Despite heavy rains, there was zero pooling; the rain gutters were routed directly into pipes beneath the concrete for a clean, streamlined look. - Smart Home Integration: All landscape lighting and irrigation were hooked up to smart-home enabled controllers for total automation and convenience. - The office staff was very responsive, addressing any concerns or follow-up questions usually within a single business day. Meticulous attention to detail through and through!…read more My front lawn was nothing but gravel because the sprinkler system sprung a leak and the previous owners just let the grass die. Having the rocks seemed like a nice thing (low maintenance! Drought resistant! Blank slate!) but we quickly learned it wasn't installed properly because so many weeds began to grow. We received a very quick turn around to get a quote. Taylor met me and we discussed the vision we had for the yard. Taylor explained everything they would do to make sure we had properly installed landscaping. While design adjustments are included--we had VERY few revisions because Taylor really listened to our wishes and executed them so well in the design. Then the work began. I have been so impressed with everything Cesar and his crew have been doing. They leave no small detail untouched. The pipes for our old sprinkler system were such an eye sore. When the crew installed the new irrigation system--they build a box to conceal the pipes. I was not expecting that in the slightest! They are timely with completing the project and do a wonderful job cleaning up. I've had to many neighbors comment on how great the yard looks as they walk by. I'm no longer embarrassed by the "weedy rock pit" in my front yard. I now have a beautiful design that brings me so my joy and pride.

When we voiced our concerns, Matt really stepped up to ensure our concerns were met. He immediately refunded us for the cost of the service, and he offered to meet with us at no cost. We ended up taking a 30 minute video chat with him, and Matt was super helpful in explaining various options. When we realized that his typical project scope was a bit bigger than what we wanted to spend, Matt was very gracious in connecting us with other contractors and designers. Despite the early hiccups, we got the sense that Matt is a genuine guy who is more interested in doing the right thing rather than making quick buck. The virtual call was perfect for our project, we provided Matt with pictures of the backyard space as well as a video walkthrough. He took this information as well as our preferences for how we envisioned the space to be used to come up with a 2D design. He also recommended materials and local contractors. We contacted one of the contractors a few weeks later and finished the project with them in about 2 months. I highly recommend the Virtual Consultation for smaller projects with Matt. His feedback for our questions and experience with similar projects were very beneficial to starting this backyard project for us.

Our new backyard is gorgeous, and the details of our experience tell the story. We worked closely with Danny, the on-site supervisor, who is a top-notch professional. He knows his plants and hardscape, pays attention to every detail, and manages his crew with great efficiency. The crew worked as hard as any I've ever seen, and they did everything--digging out enormous tree roots, setting flagstone for our patio, installing irrigation and lighting, moving boulders--you name it. They showed up every day and even worked several Saturdays to get the job finished on time and before we had to travel. These guys were terrific, and I can't thank them enough for the tremendous effort they put into both the demolition and the complete recreation of our backyard. We requested Carlos give us a quote for grass installation in our backyard, and he responded immediately, came out to take measurements, and gave us a great quote. Once we agreed, he quickly scheduled the installation. He and his men said it would take two days, and they were totally correct - at the end of two days we had an amazing yard at great value. It was an excellent investment; we loved spending in our backyard after that. We asked All Green Scape to come out again to install even more grass, and they once again provided excellent service in an incredibly timely manner. The grass has thrived beautifully- it is really high quality, both lush and soft. Kids love to roll around on it and play on it all day long.
