This is my third time using G - medical for a massage. I have trigeminal neuralgia and wanted to try the TMJ massage combined with neuromuscular to see if it would make a difference difference in the nerve pain in my face. Yesterday I saw Mateo, and can truly say that this massage was one of the best ones I've ever had. The discussion beforehand was super helpful so I could explain all the areas that were really bothering me. Mateo was very attentive and also seemed to hit all the problem areas in my neck, shoulders and jaw. The other therapist I saw there were great, but Mateo really seemed to have a knack for finding each of the areas that seem to be directly connected to the pain in my head and face. Queennie listened, assessed, and created a plan targeting the areas. After a couple of visits, I've felt physically better which helped me throughout my physically demanding workdays. I went in just for a maintenance massage (therapeutic), after finally feeling back to normal, and this service was very relaxing and soothing. Great vibe overall! Everyone is very nice here. I've had a couple prenatal massages prior at various places and Lexlia is definitely in the top tier! She is friendly, attentive, and makes sure to address your concerns. Some therapists like to talk during the session but Lexlia kept it minimal which I greatly appreciated since I personally feel that a quiet environment adds to relaxation. I had moved away from the area and had not found another spa that compared - but as of the past year, I've moved back and live nearby! I am so glad they are still around! I have been getting prenatal massages with Lexi and plan to continue getting massages with her after I deliver. I was originally looking for 2 hr massage but he was able to perform the neuro muscular massage for an hr 30 and 30 min deep tissue.
