A month later, without sending a bill or even giving me a chance to respond to an insurance adjustment, they simply charged my card again. When I questioned them, they claimed they 'don't send bills' and made the excuse that my card wasn't saved, but was simply 'there' to be used. It appears they store payment data and charge patients whenever they see fit without any transparency or prior notice.

Unfortunately, my body seems to metabolize Botox quickly so I'll likely go back to a provider that has Xeomin, but I will definitely continue coming here for facials and micro-needling. The member prices are so good that I'm considering joining that as well. This is a long drive for me (35 min) but I think it's worth it for the experience I get when coming. 5 stars!
