A must if you visit Cabo. We got the all day pass which pretty much allows you to do majority of the events in 6 hours and it was more than enough time. There was a shuttle service to and from. The staff were amazing and very friendly. Very patient and understanding. We ended up doing Bungee Jumping, Camel riding, ATV/UTV, and the animal sanctuary. By far, bungee jumping was THEE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! It was extremely scary but so exhilarating and worth it at the end. The camel ride was simple but Savannah made it worth it . The ATV/UTV are pretty much the same and I'd recommend the ATV and spend your time else well. The animal sanctuary seems like it was being remodeled but the ones there were so cute and you're able to interact with them. Overall - it was a great time. Like I said - a definite must.

Such an entertaining park! We got the park pass and it was totally with it. We were able to do the giant swing, atv, utv, zip line, horse back ride, camel rides AND go in the sanctuary where you can interact with the animals was sooo worth it! The park even had employees with cameras along for every ride you go on so you have had action shots at the end of your day! The package is cheap and you get around 400 photos, worth it if you go for the full day pass. We highly recommend!

Came here 06/27/2022. It's a tourist trap, but it's one of the better tourist traps. Wild Canyon is an excursion park that offers a lot: bungee jumping, giant swing, ziplining, atv riding, and animals. We went in a group of 6 people and I want to say paid about $100 per person. There was a lunch meal (taco, nachos, burritos) included as well as one alcoholic beverage. We spent about 4 hours at the park and had ample time to do everything. We tried 5 of the 9 ziplines, ATV riding, and bungee jumping. It was my first time in my life bungee jumping and I was scared to death. The guys do a great job at reassuring you.

This place charges for everything. If you breath, chin chin. If you speak, chin chin. They don't even provide water station while you do the rides. You have to buy a small water bottle for 4 dlls a bottle. It's the most expensive in los cabos and, it's no worthy. Not even a penny. If you are into wasting your money and time, then this is for you.

Imagine pulling yourself UP to the end without falling back to the middle for 5-10 mins! arms gave out, had to sent rescue to save us !

We went on the Monster Zipline with my 10 year old daughter, due to a group was late and they were rushing everyone, they did not go through a presentation on how to stop and the protocol before sending us on the zipline, we got stuck in the middle of 350 feet, told us to turn around and pull ourselves to the other end, we were exhausted after 10 mins, and they had to send support to come and grab us, later on no protocol of how to brake, hold the line and all, we did not know what to do and ended up the other end blamed at us instead, this is a total safety flaw and a lawsuit waiting to happen. be very aware of the cheap trolley they used as well, small grip and super wide ! We decided to stop after 3 ziplines while there are 8 in total due to we don't feel safe.

Highly recommend this business! We were a cruise, and this was one of the excursions that was offered. My wife and I had a fantastic time!! We were able to ride and kiss a camel, then drive a UTV around a mountain and cross over canyon on a suspension bridge. This place is like an adult Disney land! All of the staff and guides were excellent and very helpful. Alex, our UTV guide, was great. Our camel guides were awesome!! If you get the chance, this a must do in Cabo San Lucas.

Me and my friends went during our birthday trip last week and had so much fun. We did the atv tour and camel ride. Panda was our guide for the Atv and he was the best, like I haven't rode an atv before really but that was a great experience and he was very thorough in teaching us how to work it. We also were in a group by ourselves so it made the experience extra fun. Then we were with another group for the camel ride and that went great as well. I'm not sure how to spell his name but our guide was Jayir, sorry if I spelled wrong!!! He was great too and very funny and at the end he let us get pictures with Sahara the camel and she kissed us lol, best trip ever

For less than we would usually pay on vacation for 2 zip lines, we got unlimited zip lining, ATV's. Quads, water park and animal kingdom with the park pass! It was something different to do than go to the beach and there was something for teens and kids. The animal kingdom was my 9 year old's favorite. She was able to feed love birds and rabbits and Miguel, the guide was amazing! Recommend it, but bring a change of clothes, swimsuit to cool off at the water park and a towel!

Yesterday my group of 7 took a trip to wild canyon (a very tourist attraction) we absolutely fell in love with Miguel the animal instructor and the ATV instructor with the long hair. They made our trip out there very fun and respectful. The camel attraction guys were also very funny respectful and full of life. Part of our group got stuck on the zip line and the zip line men were so patient and understanding when they came to help us back the end. Over all this place was fun and the workers were the ones that made it so much fun.

My boyfriend and I had the time of our lives here in Nov. 2020. There is so much to do!!! It's a little pricey, but I think it's totally worth it. We got the park pass and we did everything we could for our tour time. Our tour guide was great with keeping us moving from activity to activity and made the day go by smoothly. The entire staff was friendly and knowledge about the activities provided. I never felt unsafe and felt confident while participating! I really can't choose what my favorite activity was because they were all really fun. If you're an adventurist, I truly recommend checking this place out! There's literally something for everyone. If you don't want to do it all, you can purchase the activities you'd like to do separately.

This place is amazing and the staff is so friendly, funny, and know how to keep you safe!! We had the best tour guide Fabian that made sure we got to do every activity we wanted before the park closed. He knew the exact route to take us and timed everything perfectly. We recommend getting the adventure park pass. Its a bit pricey but if you check on their website they have good deals. It was totally worth it! We got to ride the camels, utv, atv, and zip line. There's a lot of young and handsome guys working here so watch out ladies! They know how to turn on the charm lol The drinks and food at the bar was a nice way to end the day. Also, the pictures are great and worth the money to spend. This place won't disappoint!

This place is absolutely STUNNING. It is pricey but 100% worth it. The best deal you can get is getting the park pass (which is what I got) it includes every activity in the park + a meal. For two people it was $422USD and if you want to ride ATV or UTV it is an extra $49USD fee (which isn't mentioned on the site). Regardless of price I understand why it's expensive because to maintain a park with so much to offer it makes sense! The staff was soooooo amazing! All of them were so helpful and so informative on every activity we did. I 100% recommend the bungee jump and the animal kingdom overall they were my favorite. The zip line was amazing also just be ready to hike a bit and wear comfy clothes. It's really hot today so thank god I dressed light! Will definitely be back.

Quite possibly one of the most epic, heart racing moments of my life!!! I did the bungee jump here in November 2017 and had such a great experience. My only complaint was the wait from the time you get there to the time you leave. I wish I had my own personal taxi that took me and brought me back. My bungee was like 15mins if that and I had to wait more than 1 hour to begin in and another 45mins after the experience was over. I get it the paperwork and all that stuff but I had to wait for the other people to do my jump it was just annoying. However the whole experience made up for it. I was so excited and wanted to check this off my bucket list. Getting on the actual gondola was so gut wrenching I went from being super pumped to super scared. If it wasn't for my amazing guide I would have never been able to do the jump. I literally chickened out and couldn't do it. But seriously he gave me a quick pep talk and from there my legs went from being super still to jello ready to jump. 1.2.3...Bungeeeee was the magic words!!!! What a rushhhhh!! It felt so good to jump I honestly thought I couldn't do it but I did it. Loved, loved, loved every minute. I rented a go pro from them and also they had a photographer on site from far away who took pictures. I had no idea because when they showed me I was in aweeee he got some killer memorable photos which I am so thankful for. Everyone who works here was super nice, very friendly, helpful and definitely were 'll about safety. I appreciated that very much. I got a little rope burn on my ankles and the guy was really nice to clean it up for me and give me a bandage. I loved this experience and I would totally come back and do the zoo lining or the atv. The bridge is awesome to kill time I walked back and forth on it. All in all a super memorable experience. I am so happy!!!

I contacted them to cancel multiple times more than 24 hours in advance of our scheduled tour, but they refused to refund our money. Their refund policy states that I should get back 80%, but it's been months and I haven't received anything. They probably would have had to cancel the tour because of the weather anyway. Knowing it's a 20 minute walk from the place where the cruise ship tender drops you off to the place where the tour boats dock, we decided to scout it out the night before. The email from the company instructed us to check in at the Roger's office ("kiosko 2") to ensure we got the correctly-fitting snorkeling gear, so we went looking for the office using a map from the Roger's website and Google maps. We tried inputting the exact address from the email and asking everyone we could find at Puerto Paraiso mall, but when we went to the alleged office location, nothing was there. As a last ditch effort, on the way out of the mall, we paused and asked a random guy at a booth with ads for tours (mind you, nowhere did it say Roger's on it)! This booth was NOT located in the same spot indicated in the map on the Roger's website. However, this guy was somehow able to look up our reservation, and it was legit because he knew my name even though I never said it. He told us to just meet at the dock the next day - not to even worry about going to the "office" (wherever it may be). So that's what I would advise any future travelers to do - just go to Dock D, which isn't hard to find. Ahead of time, I had emailed the company and asked if I could add additional people to our tour and how to pay for them. I received a response indicating we would need to pay 35 per person and they could either send me a PayPal account to put the money in, or we could pay at the dock. When we got on the boat, we inquired about the two extra people and were told to pay 40 dollars. Thankfully I had the email from the company and I disputed this. I was given a roundabout explanation about how the corporate office is somewhere else in Mexico and sometimes there's miscommunication. This felt like an attempt to con more money out of us, but to their credit, they did honor the emailed price. The tour itself was great. We had Jonathan as the guide and Memo as the boat driver. Jonathan had great English skills and was knowledgeable. Our kids got to drive the boat, which had them laughing hysterically. They also dropped a couple members of our party off to snorkel in a designated spot, and the snorkel gear they provided seemed nicer than the cheap stuff we brought. At the end, they offered to drop us off closer to the cruise ship to help us avoid the 20-minute walk, but said it would be a $2 dock fee per person. We did take them up on that, as we had small kids in the party and didn't want them to have to do the walk in the hot sun. They do take pictures during the tour and offer you the chance to buy them at the end. Technically this is mentioned on the website, so it's not surprising. However, I will note that they offered us a discount on the photos at the end if we left them a review - lowering the price from 80 to 50 dollars. So, take that into account when you read other reviews. We declined. I recall when I was researching tour options that some other customers had mentioned their tours being outsourced to other people. There is definitely something odd with the "company." It presents itself on its website like a small business and frequent references are made to "our boat." But when you get to the dock, nothing says "Roger's" - no signage, no uniforms, etc. There's also more than one boat - another party was checking in at the exact same time as we were with the same people. It's almost like they've been bought out by a bigger conglomerate of tour operators. Perhaps this explains the conflicting information in some spots (i.e., the email confirmation saying to check in early at an office but a guy at a random kiosk that doesn't say Roger's on it somehow having our reservation and telling us to just go to the dock). Overall, we enjoyed the tour itself, but the issues with finding the location and being asked to pay different fees than we were quoted were off-putting.

The company Cabo Adventures is a total scam and preys on vulnerable families. I will NEVER use them again for any other activity despite us coming to Cabo every year. I encourage every one from Yelp not to use them as well. Each ticket cost over $200 per person to be part of a group dolphin experience. This is not even private. A child MUST be accompanied by an adult so that forces more people to join. You think after spending over $800 for 4 people they would treat us like royalty right? WRONG. They do not mention any photo pricing online because they don't want to scare you away before you purchase your tickets. But let me tell you, it's an all or nothing photo package (you cannot pick a few or buy per picture) and it was over $500!!!!!! The b*tch working at the photo center must get off on making kids cry because when you call her out on the ridiculous prices, she shuts off the computer, takes her booklet, and says "ok good bye, there's the door". They do not negotiate at all because they know you have no other option. It's truly heartless. How insulting after we just spent $800 just on the tickets for a 30 min SHARED experience. They allow observers who are not doing the dolphin experience but they conveniently put them far away from where the dolphins are so it's impossible for them to take any pictures or video. Note: females you are NOT allowed to have anything in your hair such as hair ties or clips which there is no mention online or even when you check in. They don't give a reason why and it really sucked because the day we went it was super windy and our hair went everywhere ruining a lot of the photos plus making it hard to see in the water with hair in your face. My poor daughter had to take out her cute braids :/ Many other great and reasonable experiences. Go elsewhere and do NOT support Cabo adventures. Shame on you guys. UPDATE: I'd like to respond to the manager Lorena who tries to justify these ridiculous prices instead of listening to her customers' feedbacks and making adjustments. No, it's not optional to get the photos because what's the point of doing this experience if you do not have pictures to keep as memories? Yes, I understand there's safety regulations about not having cameras with us in the pool but forcing bystanders not in the pool to be over 100 ft away to take pictures which will be blurring, you leave us no choice but to purchase the photos. Nobody is asking for free photos but charging $500 is a scam. Even Disneyland only charges $80 for unlimited photos for a whole week! And respect gets respect. After spending over $800, YOUR employee is the one who was disrespectful to me first with her attitude about the price and not even trying to talk to your supervisor or work something out with me. Clearly, you only care about profit, not about customers leaving happy or having a good experience.

Hence I would have given 4 stars because of this. I was expecting a much better informative tour with the marine biologist. However, in general, she didn't cut short our time and they did speed a long to various areas whenever we saw a spout of water blow up. And, in general, had a great time seeing e humpback whales- we saw one full breach too. I think we may have seen about 20 in January 2026. I heard Cabo is the best place to see the humpback whales and from December through March. I would reccomend the blow up boats as you can get much closer. We were in a small boat with about 8 people but I saw videos of people in the blow up boats that could actually touch the whales if they wanted to. Would have liked this better I think. Also, we forgot our water bottle in the boat afterwards and the company was very customer service oriented in helping us restrict the water bottle. Thank you for a great first time experience in Cabo and seeing humpback whales!

And we even got to see a baby whale breach the water, WOWZIE WOW, it was definitely a memory never to be forgotten. Our hostess with the mostess, Victoria, speaks a zillion languages. She was able to give us information on the whales in both English and Spanish (she also speaks French and Icelandic). The tour was good, we didn't even need to take photos because Victoria had a giant camera to do it for us. This way, we can really enjoy the natural settings of the Whale habitat. Towards the end of our tour, we were able to see 8 whales swimming together. Victoria said there are 7 are males chasing 1 female to see who would end up 'dating' her, aka - put a baby in her. Mating season was in the air and we got to see that. Best excursion ever! Private small tour. I'm happy to say, they followed sealife protocol and didn't get too close to harm the whales and there were only a few boats out for whale watching. It didn't feel commercial.

This was the only activity I booked during our short half day in Cabo (due to being on a cruise) yet it felt like we had been on vacation for days thanks to everything included at such an incredible value. From the open bar and complimentary lunch to unlimited photo opportunities, snorkeling, and relaxing on water mats, every moment was filled with fun!! My husband and I met amazing people onboard, and the customer service was exceptional, from the warm welcome at the meeting point to the attentive boat staff who assisted us throughout the trip. The crew went above and beyond, ensuring safety, comfort, and nonstop music (their playlist is AWESOME). They even helped me navigate the boat when it was slippery and rinsed us off after swimming in the ocean. Drinks were constantly offered and the tequila shots kept coming! It truly felt like we had our own personal bartender and photographer. The captain made the experience even more memorable by stopping whenever we spotted marine life. We were lucky enough to see two turtles, a pufferfish, five seals, and some fishes. This excursion was worth every single penny and more. Do yourself a favor and book with them, you won't regret it. And please don't forget to tip the crew.. they absolutely deserve it!

With the private tour, you can take your phones and all your own pictures so that's a plus, also it's just your small group so you are stuck driving with strangers. We had our 5 year old son with us and our 21 year old daughter and they both had a blast! It gets extremely dusty so I highly recommend bringing bandanas to cover your nose and mouth. They do offer them for sale there but expensive. Our tour guy was great yohani or Joe. Don't waste the time on the tequila tasting afterwards, time wasted and they are just trying to sell you tequila. After the tasting they will try to coral you to view and purchase the pictures they took also. The pictures are really cool but I don't think worth the money especially if you paid for a private tour and took your own video and photos already! We drove to the tour location so I'm not sure how the pickup transportation service is so can't comment on that. We loved the experience both times we have done it and would love to do it again!

We were repeat customers after an initial positive experience in May 2022 while now in December 2025 enduring random overcharges on unitemized receipts! A total of 4 of us booked a reservation through Amstar at Cactus Tours for the side by side UTVs (2 vehicles of 2 drivers and 2 passengers). Amount paid in full to Amstar a month in advance excluding the $25USD cash entry fee per person which we paid day-of. Also on day-of, we were offered upgrade options. The only option we proceeded with was to upgrade each vehicle 1 horsepower level up which was listed as $85 USD per vehicle for a total of $170 USD.  This was also explained to us that upgrading to that vehicle power meant insurance was included so no need for additional insurance purchase or security hold on the card. We declined ALL other upgrade options.  No private tour, no higher vehicle power upgrade beyond the 1 level up, NOTHING else. We provided a credit card and the staff member took the card for the transaction.  Again, the staff member insisted on upgrading to a private tour but we declined (which we later realized was because they didn't have any other parties booked at our time so it inevitably became a private tour anyway, they just hoped to get more $$ for it). He ran the card and handed us the receipt while rushing to direct us away to the locker area. Later upon arrival back to our hotels, we finally had a moment to review the receipt for the upgrade charges and saw it was actually charged $7,200 MXN (about $400 USD) with no itemization.  This isn't inclusive of any transaction or currency conversion fees, that is the amount directly on the receipt. This is DRASTICALLY way more than the upgrades we agreed to with no explanation or breakdown. Despite saying otherwise in other review replies, their website is not transparent in charges as the "upgrade" sheets they have in the lobby show charges differently than the website displays. The charge in MXN should have been roughly $3,060. I was overcharged $4,140 MXN, more than double what the true upgrade charge should have been alone. I went back and forth for days with Cactus Tours via calls and emails until after a week they finally stopped answering me completely. I'm in the process of filing a fraudulent chargeback with my credit card company since Cactus Tours chose to ignore my attempts for an amicable refund of the difference. Be VERY aware of all charges and do NOT let them rush you day-of at check-in without doublechecking everything if you still choose to do any activity at Cactus Tours. The tour guides will now also insist it is customary to tip $50 per vehicle at the end of the tour. This tip pressure did not exist in 2022. An additional $50 tip on top of the $25 per person entrance fee, any upgrade charges, plus initial reservation fees is wild.
