My family and I had the chance to see this amazing trailer at an event in Auburn. We can't wait to schedule a booking of our own.

When I called, I was told it's best to make a reservation & pay ahead of time due to how many boys I had, but I decided against it and took the risk because I'm not generally on time, & luckily, it worked out! He even gave the boys a little extra time while us adults finished up with our session- which we decided to get on after seeing all of them! It was overall, a great experience, with a really nice host. Photos: are all from one side of the room. There is another side, which my siblings & I were at. As far as "booking a party" I would advise against it. I didn't book a party, just showed up as soon as they opened (10 people total). Had the place to ourselves, gladly. But I did peep in the 1 room they called the "party room" & it's a haaaaaaaarrrrd pass. The other reviews here on Yelp about to party room area are accurate af! That's all I will say about that .

With majority of us (party of 7) being gamers, we were naturally competitive and got into the missions immediately. We were so serious about winning and working as a team.. it was hilarious. Non-stop laughter! Lol When you enter, there are two separate play areas. It's an open floor plan so there's alot of space to walk around. We did the hero zone option for an hour play and got to play 4 games 15-20 min each. Highly recommend the zombie and cooking game. We will definitely be coming back and inviting others. 5/5 for experience and fun!

Very clean.. food and drinks for purchase.. Temperature was perfect.. My kids had a blast but there was a few frustrating moments that I think you guys can work on to only get better. The employees were so worried about checking the kids wristband time. You cannot implement a time wristband when these kids are waiting 5-7 minutes in line just for an activity course to open up because there is no staff there to open it. We went on a Sunday and the weekends obviously your most busiest times you need to schedule accordingly to make sure there's a staff member at every single course because it's time wasted for them to play. Second, the employees seem annoyed when the kids would ask to open the next course. Anyone who has kids know that they stay on one thing maybe two times and then they're off to the next thing. Have employees at every single course if you don't want to stop what you're doing to go open the next course. And lastly, the open trampolines in the back where there is balls are inside the employee spent half the time yelling at the kids to stop kicking the balls. If you don't want the kids to throw/kick the balls then remove them.

They offer all the things you need and you're also able to decorate on your own as long as you're using tape! Party rooms include a host, and socks for the kids to jump. Depending on your package you also are able to have arcade cards for your party at the end of the jumping and eating hour. There are tons of play areas for kids of all ages, the room is bright and there are also arcade games (but pretty pricy!) At the end of the party they even offer you a wagon to carry all your food and presents to the car. Prices are pretty good compared to other jump places in the area and plenty of parking!

I visited with friends and we had a great time!…read more We checked in on the digital kiosks and then selected balaclava colors before waiting for our turn. At first I was confused why the wait time was so long when the space seemed almost empty, but we learned quickly that the more runs you do the better deal you get, and racing can be pricey. We opted for two rounds since we were new to it and didn't know how long it would take if we did more. Our first race took some time to be called for (about an hour), but we had much less downtime before our second one. While you wait there is an arcade area and a bar. One thing we noticed is that the staff in areas other than the racetrack are much less engaging- I think they must be bored from the lack of people interacting with them or working on things in other places. The bar was frequently unmanned and we learned that they don't offer tap water, only bottled. We also learned that while some packages come with food, if you don't time it correctly you may have to leave the food at the tables to head down to your race. It might be best to wait until after racing to order any food. While we didn't get food during the visit, we found it odd that a bunch of sliders and other food were just sitting around in the bar area unattended, getting cold. There's gotta be a better system. The team on the racetrack was engaged and nice. They made sure everyone was set up, strapped in, and that the races were organized and safe. I was TERRIBLE, but did get better my second round. Our group ended up having a lot of fun. Some things to note- they do put groups together and fill the extra spots with other racers so your group will be together but you may have different people in each heat (depending on how many rounds they bought and when they arrived). Riding with other groups means you may get bumped into and have people of VERY different skill levels. We definitely had some regulars in our group. When someone spins out or needs help all the karts stop so it can really interrupt the race, but I guess that's part of the experience. Overall it's a lot of fun but there's some room for improvement in their non-racing areas.

I experienced the epitome of gender plus race discrimination in sports/driving today. Despite my…read morerace record, I was constantly told I was being slow and should move over for even kids behind me, even if my race record did not say so. Being told I was slow, being stalled to start last in a group of racers. Yes I flipped the "traffic police," but I fight back when I'm being stereotyped because they need to know SHAME! The manager was no help and kept saying they were just following rules, when I was clearly being singled out. Not even an apology. Don't take your girls here. This is where little girls sportswomen spirits get destroyed. FYI it's also my birthday today. I left the place in tears. But the manager seemed to think that was funny. He unconditionally supported his biased staff and made comments about me being slow without even knowing what happened, let alone offering to review what happened (I'm sure there are camera). I told the manager he didn't know how being stereotyped feels because he is a white male, and he proudly said "that is a stereotype." Boohoo, I guess that stereotype really hurts compared to what non-white-male people have to go through! What a great manager working in the customer service industry. He refuses any responsibility, offers no sympathy to people's experience of being discriminated and whines about his own being stereotyped experience to a minority woman. (I hope he feels proud of doing that for the rest of his life.) This is just the dose of discrimination boost I needed on my birthday. Anyways, this is the birthday experience you will have here. What can I say, women are told to "move over" for men even at K1 speed to go karting. Great job reinforcing that rotten value when women/girls just want to have fun! They deserve to wear my eternal flip like a scarlet letter on their forehead! SHAME ON YOU K1 SPEED!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but the customer service we received at Bowlero was unacceptable…read more When we arrived, we waited about 15 minutes before being helped. It was pretty clear they were understaffed, and we were patient and understanding about that. In fact, later on we even saw the same employee who appeared to be a manager handling food orders and fries, so it was obvious staff members were being stretched thin. The real problem came near the end of our first game when my boyfriend's stepfather's bowling ball (we brought our own shoes and balls) got stuck in the ball return and stopped coming back. We pressed the assistance button at the lane, but nobody responded. After waiting, we had to walk up and ask for help ourselves. The employee who appeared to be a manager came over and immediately had an attitude. Instead of helping, he told us that "most bowlers use two balls" and that it was normal for a ball not to return. He said we should just throw another ball down the lane. He then went a step further and told us that if it happened again, he would not come get the ball. That response was honestly shocking. If they were short-staffed and unable to get to us right away, all he had to do was be honest. We would have completely understood. Instead, he acted as though a malfunctioning ball return was our fault and spoke to us in a rude, dismissive manner. A little honesty and basic kindness would have gone a long way. The ball return had been working perfectly fine throughout the game, so being told that a stuck ball was "normal" didn't make much sense. My boyfriend's stepfather has been bowling for most of his life and has never been told that customers should expect their ball to get stuck and simply throw another one instead. Equipment issues happen. Being understaffed happens. What isn't acceptable is a manager treating customers like they're a nuisance for asking for help. The issue wasn't the stuck ball, it was the attitude. Being told that management wouldn't help retrieve a ball if it happened again, combined with the rude and dismissive behavior, completely changed our experience. We came in expecting a fun night of bowling. Instead, we left feeling frustrated and unwelcome. Customer service costs nothing, and unfortunately, that's what was missing here.
