We were finally able to get a donut spare on, but after spending more than 24 hours trying unsuccessfully to get a replacement rental car, we were exhausted, stressed, and stranded far from home. We were traveling from Massachusetts to North Carolina with my young daughter and our dog. Our rental car company recommended Mavis, but after waiting there for quite a while, they told us they couldn't repair the tire because of its location and sent us elsewhere. That's when we found FBN Auto Sales & Services, and everything changed. From the moment we arrived, Steve treated us with genuine kindness and compassion. He immediately reassured us that everything was going to be okay and understood how overwhelming the situation had been. While we waited, he even helped entertain my daughter and made sure our dog had water and was comfortable. Those small acts of kindness meant more than he probably realizes. The tire was repaired quickly, and when it was time to leave, Steve noticed how much luggage we had crammed into the rental car.
