Long story short - took a new e-bike here to have it worked on when a noise that sounded like it…read morewas coming from the motor started happening. Took it in 3 times and kept saying it wasn't coming from the brakes but technicians kept working on the brake. Last time we picked up the bike we were told they couldn't replicate the noise and couldn't assist any more. Rode the bike and the bike sounded worse. Immediately took it to Reed's Cycle in Eagle and they fixed the brake job AND got a new motor ordered under warranty from Specialized. Spoke to Specialized today and will never recommend George's
