Very prompt in coming for an estimate. They said that they wrap everything and install the washer and dryer. They gave us a veteran discount and we were very happy with the estimate. We had two other estimates and this one was fair and cheaper than the others. They dropped off wardrobe boxes the day before, and have been in the business for a long time. They showed up early as we planned and wrapped everything and had 3 movers. Professional, working the whole time and started packing and wrapping as soon as they showed up. They definitely have a system. They took off all the doors to the refrigerator due to the opening they had, and put it back together. Installed the washer and dryer. 10/10 recommend. I found myself in a bind with a moving company that hired a Bobby Jessica and Tiffany. Literally the day before my move requested a quote. Within minutes got a message back and scheduled for Chay to come to my apt and see what needed to be moved. I told him about the other company and he confirmed that I was being scammed and what to look out for. He came and checked everything out gave me a great price! The next morning he and his brothers came at 7:20 am. They moved my belongings fast and they were finished by 8:50am and made it to the destination by 11:11am and finished by 12:30pm. They took care of my furniture wrapped it nicely. I didn't have a box for my tv and they provided one free of charge. Even offered me a garment box that I didn't need and took my plant that other companies said that they couldn't take. I recently used them for two moves in Carmel Valley. They were friendly and packed the furniture with care, and in a well-ordered logical sequence that made moving into a smaller space seem easy. Led by the observant Chay, they bundled items up onto padded large dollies, and then taped them in. They were moving some beautiful antiques, and did not scratch a single one! They even rolled out a red carpet for the dollies to travel over into the house. And they were respectful as they had to dodge other workers for part of the move. Wow wow wow! These guys were great! They were able to booked on short notice at a fair price. They arrived when they said they'd be here, worked fast, efficiently, and carefully. We had our own truck that we'd already started to load and they added the rest of our belongings (which was ALOT!) in the truck with care, organization and even offered to take our old mattress to the dump (for a fair additional price) I was so worried once we'd decided to get some people to help us move that they'd break things, be lazy and complain. We had a large 320 lb vanity that needed to be moved from the garage into our home - logistics on how to get this done was keeping me up at night - but the owner instilled in me confidence that this job could be easily done - the price quote was also ridiculously reasonable. I have used the services of G Brothers Transportation twice in the last year. Once for a short distance move from one building to another. For the second move they packed a rented moving truck for a long distance move. On both occasions they were professional, courteous and EFFICIENT! For my first move I only booked them for the minimum amount of time to move my furniture. During that time they also moved as many of my smaller items at the could during the allotted time frame. They carefully wrapped my furniture pieces in blankets just as they would with a longer distance move. For my second long distance move they were incredibly flexible. I had major issues with U-Haul which totally messed up my time frame. However, they graciously came later than scheduled and stayed late (after 5 p.m.) on a Friday. They also wrapped some oddly shaped items that didn't fit into a box using my materials and some of they materials. The fee for the use of their materials was reasonably priced. While unloading the truck after reaching our destination my friends could not stop commenting on how impressed they were with the way the movers loaded and secured my items in the truck. I wish I had taken a picture. My brother likened it to Tetris. It was money well spent! My only suggestion would be to have them come out to assess your situation prior to the move so that you can book the appropriate amount of time in advance. Trust me.
