AWESOME TIME!!! I haven't four-wheeled in years, but my mans Manny led my friends and I like a champ. Manny had a great sense of humor, went just fast enough to challenge us to keep up but not feel like we were left behind, took pics of my girls and I. They also had an awesome photographer take action shots of you along the entire trip so get ready to pose (as best you can) while riding when you see him. Frederick was our photographer and he's got an eye for a good shit with the right angle. YOU WILL GET DIRTY. I repeat, YOU WILL GET DIRTY. Where outside clothes that you don't mind getting dusty. Make sure your hair is kept tied up or something. The dust will find its way in all of your crevices lol. Also, choose the option to go by the beach. That's the most scenic and beautiful route!! Thankful for the whole G Force team from start to finish for helping my sister bring in her 30th bday the right way. Also, you can buy the pics that they took of you in the end. Just do it. Don't think twice about it because the shots are gonna be great. Get the cheapest option (i think the cd) and make copies of it on your own at home.

This is definitely an extreme adventure. We did the atv plus horse combo. Everything was great except for the end when the horses booked it running back to their stables. The horses are obviously exhausted so it was a bit sad I also got major rash on my leg when horse took off running. I held on for dear life and made it back w a great experience in the books. The employees are great took some amazing pics, the horse handler knew each horse individually. 4 stars because horses are over worked and grumpy. Mine was biting other horses obviously aggravated.

I miss you guys-G-force family! You guys were amazing, and created such an fantastic experience for us. We will remember our experience for an entire lifetime. Please bookmark, this is a must do and see if you are in Cabo San Lucas. We are definitely coming back, next time with all our siblings for a family trip. We did the horseback riding and ATV package for 2. The combo was about $160, which we had a discounted rate through a friend. Plus $25 insurance. Tips after for tour guides as well! It's worth it! Really fun! I started the day off not feeling well, and while on tour my entire mood lightened, and my spirit was so much happier. I felt so free, and enjoyed the whole Connecting with nature experience. Shout out to Jiovanni, his brother (the photographer), and Tony (Antonio). In a nutshell- -Amazing, kind, and caring tour guides -Horseback riding -ATVs -Tequila presentation at end -Large Clean restrooms -Bar with snacks and drinks -shopping for souvenirs -Professional photography throughout your tour additional $60-$80ish (optional) DO IT!!! You won't regret it!!

G-Force Adventures was awesome! We did the 2 hour ATV tour. We paid a little extra to have a private tour once we arrived. Our guide was Chino- ask for him if you go! He took us on fun terrain and shared fun facts about the plants and surroundings when we stopped. The tour goes all through the mountains and eventually reaches the beach. Beautiful surroundings and a tequila tasting at the end- you really can't ask for more!

Amazing experience at G-Force Adventures! I've been to Cabo many times and have used other companies before and nothing compares! Top notch brand new equipment! Tour guide Alejandra was very friendly and let you go as fast as your experience allows. We also rode horses along the beach and into the water! Amazing photographer Jazmin captured everything along the way! Finish it all off with free tequila after!!!

This is a great place to atv it starts as soon as you hit the corner not a game but absolutely fun but if you want to enjoy and go at a slower place let them know before take off ask for cowboy he's older that's one the others more seasoned and safe but overall a great place along with the shots, so enjoy! Oh yeah wear pants engine gets hot.

Let me preface this review by saying this was my first time riding an ATV. Our guide took this into consideration and was very patient from the beginning with explaining everything. Initially we went about 20-25 MPH and he constantly looked back to ensure I was fine. Within 30 minutes I was pushing 60 MPH. This was such a great experience for this first timer. We rode through a dried up river bed to the secluded town of Candelaria and then to the beach. Our guide (I feel awful that I don't remember his name) was seriously the best. He took us to some awesome spots and was all about the photo opportunities. Also, ladies, we all want to look cute with our shorts and crop tops but I highly suggest you wear leggings. Even with leggings my legs were getting hot from the engine. Oh, and there's tequila tasting after your tour. I would definitely come back to ride again!

Booked an atv tour and had the best time ever! The crew was super caring and made sure we were okay every second of the tour. It was my first time and they made us feel super comfortable. Ivan and Luis were our guides and they were awesome. Luis even let me borrow his bandana to wrap around my leg because it was soo sunburned. We even had a free tequila tasting in the end. Overall I recommend to anyone who's visiting Cabo. Experience was 10/10!!

This was amazing!!! We had a blast! The guide was very friendly, kept us safe and let us have fun! You are able to drive faster than I thought, although the group does stay together in a line the whole ride, you can go relatively fast. It was scary at times, going through the mountains, small roads, but beautiful scenery and nobody died ‍. This is the only atv tour I went on in Cabo and I'm happy we chose G Force. It doesn't go on the long crazy bridge like one of the other tours I saw, but we had our fair share of adrenaline rushes! Great tour. Maybe 1.5 hours long

The company Cabo Adventures is a total scam and preys on vulnerable families. I will NEVER use them again for any other activity despite us coming to Cabo every year. I encourage every one from Yelp not to use them as well. Each ticket cost over $200 per person to be part of a group dolphin experience. This is not even private. A child MUST be accompanied by an adult so that forces more people to join. You think after spending over $800 for 4 people they would treat us like royalty right? WRONG. They do not mention any photo pricing online because they don't want to scare you away before you purchase your tickets. But let me tell you, it's an all or nothing photo package (you cannot pick a few or buy per picture) and it was over $500!!!!!! The b*tch working at the photo center must get off on making kids cry because when you call her out on the ridiculous prices, she shuts off the computer, takes her booklet, and says "ok good bye, there's the door". They do not negotiate at all because they know you have no other option. It's truly heartless. How insulting after we just spent $800 just on the tickets for a 30 min SHARED experience. They allow observers who are not doing the dolphin experience but they conveniently put them far away from where the dolphins are so it's impossible for them to take any pictures or video. Note: females you are NOT allowed to have anything in your hair such as hair ties or clips which there is no mention online or even when you check in. They don't give a reason why and it really sucked because the day we went it was super windy and our hair went everywhere ruining a lot of the photos plus making it hard to see in the water with hair in your face. My poor daughter had to take out her cute braids :/ Many other great and reasonable experiences. Go elsewhere and do NOT support Cabo adventures. Shame on you guys. UPDATE: I'd like to respond to the manager Lorena who tries to justify these ridiculous prices instead of listening to her customers' feedbacks and making adjustments. No, it's not optional to get the photos because what's the point of doing this experience if you do not have pictures to keep as memories? Yes, I understand there's safety regulations about not having cameras with us in the pool but forcing bystanders not in the pool to be over 100 ft away to take pictures which will be blurring, you leave us no choice but to purchase the photos. Nobody is asking for free photos but charging $500 is a scam. Even Disneyland only charges $80 for unlimited photos for a whole week! And respect gets respect. After spending over $800, YOUR employee is the one who was disrespectful to me first with her attitude about the price and not even trying to talk to your supervisor or work something out with me. Clearly, you only care about profit, not about customers leaving happy or having a good experience.

When we arrived, we were told that the ATVs we booked were manual, and that since we had kids with us, we were "required" to upgrade to automatic ATVs for an extra $35 per ATV. This was never clearly disclosed at the time of booking. We were essentially forced to pay more or walk away after already arriving with our family. On top of that, they forced us to buy insurance and charged an additional $25 per person park fee, again not transparently disclosed upfront. By the time we started, the price had ballooned far beyond what was advertised online. The worst part? The so-called 2-hour tour was cut short to about ONE HOUR. No explanation, no apology, no partial refund -- nothing. We paid for two hours and only received half the experience. This company preys on tourists, especially families, by: * Advertising low prices online * Forcing upgrades on arrival * Adding mandatory fees * Then not even delivering the full tour length I left feeling scammed, frustrated, and taken advantage of. We were repeat customers after an initial positive experience in May 2022 while now in December 2025 enduring random overcharges on unitemized receipts! A total of 4 of us booked a reservation through Amstar at Cactus Tours for the side by side UTVs (2 vehicles of 2 drivers and 2 passengers). Amount paid in full to Amstar a month in advance excluding the $25USD cash entry fee per person which we paid day-of. Also on day-of, we were offered upgrade options. The only option we proceeded with was to upgrade each vehicle 1 horsepower level up which was listed as $85 USD per vehicle for a total of $170 USD.  This was also explained to us that upgrading to that vehicle power meant insurance was included so no need for additional insurance purchase or security hold on the card. We declined ALL other upgrade options.  No private tour, no higher vehicle power upgrade beyond the 1 level up, NOTHING else. We provided a credit card and the staff member took the card for the transaction.  Again, the staff member insisted on upgrading to a private tour but we declined (which we later realized was because they didn't have any other parties booked at our time so it inevitably became a private tour anyway, they just hoped to get more $$ for it). He ran the card and handed us the receipt while rushing to direct us away to the locker area. Later upon arrival back to our hotels, we finally had a moment to review the receipt for the upgrade charges and saw it was actually charged $7,200 MXN (about $400 USD) with no itemization.  This isn't inclusive of any transaction or currency conversion fees, that is the amount directly on the receipt. This is DRASTICALLY way more than the upgrades we agreed to with no explanation or breakdown. Despite saying otherwise in other review replies, their website is not transparent in charges as the "upgrade" sheets they have in the lobby show charges differently than the website displays. The charge in MXN should have been roughly $3,060. I was overcharged $4,140 MXN, more than double what the true upgrade charge should have been alone. I went back and forth for days with Cactus Tours via calls and emails until after a week they finally stopped answering me completely. I'm in the process of filing a fraudulent chargeback with my credit card company since Cactus Tours chose to ignore my attempts for an amicable refund of the difference. Be VERY aware of all charges and do NOT let them rush you day-of at check-in without doublechecking everything if you still choose to do any activity at Cactus Tours. The tour guides will now also insist it is customary to tip $50 per vehicle at the end of the tour. This tip pressure did not exist in 2022. An additional $50 tip on top of the $25 per person entrance fee, any upgrade charges, plus initial reservation fees is wild.

We tried inputting the exact address from the email and asking everyone we could find at Puerto Paraiso mall, but when we went to the alleged office location, nothing was there. As a last ditch effort, on the way out of the mall, we paused and asked a random guy at a booth with ads for tours (mind you, nowhere did it say Roger's on it)! This booth was NOT located in the same spot indicated in the map on the Roger's website. However, this guy was somehow able to look up our reservation, and it was legit because he knew my name even though I never said it. He told us to just meet at the dock the next day - not to even worry about going to the "office" (wherever it may be). So that's what I would advise any future travelers to do - just go to Dock D, which isn't hard to find. Ahead of time, I had emailed the company and asked if I could add additional people to our tour and how to pay for them. I received a response indicating we would need to pay 35 per person and they could either send me a PayPal account to put the money in, or we could pay at the dock. When we got on the boat, we inquired about the two extra people and were told to pay 40 dollars. Thankfully I had the email from the company and I disputed this. I was given a roundabout explanation about how the corporate office is somewhere else in Mexico and sometimes there's miscommunication. This felt like an attempt to con more money out of us, but to their credit, they did honor the emailed price. The tour itself was great. We had Jonathan as the guide and Memo as the boat driver. Jonathan had great English skills and was knowledgeable. Our kids got to drive the boat, which had them laughing hysterically. They also dropped a couple members of our party off to snorkel in a designated spot, and the snorkel gear they provided seemed nicer than the cheap stuff we brought. At the end, they offered to drop us off closer to the cruise ship to help us avoid the 20-minute walk, but said it would be a $2 dock fee per person. We did take them up on that, as we had small kids in the party and didn't want them to have to do the walk in the hot sun. They do take pictures during the tour and offer you the chance to buy them at the end. Technically this is mentioned on the website, so it's not surprising. However, I will note that they offered us a discount on the photos at the end if we left them a review - lowering the price from 80 to 50 dollars. So, take that into account when you read other reviews. We declined. I recall when I was researching tour options that some other customers had mentioned their tours being outsourced to other people. There is definitely something odd with the "company." It presents itself on its website like a small business and frequent references are made to "our boat." But when you get to the dock, nothing says "Roger's" - no signage, no uniforms, etc. There's also more than one boat - another party was checking in at the exact same time as we were with the same people. It's almost like they've been bought out by a bigger conglomerate of tour operators. Perhaps this explains the conflicting information in some spots (i.e., the email confirmation saying to check in early at an office but a guy at a random kiosk that doesn't say Roger's on it somehow having our reservation and telling us to just go to the dock). Overall, we enjoyed the tour itself, but the issues with finding the location and being asked to pay different fees than we were quoted were off-putting.

I honestly don't know why. We had to pay $1USD at the marina gate. The boat is small but looks newer. The glass bottom were 2 rectangular shaped window to the bottom at the middle of the boat. You don't see much as the boat moves. Our guide, Carlos did a great job of safety briefing. He also did a great job of explaining everything. The title of the your is Pelican Rock Snorkeling but we did plenty of sightseeing around the rock. The snorkeling though was the highlight! I'm not a swimmer. I'm terrified of drowning. Carlo was close to me throughout. He brought a life ring along which I held onto for dear life plus I had a life vest on! We saw so many fishes, stingrays, eels and barracuda. He brought food to feed the fish. It was the most amazing thing! Plus, he brought a go pro with him and took pictures of us. He didn't charge us to download it onto our phones! After the snorkeling we went around and visited the Arch. He also gave us sandwiches, chips and drinks. The price we paid for all this was reasonable. I still don't know why we only had 4 people on this tour! Esperanza is truly a hidden gem.

That experience was good, but the city tour wasn't a tour. They just dropped us off at a store they wanted to spend money at or they got credit for. They didn't stay with us and help us navigate the town. We had to ask around to other people to see where we should go eat. I'm thankful my friend spoke Spanish. I feel like a city tour should have a guide. They won't stay with you. They also took us to the beach, but again, they dropped us off. It was the busiest beach and the only time we weren't being hassled by people selling things to us was when we were in the water. We couldn't sit on the beach without being bothered. The car seats they had for us were also dirty and not working properly. Overall, I wish I went with a different company. The guides on the clear boat were very good and thats why I gave 2 stars, for them and the clear boat experience. The city tour and beach time was not great.
