The staff was pleasant, but between the long wait despite having an appointment and the unexpected charges, the overall experience did not meet our expectations. When I get my nails done at Pro Nails in Romeo, I get a shellac and it last for 3-4 weeks and my nails are very strong. When I come to forever nails my nails are weak and they chip all the time. So why do I come here? I needed a pedicure and my regular technician was out of town anyways.
