I had test drove elsewhere and was just trying to find the color vehicle I want. A month or so later, I get a letter from GM financial-explaining why I wasn't approved for a loan----ummm why would I apply for a loan if I had a pre approval for $35K at my own credit union, I contact the dealer, and they email me back with this BS email. I then check my credit and they not only ran my credit one time, but through 4 different places. And in this email, you will see he only admits to running it once. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE BUSINESS!!!
