After some initial confusion about the TVs on the outside of the truck (only one of their trucks has TVs on the outside), The owner himself and his assistant came out and provided an incredible and outstanding experience for over 30 excited boys and girls who had an incredible time. We had a G-Factor Gaming party today and it was awesome! My daughter had her 10th birthday party today. Her guests were a mixture of 10 year old girls and boys. Having a birthday in February means we always have to plan an indoor party, for today we had non-stop rain. The inside of the truck accommodates 16 kids playing games, and at times we had even more 16 kids inside - the party host was very accommodating in that respect. We attended another G-Factor party back in December during more pleasant weather and enjoyed the two outside game areas as well. While some of the girls eventually got bored and came back inside the house, there were still kids in the truck until the end of our 2 hours. Booking was easy, they made follow up calls and let us know when they were enroute. He even arrived early. I highly recommend G-Factor to anyone who has kids that enjoy video games. read more

I think it goes without saying the game truck is pretty cool, especially since we did it for my Son's 8th Birthday party. The company will cater to the level of appropriate games for your kids to play if its a kids party, and each party that you book comes with a game coach and that's what I am pretty upset about. To start off, he showed up late and blamed it on traffic even though our party was booked at 10:30 he didn't show up until 10:45 and he needed 5-10 minutes to setup. He sat on his butt every time a family member checked on the kids, with his sun glasses on looking like he was sleeping. The company called to say they were running late but told me they couldn't stay late because of another party after. I was pretty irritated at this point. I had almost 20 kids sitting at my house for almost 30 minutes bored and waiting for this guy. They did compensate the time at the end, but I'm not sure what would have changed?? The game coach was beyond terrible!!! Everytime I went to check, he had the door wide open while it was 90+ degrees and it was hot as heck in the trailer. When I suggested that he close the door to keep it cooler, he says "I guess we can close it if you want" . His personality was absolutely dry and was not personable like Phil who I talked to on the phone. The game coach in my opinion is who makes this a fun atmosphere and Joe was extremely lazy and not on time. I'll suggest a different truck to my friends if they ever throw a BDay party for there kids again. I was trying to support a fellow IT guy who was the game Coach at the last G-factor party we went to but apparently they don't have all proactive game coaches!! read more

Hands down the best birthday experience for my son who turned 10. We live in a apartment complex so we had to get permission from my manager and figure out a place that we could use. Phil was awesome we had a area we had in mind and when we measured the space it was just shy of the 48 feet we needed, but Phil came out personally to check out the space. Couldn't be happier with G-Factor!! We celebrated my son's 13th birthday this weekend and had hired G-Factor Gaming at the request of my son. Vincent arrived on time and had the truck set up right in front of the house. For the next two hours, I don't think I saw any of the 20+ kids or many of the parents as they were all having a blast both in and outside of the truck. Vincent was great! He was so friendly and easy to talk to and he helped the kids with anything they needed and stayed with them the entire time. He gave the kids a heads up before it was time to quit and there were no problems getting any of the kids out of the truck at all. I am absolutely thrilled with both G Factor and Vincent and will definitely be using them again, as I suspect many of my friends will be doing as well. Im so happy I decided to so this for my sons 13th birthday. By the time you get this age its harder and harder toncome up with ideas to entertain kids. This was just perfect. My son had 100% attendance and all of themm loved it. The set up was perfect, I didnt do a thing and the kids all disappeared inside the truck for 2 1/2 hours. He was so nice and good with the kids. I was sent an email confirmation for my booking and then another email and phone call to confirm my booking the day prior to the event. Jake was our game coach. He was on time, cordial, and accommodated the 20+ kids at my son's 9th birthday party. The truck itself was spotless on both the outside and inside. There were not only 16 spots to play inside the truck; there were an additional 8 spots to play outside the truck on two large flat screens (which displayed what was going on inside the truck when games weren't played on it). All of the kids, ages 4 to 10, had the time of their lives. Even the parents commented on how impressed they were with the whole set up of the game truck. Wrapping up couldn't have been easier. No need to worry about the payment at the end. They give you the option to have your credit card charged for any remaining balance. I gave a cash tip but you can also have them add a tip to your balance and charge it to your card. No need to write a check or have cash on hand. I plan to use them again! read more

We had Jake come today with the premier 3-D game theater today for a double birthday party for my two sons, who are 10 and 8. We LOVED it! First of all, we live on a court so I was concerned there wouldn't be space, but Jake parked up in the driveway with the game theater sticking out, and it was no problem! He gave the kids a quick intro before boarding, just some basic rules and courtesy reminders, and then came the fun part... The game theater is SO cool! It looks like a party bus, with strobe lights and music, and a padded seating area along one side with the game screens on the other. I didn't stay in long, because watching 15 boys between the ages of 6 and 10 play minecraft and Halo is not my cup of tea! But every single parent and grandparent who peeked inside was blown away by how nice it was inside. Jake took care of everything, and I got to relax and finish up the food for 2 hours while the kids had fun! All of the boys said it was the best party they had ever been to. I can say with confidence that we will most likely be having G-Factor come back 3 times a year for all of my 3 sons' birthday parties from here on out!
