When you live out in the country, you need to trust people, especially when you don't know anything about what you're dealing with. Edgar has earned our trust. We had him pump our septic tank two years ago. It was full again and draining very slowly. Even after working a full day, he came by at 6:30 at night to pump our tank. After some discussion, he suggested that there might be a problem with our leach field. He could have just pumped our tank and went about his evening knowing we'd still have issues. He didn't though. We scheduled a time for him and his crew to come back and look at the leach field. They found and dug up all of the distribution boxes and cleaned out the lines. There was a huge blockage of roots prohibiting water from getting to the longest of our leach lines. He also found that the lid to one of our boxes was broken and no one makes lids to fit our boxes anymore. He said he thinks he has one in his yard and will give it to us. While the leach field clean out was more expensive than just pumping our tank, hopefully we won't need him to pump our tank for many more years saving us a lot of money in the future. G septic service ( Edgar) was the best decision I could have made. His hydro jetting service had caught my attention after another large septic company services had a given up. His positive attitude and ingenuity to not give up that inspired me toward hiring him as a second opinion , the one that solved my dilemma. The first pricey company stopped at the sludge buildup, and assumed the whole system was filled. Long story short, Edgar found a blockage behind the sludge, as he had mindfully checked that the system was working further down the line, so a good chance it was likely a blockage, not a failed system. He removed the upper line roots, jetted out and pumped simultaneously the underground pipe sludge throughout the system and restored my system. My family and I were overjoyed as we had already begun water conservation and a tank pump dependent lifestyle while pondering the overwhelming options should the system truly be failed. Edgar is an honest, ethical, straightforward guy, his costs are VERY fair and reasonable. As he says, he cannot do magic, but he does have a track record with his common sense tenacity and hydro jetting system succeeding where others have failed.
