Have to replace their tint work elsewhere…read more I called and scheduled mobile tinting for my two vintage cars, One a hatchback coupe and the other a sedan. The hatchback was having old tint removed and new installed. The appointment was set, by them for 7AM the next morning. They arrived late at 8AM, right as I was getting ready to call another tint company and give up on them. Against my better judgement I went ahead and proceeded. The job was probably more than they could handle and I would have preferred they just refused it instead of proceeding. Both cars were finished 9 hours later. After paying $985, I discovered both cars were covered inside and out with residue from the install, tint scraps were adhered to the paint on both, the old tint was scraped off of the windows but not cleaned out with tint scraps everywhere. I also found black fingerprints on the vintage white headliner around the back glass of the older car. Tint scraps littered my yard and a recycle bin full of non recyclable tint from multiple attempts for me to clean out. The back window on one has tint completely falling off. Both cars have bubbles and wrinkles throughout. Neither attention to detail nor care was taken on either vehicle. I called multiple times to talk to them to make this right. I finally got a response via text. They offered to redo the job however, after their lack of attention and care for my property the first time, I'd prefer not to have them back again. I asked for a 50% partial refund and call it a learning experience on both of our parts to cover their costs and my new appointment elsewhere to replace their work. They've ghosted me.
