Took my 2017 Dodge Journey to the Service Center. I wanted to see if there was a wiring problem…read morethat was causing the rear windshield wiper and lift-gate headlamp not to work. Made an appointment. Dropped the car off on a Monday morning. Never received a call. I took it up on myself to call and check the status because it was nearing closing time. I was told they didn't get to it and would have to diagnose the problem the next day. This was very disappointing considering I made an appointment. Received a call the next day and they detected a wiring problem that needed to be repaired. I had to make another appointment to get the repair done which was the following week. When my wife picked the car up after being diagnosed, they charged $202.50 Diagnostic Fee without any repairs being done! When my wife voiced her concern, both the Technician and the Cashier assured her that if we had the repair done there, the Diagnostic Fee would go toward the total repair. The estimate for the wiring repair was $270. Essentially, I had to get the repair done or I'm out $202.50 without anything being done at all! We scheduled the appointment and had the repair done. When my wife dropped the car off, she made sure she brought the receipt from the Diagnostic Fee. They assured her that it was, "standard practice," that the money we paid for the Diagnostic Fee would go toward the repair. When my wife picked the car up, they handed her a bill for $270. She reminded them of the Diagnostic Fee that we already paid and that was the whole reason we had the repair done in the first place. The Technician told her that the total repair was $472.50! My wife tried telling them that we were quoted $270 just for the wiring repair. They refused to honor that quote. My wife paid the bill and didn't cause any fuss because she's a nice person. To say we're disappointed and will never return, is an understatement. In today's economy, this is a lot of money for us and it hurts. Terrible experience from beginning to end. I don't even know what to say.

Andy said if he knew I was going to be driving the vehicle out of town he would have never financed me the vehicle, excuse me since when do you tell a person what to use a vehicle for that there purchasing. Andy operates under a spirit of control telling you that you have to purchase insurance from his friend down the street crazy what dealership does this? Andy then put on my credit that I owe 15,000 for a vehicle that he took back. He said he'll remove it off my credit but now saying if I give him $500 he'll remove it off. After speaking to several people they've experienced something similar. I was wondering why the cars that had sold would be back sitting on the lot this is why. I'm taking him to court. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

I test drove the car and it didn't have any gas I was thinking I was Goin to run out just driving the car around the block. The abs system light was on. The check engine light was on and it said something was wrong with the traction system. I just want to say wow. I hope no one is dumb enough to buy a car in such conditions for 10,000 that's just crazy. I basically gave back keys and ran out of there. I just recently bought a 2006 nissan altima for 4,000 with 130,000 miles I'm glad I went somewhere else. Please think twice before goin to them. Even if u have bad credit there is always other places to build ur credit that won't rip you off.

HOWEVER, they over-charged us and sold us an extended warranty that didn't in fact cover any of the things that went wrong with the vehicle. Most notably, though, when we just traded it in (underwater on it, still), we discovered that the car had been in TWO accidents before we bought it, both with "moderate to severe damage." When we bought it, we were told there had been one fender-bender. Now, we did love that car, but in the end, it cost us much more than it should have (price, warranty, repairs, poor trade-in value).

Formal Complaint - Service Department Experience…read more I normally don't post reviews like this, but I feel it's important to share my experience with the Service Department. From the lack of communication to the questionable repair work, this has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I've had. My rear driver-side brake caliper was leaking brake fluid so badly that I had no brakes at all. Since I have an extensive warranty and the dealership was nearby, I trusted them to handle the issue safely and professionally. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. After waiting six days just to have my car looked at, I was told that a slide pin was missing from my caliper, something that, according to the service manager, "doesn't just fall out." I was also told the repair wouldn't be covered under my warranty. I had to personally contact the dealership where I purchased my vehicle to get the claim corrected and approved for coverage. Communication from this service department was nearly nonexistent. I had to call repeatedly for updates, and it took over a week just to have the part ordered and the repair completed. When I asked about the brake pads for that caliper (which were also covered under warranty and had been soaked in brake fluid), I was told they would simply be "resurfaced." As someone concerned about safety, I questioned whether that was appropriate and was dismissed without explanation. When I finally got my vehicle back, the caliper appeared rusty and old, and the brakes immediately began squeaking. A month later, the issue persisted, so I took my car to an independent mechanic, who found a gouged caliper piston and no grease on the slide pin. This is absolutely unacceptable. Between the poor communication, the delays, and the substandard repair work, I would not recommend this service department to anyone. Customers should never have to fight this hard for safe, quality repairs, especially on a warranty-covered issue.

This vehicle initially was leased in Bradenton Florida. Dave McFadden and his wife greeted me at the door. I explained the situation and looked to them as to how to handle it. Within 5 minutes Dave had it figured out, east peasy!! Something that 2 salesmen and a finance guy and a neighbouring dealership (25 miles west) either weren't willing to do or complete what they said they would. We returned the next day with the leased vehicle and given the actual financing quotes, Dave said take a couple days to figure it out, we did and on7/24/23 we purchased that vehicle and it was such a easy process. Unfortunately in the last year this has been the third purchasing at a dealership that I've been a part of and this was simply a breeze. I cannot say anything but praise for Dave, his wife, Misty, Tiffany making this happen !! Thank you and thank you!! We will return!!
