get our very standard sedan on the truck. She used pieces of wood to drive the car up onto the ramp, and the car was dropped TWICE, damaging the bumper. We told her we weren't comfortable, since it was clear that trying to get them on and back off again was just going to cause more damage. She offered to make an hour trip to a store where she could buy ramps, but we said no, because the timing no longer worked with the movers being at our house. For the next week, G&G said they were working on it, someone would be calling us (they were CONSTANTLY in "meetings" - they have more meetings than the White House), blah blah, & nothing was done. They completely wasted our time, damaged our car, took our money, and lied about how to resolve it, delaying us using a different company. They didn't refund our deposit or fix the damage, and we went two weeks without our stuff until a different company did the job. Absolutely horrid. read more

I arranged with James Doyle of G&G Auto Transport to ship my car from CA to NY. He promised great service and proper communication throughout the process. On the first date that he promised my car would be picked up, they were a no-show, and then he promised the next day and the day after that, and they were still a no-show. They never picked up the car. When I tried to reach James, he neither answered his phone, nor did he respond to my voicemail and text messages. These guys are shady and cannot be trusted. read more

DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS COMPANY. UNPROFESSIONAL AND PETY. I was contacted on Wednesday by Drake at G&G Auto Tranport with a quote to move my car from FL to CT. Requested earliest ship day was the upcoming Friday. As any good consumer does, I researched the companies reading reviews, and shopped around for quotes. Ultimately I decided to book with an alternative broker and DID NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH G&G. Post our initial communication, not Drake nor any other company rep followed up with me on the request to confirm business. End of day on the expected ship day (Friday) when I didn't hear from the broker I had booked with, I finally called them for an update. To my surprise I find out that G&G added me to the "drivers board" unbeknown to me (as I did not contract with them) which lead to my booking being considered a "double brokering" and ultimately getting cancelled. I immediately called G&G and spoke with the supervisor who was not able to provide any explanation for Drake's unprofessional, scam-like business practice. I asked for the manager to have Drake reach out to me with an explanation and below if a screen shot of the conversation that followed between Myself and Drake. Clearly, this is not a company myself or anyone else should want to do business with and support, and even less to trust with the brokering of the transport of something as valuable as your car. Please please please save yourself the trouble and stress by avoiding engaging with this company, and please go ahead and book your transport needs via another more reputable broker. I got their information through a friend that got a car shipped with them.. so I took a chance. Contacted them on a Thursday to get a quote and they gave me a price to which I agreed and said yes.. He said he was going to send me a contract on Friday though email. Well come Tuesday and still nothing so I decide to call on Wednesday and left a message. Still no contact, no email and no call back... so I basically waited and wasted a week to wait for my car to get transported. I hired G&G Tranport to transport a tractor, the roof of the tractor was lost in transport. G&G refuses to replace the roof of my tractor!!!! Therefore, I HIGHLY recommend NOT to use this company for any transport needs. They are not a Responsible company!!!!!!!!!!!! Sister is a Doctor and needs her car to work at her new hospital. Agreed upon a rate and pickup date. The company NEVER shows up. Sister follows up call, and they say they couldn't find a driver and needed to charge her more. My sister hangs up to explore her options. She calls back to accept because again, her new hospital is fairly rural and NEEDS her car to WORK and take care of patients ASAP, and the pickup and delivery are already late. They say the price has increased AGAIN. Now it's 600, when the original was 450. At this point, why should we would we even trust them with our car? An absolute scam of a company, with dishonest sales reps, and stay far far away. I'd rather drive across America, then deal with them. read more

Oscar setup transport for my car. My car was picked up 3/27/21. My car sat in a tow yard for 5 days before I found out. I found out my car was sitting in a tow yard because I called when my car did not make it to destination on 3/31/21 ( time of arrival changed 2 times). The agent Oscar arranged said the driver's truck broke down and is in the repair shop. Oscar had not informed me. When I called Oscar 4/1/21 he said my car was in route to destination per GPS. I immediately called Oscar out on his lie. He said he was going to call me back, but instead texted me several times with different driver names and phone numbers. I called driver's numbers and got no answer, but a voicemail on the first ring. I called Oscar back and informed him that I did not get an answer nor had I spoken with a driver over the course of my supposedly transport. Oscar told me that he talked to the driver and the driver said the truck will be ready in 30 minutes, then my car will be loaded and on it's way to destination. Well 4 hours passed and my car was still sitting in a tow yard so I went to pick my car up and asked Oscar to refund my deposit. Oscar told me that he can charge me $200 for canceling. I never canceled. My car was picked up, left in a tow yard for 5 days, I was lied to by Oscar and transport company UZ Auto Trans several times. As of now, Oscar have not returned my deposit. Oscar lacks professionalism and will lie to you to get your mone. I am currently seeking an attorney for this matter. Do not do business with this company or UZ Auto Trans.
