Just by test-driving it for one block, he immediately identified the problem. He explained everything clearly, advocated for me, and even helped communicate with the shop responsible so they would take accountability and do right by me. It's extremely rare to find someone in the auto world who actually cares, tells you the truth, and stands up for you when you're being taken advantage of.
