Extremely Disappointed - Unprofessional and Dishonest I scheduled an appointment specifically for a dental cleaning and made it very clear that this was the reason for my visit. I waited 1.5 months, drove 50 minutes to this office based on a friend's recommendation -- only to leave without the cleaning I came for. They did an exam (which I agreed to since it was my first visit), and then told me I needed a deep cleaning instead -- fine, I even scheduled it for a future date. But that still doesn't excuse the fact that I left without receiving the service I originally booked and traveled for. My husband had an appointment the same day, also for a cleaning. He just left with the exact same result -- they did an exam, but said there was no time for a cleaning. How does that happen when these were clearly cleaning appointments? Why book people for cleanings and then claim there's no availability when they arrive? It gets worse. I called the office to clarify what happened, and the woman on the phone gave me a bunch of excuses -- said they only had one person doing cleanings today, etc. When I asked what exactly the doctor did during my husband's visit and if our insurance would be charged for services he didn't even receive, she got rude and hung up on me. This office is not only disorganized and misleading, but also completely unprofessional. They waste your time, charge your insurance for services you didn't request, and then hang up when you ask questions. Do yourself a favor -- go somewhere else. read more

I have been coming here for years. Would have to say the most I have ever waited was 5 mins. They are very busy, but have managed to run an office effectively which I appreciate. Staff has always been friendly too. The last two girls who have done my cleaning have been great... of course they tell me to floss more but don't harass me over it. Everything is not as it seems at this dental office. I somehow got a lung infection after an extraction. I asked about more antibiotics and was told to just finish the ten I had been given four days prior. Upon returning for another procedure, I showed the report about the infection and asked nicely for x rays to be forward to my pulmonologist at Cleaveland Clinic. The dentist got all angry and defensive yelling at me while I was laying in the chair. I was only trying to protect my health and look for healing. Then the dentist left to see another patient. I heard him laughing and using God's name in vain as I stared straight a picture on the wall. The quote read " This is God, you are going to have a good day". I tend to take things in and think about them. When I got home, in the mail was a letter from my dental insurance. It explained what I should owe the dentist for the first procedure and they overcharged my by more than $100. I had questioned why I was paying over $200 for an extraction when I had excellent insurance. She said that is what the co-host amount was. That was strike three and my rule kicked in. I'm finished with this office. Let's see how hard it will be to get reimbursed the extra money I paid. read more

While they still provide good dental services, reception has really gone downhill. They were initially unable to confirm my insurance, so I had to reschedule my planned appointment earlier for this month. Then today they didn't tell me my insurance was now out of network until after I got my exam and cleaning done, so I had to pay $185 out of pocket. I understand this isn't entirely in their control but I'm still not happy about it, I could have gone to another dentist for a low co-pay. Hopefully this is fixed! read more

Came in today after an embarrassingly long hiatus from the dental chair due to phobia and "fear of what could be" and was so, so pleasantly surprised with the entire appointment. Andrea was so kind and gentle and put me at ease immediately. Dr. Yazbeck has the loveliest "chairside" manner -- he is soft-spoken and empathetic. He made it a point to make sure I didn't feel "shamed" for needing dental work and asked about my past poor experiences. No star in reality. I visited the office on 11/29/2018 for a free consultation regarding a root canal. We proceeded to discuss dental cosmetics. I was given an estimate totaling $1424.00 The first part was a gingivectomy-4+ quadrant. I was given approximately 4-6 injections in the upper and lower part of my mouth. I was told this was a laser treatment. The upper part of my gum around #11, #12 bled for 2 days. I see a part of the upper gum line in that area missing gum and I can feel the gap with my tongue. I was charged $250 for this service, I was told this procedure was to aline my teeth but it didn't make a bit of difference since I don't have that necessity nor have I experienced any benefits to this procedure. I paid cash & for a service I didn't need. The way the DDS made it sound was like this was absolutely necessary to advance to the following phase. I was deceived. What I have is a deficit in my gum line in the right upper quadrant that I didn't have previous to entering this office and a bill for $250.00 and a total mistrust of DDS's. Stay Away. read more

Went in today for an assesment of my wisdom teeth. Everyone is nice including Dr.Igor and the atmosphere comfortable even for people with denist office anxiety like myself. They have an informative program in the lobby that gives you lots of facts and tips for great dental care and it is a fun video to watch for all ages. They seem to have all the latest technology including a 360 Xray(no more of that big plastic piece that they make you bite down on and having to wear the black radiation coat). They have a TV in every room that they can show you your mouth and explain everything. I also overheard payment plans which is a great option to have. I paid debit and they accepted credit as well. The accept insurance also but I dont have any. The consultation and 360 Xray was $50, but the $50 was more the Xray. I am going this Friday for my #1 wisdom tooth pulled. Its been 7 hours since I had my wisdom tooth pulled and Im feeling great. The procedure was 5-8 minutes maybe or 2 songs becasue the have pandora which helps the tension. After this experience I now realize that putting if off was a big mistake. The only minor pinch you feel is the shot becasue they put a numbing gel so you barely feel it. Great experience Dr and Staff were easy going, nice, Cool and Clean. read more

I originally went in to G Dental in January without insurance and the dentists and staff were very accommodating and helpful. They offered "help" in regards to making the treatments I required more affordable. Now I have insurance and I am going in to remove my wisdom teeth. At first, I was very nervous. However, with the help of their staff (Karina to be specific), I feel more at ease. Just left my appointment after the dental assistant was extremely rude to me when taking my x-rays. After aggressively tossing the lead vest on my chest and shoving the x-ray film in my mouth, I had enough. This was after I told her she was being overly forceful, to which she didn't apologize and instead said "Okay mami but I have to do this" in an aggravated tone. She had a major attitude after the dentist (Dr. Santos) failed to listen to my concerns about new onset tooth pain and only agreed to taking an x-ray after I was persistent about my pain. Without knowing anything about me or my life, Dr. Santos suggested that my tooth pain was stress induced teeth clenching/grinding. This is the 2nd time I have gone there with tooth pain that the dentist didn't want to do anything about. They always seem too busy (or in this case annoyed) to want to do the work. Currently making a grievance complaint with my insurance to make sure this visit isn't charged as I will be finding a new dentist for my care. read more

Every other dentist I've been to just can't wait to get their hands on my wisdom teeth, but not Dr. Igor. He is the only honest dentist that I've ever visited and he is super friendly as well! He only tells you what you absolutely need and he doesn't try to sell you anything unnecessary. I've never been told that my wisdom teeth need to be removed nor has he tried to sell me various whitenings, braces, expensive toothpastes, mouthwashes, etc. He is the real deal. The office staff is very nice and accommodating as well.
